    Do you need a new roof or repair? Next Dimension Roofing is the best! First, a few years ago when selling a house in The Villages, they were able to inspect the roof and write a letter with the expected life left for buyers to use when getting insurance, which helped the house sell. Currently, my roof thats only 4 years old has issues. (Previous owners purchased it.) Next Dimension Roofing inspected it and was able to easily explain the fixes needed. They are willing to do the work if the original company wont, and I will probably have them do the work as I trust them. They are family owned and just good people! Highly recommended!!

    After Hurricane Milton I discovered some minor damage to the shingles on my roof. I worked with Andrew Bennett (Sales Consultant for Next Dimension Roofing), he was able to get me a reasonable quote and got my home on the schedule for repair. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was in frequent communication with me about the details of the job. I recommend working with Andrew Bennett for any Next Dimension projects.

    I wanted to share my 5-star happiness with Next Dimension Roofing. I had my roof replaced on November 7, 2024. My outstanding experience started with TJ Watson. He explained what was going on with my roof and wasnt a pushy salesperson. I signed a contract in August but wanted to wait until November when the weather was cooler. The whole process ran like clockwork. It was so pleasant to speak with the office (Erin), and the 2 Shanes when I had questions.     The crew showed up to put on our new roof at the time I was told. They used tarp covers over the drive and our plants and furniture . The job was completed in about nine hours. Zachary was the foreman who made sure that the job was done correctly and to standards they told us it would be. We are very pleased with our service with Next Dimension.

    Next Dimension had done some excellent cement work for me prior to developing their roofing division. So when my insurance company told me I needed an inspection on my roof, they were my first call. They came out promptly and honestly certified my roof and saved me from any other company that would have forced me into an unnecessary expense.     This company is great! We had to have a re roof due to hurricane Ian and they were fast and efficient and very accommodating to our special circumstances. Jonathan Norman was exceptional from the first time we communicated. He continued to be available with any questions we had and would always find out ASAP if he didn’t have the answer. He is really the reason I chose this company.     TJ and the Next Dimension Roofing team did absolutely phenomenal work removing, repairing and replacing the roof on our recently-purchased home. They went above and beyond in order to ensure the timeline matched up with our needs as we were also facing code enforcement violations from the city due to the roof being severely damaged and covered in tarps. The crew had the entire job completed in just a day. We couldnt be happier with the results! It looks amazing!

    We needed a new roof due to the age. TJ came out and did an excellent job reviewing our roofs condition and what it would cost to have a new one built. He mentioned who the team was and financing options. I originally called 3 roofers but we liked next dimension the most. The team came out here and did a great job, finished in one day and just in time since it rained an hour or 2 after they left. County inspector came the next week and it was approved. Please make sure to call and schedule since it did take about a month before we could get it done.

    Next Dimension Construction and Roofing put a roof on my home last week and although it may not be possible to be more than 100% satisfied, I am. I obtained Four quotes for a new roof and Next Dimension was the last quote I got. Its TRUE sometimes you do get the best, last. Robert Campos the Sales Representative who came to our home gave my roof a thorough inspection and explained all about the different materials and the different costs associated with each different type of materials selected. There was no pressure to up sell, I was able due to Roberts explanations and responses to my questions for me to make a well informed decision on the materials and warranty on the roof that was right for us. I appreciate Roberts honesty, patience, explanations and professionalism. I thought this being my first purchase of a replacement roof would be a little intimidating with all the choices, not so. Robert made sure I understood everything including all my options before deciding.     I worked with Next Dimension after we lost roof shingles in a bad wind storm. We contacted 3 companies and all offered to replace the roof. In our case, Robert Campo at Next Dimension further researched our roof and found some issues with our batch of shingles. He was able to get the shingle company to cover the cost to reglue down all the shingles. The roof held up well and was still doing fine when we moved out. I was happy with the service and would recommend Next Dimension and Robert Campo.

    I had whats called a chance encounter with Mr Michael. I was selling a property and went to check the mail and the interior and spoke to Mr Michael as he was leaving, He was a prospective company to do the roof so he walked me through and gave me an invoice explained everything to me was very fair reasonable and transparent most importantly. I say that because if I didnt have this chance encounter I would have never found out some valuable information affecting the sale. Would highly recommend if this company serves your area.

