The team at Priority Plumbers are top notch and a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, punctual, professional, and detailed oriented. I placed a call for service during their after hour times and I received a phone call back within 20 minutes of leaving a message. I then had their service techs at my home the next morning. I received a 12 hour response time for a non-emergency pluming request, so I can only image what their response time is like for an emergency call. Other then seeing the work done that was needed, you would have never known they were at my home. They worked clean and efficient, and made sure to put everything back exactly as it was when they arrived.I plan to use Priority Plumbers for any plumbing needs that I have and I would recommend to everyone.Thank you for being a professional company.

After having three plumbing companies to our home and spending several thousand dollars with no result, we were recommended to Priority Plumbing. Luke Hyman was amazing! In one visit he was able to clear a clog, recommend what should come next and resolve our problem . We were so pleased with his work that we had him come back a second time to do extra work. Luke was knowledgeable, very courteous, respectful and totally cleaned up after himself leaving no trace of his visit behind. I would highly recommend Priority and Luke Hyman and certainly plan to use them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Priority Plumbers & Air are by far the best in the business. They make their clients a priority. I say clients because a customer is someone who makes a single purchase, where a client has recurring. They are focused on making a customer a client.We recently had their custom smart thermostat installed with a service checkup and repair that was needed from our previous service company. Hands down the most tailored service we have ever had. The thermostat surpasses others on the market (nest, ecobee, etc) because of the ability for Priority to monitor the system thru the thermostat and know if service is needed before something happens!Call and get your own personalized smart thermostat and service with Priority. You won’t be disappointed.

Priority was wonderful to deal with. Especially their staff. Troy is who came to our house with an apprentice and did quick work in order to repair a deteriorated gas line. In addition to that there were some other plumbing needs while he was there that he made sure to address quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are the right team with the right tools.Our kitchen sink backed up at the house and Priority Plumbers promptly sent out Troy to snake the line and get things flowing again. After pushing out the clog a full 80 feet away from the sink, our drain was flowing free, or so we thought.The next morning we discovered that the clog had only ben pushed down the line and resolidified by the next morning resulting in a non functional bathroom as well. Luke was promptly dispatched to us for his literal first job with the company as a fresh hire (Troy was already on another jobsite).Luke was equipped with equipped with a larger snake that included a camera. We scoped the drain line from a vent pipe and cleanout to discover that our clog was a massive chunk of grease. Our assumption is the previous homeowners poured grease down the drain (20 years worth) and it slowly built up until breaking free and essentially turning into a softball in our drain line. As you will see in the attached picture, we extracted nearly 2 gallons worth of grease as it fell into the basin that houses our grinder pump.Everything is flowing better than ever.All-in-All,Highly recommend for speed & service.

If anyone is in need of a plumber. We had our water lines snaked and hydro jetted to clear any root invasion. Had a new shower head installed, new faucet installation, unclogged sinks, new toilets installed, shower head tightened and filter installed….Priority Plumbing is reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend Mike Shelly and his crew!

Hired them to install new dishwasher, sink faucet and new water valves. They were on time, courteous and professional. When the install was completed they made sure everything was working. Of course rhe new dishwasher was DOA with a faulty pump. The tech went above and beyond to make sure it was something he could not fix. Will definitely call them for future plumbing work.

It is so refreshing to find a company that is transparent and communicative. As soon as we booked, we received a text that confirmed the time and let us know who our tech would be. They arrived on time without a 4 hour window. They respected our time and our home, worked clean and left everything better than they found it. I know who my go to is now!
