I was referred to Mario by a friend. My moms hot water tank busted and flooded the house. The insurance was dragging their feet,, the house started smelling musty, the carpet was ruined. After they came out and cut a partial check, I called Mario, he came and gave me a bid. I hired him. He moved all the furnitureand had everything ripped out, put back & finished in 4 & 1/2 days. He answers your calls & your question. He explains everything to you and stays in communication with you. Mario and his crew not only do good work, but they also clean up all the trash after they are done. Mario went above and beyond for my mom to do a good job. I highly recommend them and will hire them for any future work needed.

Alvarez construction did an EXCELLENT job on the repairs to the house. I especially love the bathroom and kitchen counter tops and the pull out shelves on the bottom cabinets of the kitchen. I would highly recommend Alvarez construction! As a matter of fact the next project is a new roof. My sister and I plan on having Mario and his company do that work as well.

I have used Mario Alvarez for remodeling in the past of my home and he done and great job. He built me some beautiful cabinets and my house turned out beautiful. I have called on him again for a complete remodel on my daughters home and it all has turned out great. . He is a great guy and they all have been really nice and pleasant to work with. I would definitely call on him again

We hired them to take out a wall in our new home and later to do ceilings and a wall in our previous home. They did excellent work and were prompt and very good to work with. They left both places very clean. I would recommend them highly to any one that needs remodeling or building/home construction.

I contracted with Mr Alvarez to build an outdoor covered patio. He and his team were always on time and explained the building process as construction begin. I highly recommend his company for your building company. They also did some interior house painting. He has a great network of various craftsmen