    They extended our driveway and poured our slab in preparation for our metal building. We could not be more pleased with the way Brett handled this project from start to finish.     We just got this company to roof our house in Ocala, they work with you hand to hand, the guy who helped us with the process is Dan Isbell. Excellent guy to work with before, during and after the whole process. He is always making sure that everything works out smoothly. They do your roof in just one day. Very neat and clean job.     Buyer BewareIt appeared that they were a Great company to work with. Their prices were not the cheapest but their salesman Jeremy, although new, was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, unlike the other companies that came to give estimates. Those companies tried to sell us what they wanted to get rid of or apparently what garnered them the most profit.We have been in litigation with our insurance co, Universal , for over 2 years now. Not being able to hold off any longer on repairing our roof, for fear of much more damage to come, we had to act now and with a reasonable budget.Next Dimension offered a combo plan for a metal roof/Solar combo that came to aprox $115,000 with payments under $500 mo for 20 years. We agreed and a few weeks later they came out to replace the roof. They rushed to complete the job but missed a few important details which never got completed. Their installers stepped through the roof multiple times and created damage to the interior ceilings in 4 rooms. Knocked things off shelved and broke them.Salesman Jeremy came and helped us repair the damages on his own time, for Next Dimension just ignored or plees. We paid for the material ourselves. The installers left a mess outside also. They didnt haul away all the debris despite having a dumpster at that time that we were charged for. I loaded it up & took it to the dump. They were very unprofessional. The roof, although not finished, does look great from the road. Of course I kept their advertising sign out in the yard for many weeks.The financing company that Next Dimension was partnering with, backed out of the deal. They were not financing any solar from ND.We had a signed contract that was pending the completion of this financial partnership.Now Next Dimension is refusing to take any responsibility for prematurely executing this deal and demanding that we pay over $100,000.00 more than agreed upon, dealing with another financer. Weve been looking for a finance company of our own even considering a HELOC type loan. Nothing compares to what we originally agreed upon before starting this project. We offered to pay the agreed amount of monthly payments directly to ND until we collect from the lawsuit against Universal Ins. They refused our offer.If we drop the solar plans, the deal is still $82,000.00 more than agreed upon!Next Dimension tried to loop me into a $950 mo payment plan. Almost double.Now they are trying to put a lien on my house.Totally unacceptable. Now were forced to take them to court.Buyer Beware

    After reviewing several roofing companies we made a call to Next Dimension and spoke with TJ Watson. We set an appointment for him to come out and look at our home we felt he was very professional, thorough, and very polite. He gave us the brochure to be able to view styles and colors and we made an appointment to visit their office. After going over all of the literature we decided to go with their company and we chose our color of shingles. The crew showed up and worked all day very professionally and everyone knew what their job was. The job was completed earlier than expected and it was a jam up job.     Next Dimension Roofing put a new roof on my home, and I could not be happier with the project. From my first phone call to arrange for an estimate to visits after the installation from both the production supervisor Marco and my sales rep TJ, the entire process was completed in a smooth and professional manner. During his first visit, TJ took the time to carefully inspect my existing roof, and then he patiently and thoroughly reviewed his findings, explained my shingle options, and discussed the pricing and warranties for each option. I had already collected three other estimates, and I quickly knew I wanted to work with TJ based on his friendliness, knowledge, attention to detail and competitive pricing. He kept me informed and updated via email and text messages throughout the entire project. On the day of the installation, Marco made sure that the tear-off and installation were expertly done, and the roofing crew completed a very thorough cleanup before leaving.     I received an estimate from TJ at Next Dimensions roofing to have a new roof put on my home. After 4 different estimates from 4 different company’s , next dimensions was the most reasonable. Price is not what got me though. It was that it was the only company that took the time to get on my roof and tell me exactly what I needed and blend it in with what I wanted. Through the whole process of estimate to permit to completion, “ which was less then 3 weeks total” the entire staff and installers were spectacular to work with and kept me informed and updated through every step of the project! I am more than happy with this company and could not recommend a better one. My install from tear off to install took less than one day done with a great perfection that even I was amazed.     It’s hard to know where to begin to describe the outstanding work performed by Next Dimension Roofing. The entire process worked like a well oiled machine. Our roof looks amazing and we have gotten many complements from neighbors. Every employee we encountered was friendly, courteous, upbeat and engaged.     My roof was done today. There were 7 workers plus a supervisor. They cut in a ridge vent that should have been on/in the original roof. I am so pleased with the quality of work and shingles. The supervisor kept me up to date on the progress including when the final inspection would be done and when the dumpster would be picked up.     We were skeptical about hiring a roofer from outside our area, so initially we only contracted them to put up an emergency tarp after Hurricane Ian knocked out our roof, Adam the sales rep assured us that they would have the tarp up before the next rainfall and a couple of days after, the tarp was up while most of my neighbors waited at least a week longer to get a tarp.After failing to get several local roofers to commit to installing a new roof within 6 weeks, we decided to hire Next Dimension even though they couldnt commit to the 6 week timeline, Adam told us he would do his best and we had no reason to doubt that after the tarp job. About 2 weeks after signing the contract the roof materials were dropped off on our driveway, and about a week after that we got a call from Steve the manager who explain the process to us and scheduled the job for the following week. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we got a new roof in a little over 4 weeks.Everyone that we came in contact with at Next Dimension from Adam the sales rep to Steve the manager and everyone else was easy to get a hold of and very professional which made the stressful aftermath of Hurricane Ian a lot less stressful.We are no longer skeptical, if youre gonna hire a roofer from outside your area, this is the one!

