Wonderful experience from start to finish!We had a Tesla Wall Charger installed today. Our panel is on the far side of the house, so I knew this would be a challenging project. Luckily, the experts at Chams were very knowledgeable and were able to give me a detailed description of how it would be accomplished. They were able to provide an accurate estimate through their online platform, through which you send them images of your panel and the intended location for the charger.On the day of installation, the team arrived early and did a fantastic job. As you can see in the photos, it was a very professional installation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Now I just need to wait for my Tesla to arrive!The timeline from initial phone call to completed installation was well under a week! Can’t possibly recommend this company enough. Their reputation is well-deserved!

I had a Tesla wall charger installed. I called and got Shaq on the phone immediately. I provided him details of what I needed done and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I sent him pictures of my panel and he came out a couple of days later and had it up in less than an hour. Courteous, professional, and didnt attempt to upsell. I had others come out for a quote because they couldnt provide an estimate over the phone and they attempted to sell me a whole new electrical panel, my home is 20 years old. Needles to say Chams/AMS Electric is who I will call for any future needs. Quality work including warranty and reasonably priced compared to your large organizations.

I called Cheikh (he answered the phone himself for Chams Electrical Services) on Wednesday after I had just taken delivery of a new EV to look into quotes for a wall charger installation. Cheikh texted me a form to fill out online, I provided some photos of where I was planning to park and the electrical breaker box, and Voila!, I had an e-mailed quote I could accept or deny online within an hour. The price was great and given Chams Electrical Services reputation in the Houston-area for being one of the best for EV charger installation, I immediately accepted. I didnt want to goto a less reputable technician (who may not have torqued the components corrected or used residential instead of commercial-grade wiring) as Ive heard horror stories of problems with shoddy installation. What was even better was Cheikh was on the way for another job to my area and was free to do the installation the very next morning on Thursday! The EV charger installation itself was smooth and he provided the actual charger at-cost. I had another outlet I wanted installed in my home (not for EV charging) and even though I didnt mention it in the original quote, Cheikh, was obliging and quoted me an excellent price again. He mentioned he does all electrical work, not just EV charging related. All in all, I would recommend Chams Electrical Services without reservation!
