Stuart Plumbing had to come out to my house. I thought I needed a pump out but instead I had a clog. They were honest from the beginning until the end. Instead of up charging and costing me extra money the chose to be honest and fixed the problem without providing unnecessary services for extra money. An honest company is hard to find these days and both the employees sent out and multiple people I spoke to on the phone where amazing and the reason I’ll be using them in the future and referring them to friends and family. If you need septic or plumbing help I highly recommend using Stuart plumbing

So thankful for this company. My outside water hose pipe decided to break today and I called in a panic. They were out to my house in just a few hours, looked at all the possible options, and then started work. All of the staff was great and just a few hours later my service tech got the new pipe installed and I had water again! Very great duo they came out so quickly and did a great job. This was a major leak so I had a bit of additional work that needed to be done but it was completed in a few hours and I was able to use the water immediately.

He talked me through the whole process of exactly what caused the situation and how he planned to fix it.And he went about his fix quickly and professionally...even installing an alarm system to give us a heads up if any problems were to begin to occur again in the future...it is an older system so its nice to have an alert system before it might become an emergency situation. The service person, Matt, was very responsive to an emergency call very late on a Wednesday night. Using pictures I sent him from my iphone of a leaking water heater tank, he was able to help me shut the water off to address the immediate issue of water flooding the garage. Although we ended up going to a service provider we had used previously to repair our water heater for the ultimate solution, Stuart Plumbing did not charge me for Matts assistance. Matt said: consider it an act of kindness. If it were not for another providers history and knowledge of our water heater unit, we would have had no reservations about using Stuart Plumbing. We will definitely continue to have a warm regard for Stuart Plumbing and consider them (or recommend them) for other needs that might arise.

We cannot thank Al enough for not giving up on our plumbing issue. After 3 days of absolutely no water in our house, 1 plumber (from another company) , 3 ulitity workers and no one figuring out the issue..we were getting pretty hopeless. Everyone else told us basically they had no idea and to call someone else. It took hours and Al told us he wouldnt leave until we had water. He stayed all day trying to figure out the issue and finally did and fixed it. We now have water again! He was there until 9pm and always stayed professional, positive and friendly. Im telling you this man does not give up and deserves a raise. We are extremely grateful and would definitely recommend stuart plumbing to everyone we know.

We had a great experience with Stuart Plumbing and highly recommend them. We had to replace all of our CPVC due to poor installation and leaks and chose Stuart Plumbing to install Pex for 20+ water supply lines.We discovered these plumbing issues during inspection before we bought the house so time was of the essence as we needed to complete the plumbing before we could move in. Stuart Plumbing started working on the Monday we closed on the house and finished the following Saturday.In addition to the quality installation job, its the little things that peopleshould appreciate about Stuart Plumbing. At the end of each day, they took the time to clean up and reset for the next morning. When the work was complete, they vacuumed the carpet, swept the floors and left the house better than they found it.Re-piping a house is a difficult, complex, and messy job that requires lots of tools, materials, and demolition. These guys worked hard 8 hours each day crawling through the attic and fishing lines through walls. To have them care enough to leave the job site organized at the end of the day says a lot about the pride they take in their craft.

What do you do when Covid-19 has had u at home all this time and you just got home from getting back to work, then septic is backing up?... I’d suggest calling them and requesting Chris. They were the only ones who gave a call back reasonably quick being it was evening time, and they showed up promptly. Chris was very informative, executed, and left us with peace of mind to be able to shower, use the potty and get back to work as normal without more worry.