    Michael Mel of Next Dimension Roofing did an excellent job of handling my roof damage from hurricane Milton. He was at my home on Thursday, October 10 and checked my roof and we went over the basic scope of the damage and approximate repair cost. On Sunday he sent the estimate to me, we reviewed it that night and agreed on a cost and his me were there mid-afternoon the next day, Monday, and completed the job by sundown. The shingle removal & replacement, ridge caps and flashing were all done with quality workmanship. Cleanup was thorough and complete. The matter was concluded in 4 days. Of all the local roofing companies reps that visited us, Jonathan, was by far the best! He explained everything, and took pictures of all the damage around the house not just the roof. He had time for us, rather than the Chucks in the Trucks leaving as fast as they came. The following day, I went to file my claim online and my insurance company asked for pictures. I texted Jonathan asking if I could use the pictures he had taken of our small residence, the previous day.     As a senior and widow, i highly recommend using Next Dimension Construction and im thrilled with my new aluminum roof i needed to replace my roof which i had no problems with but was more than 10 years old so my insurance company raised my premiums way above what i could afford on a fixed income. It was raised also because i failed a wind mitigation inspection so Next Dimension installed hurricane clips and new soffits and paid for a new wind mitigation inspection which alone decreased my premium by $900.00! They were able to do the aluminum over my exsisting roof since i had no damage which will lower my electric usage from air conditioning my home! They were very professional and always responding to my calls and questions every step of the process.     Next Dimension is a great company. A spot appeared on our kitchen ceiling after a bad storm in August. We called and Robert was out checking for leaks in our roof the very next day. He couldnt find anything even after looking in the attic. He did discover that there was no plate on one of our gutters and it could have caused the gutter to overflow and leak. He arranged with a gutter company to come out and put the plate on. Now thats service. He and his staff were extremely nice to work with and I would never hesitate to call them again.

    The company NeXT dimension did a wonderful job of from beginning to end where Virginia dampler who was the sales rep took care of explaining everything in detail and giving us updates for everything that was to happen and when it would happen and they did it happened immediately she has kept up kept up with making sure that we were satisfied and knowledgeable about when things would happen how much it would cost when we needed to pay for everything and at the end she helped us have all the warranties available and all the paperwork to go to our insurance company and payment plans but we were very pleased with everything that Virginia did for next dimension and their service was excellent I would recommend this company for anybody who wanted to replace their roof and within a timely time thats it thank you

    Seem to have done a good job - roof was leaking, they got it sorted and we haven’t seen leaks in the two weeks since install even with some heavy rain. They did leave a note to say something about some peel and stick not being able to come off, but didn’t say how it was resolved or any impact due to that. Left a form for inspection - never had anyone come by for an inspection and after a couple weeks we reached out to the company and they said it was already taken care of so I do wonder if it was just an internal one.Some plants were killed around our house, but our chicken coop and birds were just fine and they are close to the walls so there was care taken there. Overall they did it quickly, it looks good, and so far functions well so we haven’t had any significant complaints.
