    David the owner figured out two ways to save me money. I assumed I needed something more expensive and he told me otherwise. He’s got integrity and a good reputation locally. They even raked debris in my yard from the storm without me asking. He did a great job and I signed up for the maintenance plan because I would like to continue doing business with this company. Also better quality inspecting for significantly cheaper than a major competitor I used before.

    Had one zone that would not turn on. Called ACI and Aaron showed up today. He went through a couple of things it could be and found the solenoid was bad. After that, Aaron did a tune up of the system. I was very surprised as to what he found as we walked around. Aaron explained in complete detail what he was doing. He was very polite, very thorough, and made sure I was happy with the entire system before he left.Thank you Aaron. I would not hesitate to use ACI again or recommend ACI because of your professionalism.

    Excellent customer service. Being in the Real Estate industry for several decades, most agents have their confident vendors however on this particular deal, the property was outside of my area so had to rely on outside reviews. Everyone was super professional from person setting the appointment who verified the evening before, to the technician who called when on his way to the home, called when he arrived, and when he left to let me know the job was completed. And this was all just for a small broken PVC pipe! Super impressed!

    Aaron did a great job. Arrived around 8:15 am. Checked out my system. Explained to me how it worked. What I was doing wrong. Evaluated my entire system. Gave me the cost and time it would take. Then went about bringing my system back to where it should be. He was polite, personable and excellent worker. Told me about the maintenance plan and I decided to do it, because of his work. You have an excellent representative for your company and will for sure recommend your company to others.

    When selling our house we discovered a broken irrigation fitting (an octopus). We had a service agreement with ACI irrigation and they came promptly and fixed it for us. Cooper is the best!

    We had ACI move a valve box for us. We were very pleased with our entire experience. They arrived early, were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. When live pipes were discovered under our existing lanai the crew went above and beyond and rerouted around and added new lines all while staying in original quote. Cleaned up the site beautifully.     My home is 16 years old and after moving in I realized the irrigation system was the original system. Several of the heads leaked and were in need of repair, replacement and alignment. A quick Google search led me to ACI Irrigation, and after reading their reviews I knew thats who I wanted to service my system. Ivan was my technician and he arrived at the beginning of my scheduled appointment window. He was very polite and professional, and quickly assessed the situation and identified all the components needing repair/replacement. He had everything on the service truck to make the repairs, and even with a brief delay for a thunderstorm, he was done in a couple of hours. I am confident my system will function properly for the coming years, and I have a good warranty to back it up. I highly recommend ACI Irrigation for anyone needing service or repair on their irrigation system.

    Our landscaper made a mess of our irrigation pipes and wasnt discovered until we found out that certain areas of our front grass were turning brown.     William came by this morning to do our quarterly service. He took the time to make sure I understood the timing of how the controller was programming and why its important. He also explained the different zones and the coverage of each sprinkler head. He was courteous, professional and friendly.

    William came by today to do scheduled quarterly service on my irrigation system, in my non-traditional yard (very little grass - mostly Florida Native Plants). He arrived on time. He let me follow him around the yard to observe any issues with the sprinklers and explained why some were 4 versus 6, etc. He checked the drip irrigation areas. He offered to clear overgrown grass from around the sprinklers for $99, and that was worth it! William has been here before and he has always been professional, efficient and courteous.

    Dave and his team came out and adjusted and rerouted some of the original irrigation layout to support new landscaping and give better coverage to my lawn. I also had them install a new water wise smart controller and absolutely recommend the upgrade. The app is easy to use and I can adjust via my phone even when away.

    After having a pool installed, I had another local company doing my irrigation work and they were not able to get things done correctly or done on schedule. I contacted ACI and they came out, assessed the situation and then returned for two days to redo the entire system. They new what they were doing, professional and a pleasure to work with. They werent cheap - but I received excellent value and my system is now in excellent working condition.

    Has them replace my old irrigation controller with a new wi-fi unit. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Install was smooth but had a problem with the rain sensor.
