I had a very stubborn intermittent tankless water heater issue. They listened to me over the course of a couple months, and we finally got it fixed. YAY These are great guys and I trust them. Ill call them again when anything else goes wrong.

Great company to work with. This is the second time I have dealt with Fitch Specialties and both experiences were great. This time was a bit of an emergency since our water heater went out. Tim came out the very next day and installed a new tankless water heater. Service was fast, communication was great and the price was reasonable. He is an expert in his field for sure. I would definitely recommend this company!

Tim Fitch did great work for me in April 2022. He removed an older, in-wall gas fireplace, then for my two remaining fireplaces, he re-piped the on/off gas valve to look more modern. For my hot water heater, he installed a circulating pump, so now the master bath has on-demand hot water. He also inspected 2 fireplaces at my previous residence and prepared a detailed estimate for the repair. I highly recommend Fitch Specialties!

I highly recommend Fitch Specialties for your tankless water heater repair/replacement. Tim Fitch was recommended to me by several neighbors who had their tankless water heaters replaced and he did not disappoint. I am thankful that after speaking with Tim on Monday that by mid-morning Tuesday he was able to fit me in and replace my broken system with a new Rinnai water heater. 5-star service. Prompt, reliable communication. Thank you.

As an independent businessman for over 50 years I know how hard it is to succeed in todays market. Satisfying customers is Job 1 although there are a few like myself that require service above and beyond. That exemplifies the service I received from Fitch Specialties. Needing help with our gas fireplaces I found few resources for that small job. Fitch not only came in but stuck with the issues of getting repair parts in this supply chain crunch. In those 50+ years I learned that the companies that stick with a problem to conclusion are the companies I want to stick with. Thanks to the Fitch team.
