TCL are original installers for irrigation in our home. System has worked well and service is excellent. Janet has been my contact since our home was built 4 years ago and she is awesome. Recently we had a pool installed and afterwards had a problem with an area of our lawn turning brown. Stephanie (the tech) solved the problem and Janet and TCL (shout out to the owners) went “above and beyond” taking care of this for us. Would highly recommend this company and would agree with previous comment about owners making certain customers are happy and well taken care of.

Hampered by the rain, but not the heat of the day. These guys did a great job on our new curbing around the beds and filled in with new stone.I will have them back again.Thank you.

My wife and I had an issue with the sprinkler system in our yard at our new house. It could have went either way. Savannah came and checked the issue out initially and said she would send someone else out. Stephanie came out and looked at the installation and decided to add a sprinkler head. I was impressed with both Savannahs and Stephanies responsiveness and can do attitude. They did what every Customer Hopes for. TCL DID THE RIGHT THING. As a side note Stephanie has been with Tri County for 29 years (Savannah also for a number of years) and says the owners Todd and Melissa are committed to doing the right thing. At the end of the day it is hard to find folks who talk so highly about their bosses when they are not around. TCL Cares.
