    After a previous attempt at another local glass company, I was feeling defeated with getting this project done. A friend recommended Monterey Glass to me and from the moment I walked in there I knew this project would finally be completed. I am by far EXTREMELY impressed with not only the super fast turnaround in getting the glass cut, installed in my doors and the quality of work but most importantly with the quality of customer service, an art that is difficult to find these days. THANK YOU Lisa (and crew) for being phenomenal from the moment I walked in to the moment the project was done. You listened to my wants, you followed up with me and you helped with my needs/decision making struggles! I am extremely grateful for the way you run your business!     Being fairly new to Martin County , I asked several people for recommendations for window companies. I like dealing with local businesses and one referred several times was Monterey Glass.They were pleasant to deal with and promptly gave us quotes.Very knowledgeable staff and installation was easy. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

    Joe and his staff were the best. I had damage to my sunroom from the storm and I couldn’t find anyone who would work on my old Jealousy windows. Joe not only straightened out the bent frames and replaced the glass, he did it the same day I brought them in. Amazing job. He painted the new trim to match and they look brand new. My only place for anything glass from now on. Thanks guys!

    Very nice people. I recently had a light fixture break and even though they couldnt replace it because it is costume they recommended me to someone who could. If needing any new glass done for me or anyone I know I will definitely be recommending them here!!!

    Joe showed up day after I called. Measured the new shower I needed glass for and wrote up a quote. Told me the timeframe and the deal was done! Great experience, he called a few days before install and sent 2 great professional gentlemen who installed quickly and looks amazing! Will definitely go to them for my glass needs.

    I discovered Monterrey Glass in a coupon booklet and everything they advertised was true. Good price, personal and helpful design hints and clean, prompt and professional servicemen. The owner Joe did a follow up call to see if I was pleased or needed anything to tweak the installation. I told him it was perfect and I would recommend him to anyone in need of shower enclosure. He stopped by to “thank me”.

    When you move into a new community, you never know where to go for excellent service, a fair price, and professional work. Sometimes you pay for your mistakes, but this time we got lucky the first time and went to Monterey Glass Specialists. YES ! They knew how to do the job, what kind of glass to use, how to finish it, and they were courteous, interested and patient in the process. Wonderful results, and ready a day earlier than we were promised for a very good price. Now, to find a plumber etc. etc.

    Had my lanai glassed in by them in Florida and having a new shower unit and door placed in my bathroom. They have been very good to work with. I have not had any problems with them.

    After long hours of trying to install a window in my boat, I took the frame, glass and gasket to Joe (owner) at Monterey Glass Specialists. Found that the window distributor had sent the wrong gasket. Fifteen minutes later Joe had a new gasket in the frame and ready to be installed.     Friendly, fast and affordable.Would highly recommend. Had a broken window. They had the window back to me, good as new in less then 24 hours. And I just dropped by unexpectedly. Great service!!!

    We had one of our sliding glass doors shatter last week and after calling 10 local Glass companies, all saying they were booked out two to three weeks, we found Monterey Glass Specialists Inc. They are so kind and accommodating. Knowing we had a possible storm coming our way they pushed our install and got the job done in less than a week. They left our porch cleaner than it was before and we’re extremely kind. If you need a local glass definitely check them out!

    Beyond helpful. They went above and beyond. This is an old-school glass shop. The type of place that you can shake someone’s Hand and it still mean something these days, Very rare. A real human being answers the phone and an actual person cuts the glass, not a machine. These guys are true craftsman and know what they’re doing. They let me walk through the warehouse and pick the glass myself. That made excellent recommendations and even help me set the glass into a frame that I bought online myself. Typically most glass shops would’ve tried to sell me their kit for a huge markup. I am only writing this review because I was shocked to see how quick people are to write negative comments but rarely write good reviews when they have a great experience. Maybe we should all return to those days were a handshake means something and good service is appreciated.

    My lawn guy broke the slider glass two days before Dorian was to hit Hobe Sound. I called everyone and nobody answered. I called Monterey Glass and the person that answered confidently said that they could put a new piece of glass in if I brought the Frame in before they closed at 4:30pm. This was at 2pm with the hurricane bearing down. At 4:45 I was back at my house with the repaired slider and put it into place! I could not be more grateful to this local business.
