    I highly recommend Smart Creationz Remodeling for all of your remodeling/building needs. They completely renovated our office space and sound studio in the basement level of our building. For the office space the renovation included a new kitchen area with a separation wall, build out of 3 offices, a conference room, 2 waiting areas and a bathroom. For the Sound studio, Jimmie and his team created a sound proof live jam room with lighting, a sound proof recording booth, and a break room with cabinets and counterspace. Like any remodeling project sometimes you run into unforeseen problems when opening spaces. Jimmie contacted us right away, came up with a solution, and worked with us to resolve any issues along the way. We made a few personal changes and Jimmie and his team never made us feel like our changes were an inconvenience. He made sure our needs were met and made it very clear that our satisfaction was his number one priority. During the process Jimmie checked on the job site daily and responded to calls quickly. Every step of the process was treated with respect, transparency, and above all integrity.Thank you for making our space perfect! Our clients, especially our longtime clients are always complimenting the changes to the space.

    We had Jimmie and his crew come out and renovate our kitchen, bathroom, and do some other smaller projects so we could get our house on the market. I will say that not only does the house look beautiful and we were able to get an offer right away, but maybe more importantly is that Jimmie stands by the work and the process the whole way. He was always available, answering my texts and calls as I needed. At the end of each part of the process we would do a walk through together to make sure I was happy and there were no issues. He would even point stuff out he didnt like, such as paint needing to be touched up, even if I didnt notice it myself. However, the best thing about Jimmie is hes a man of his word. He said he would be there to help us no questions asked if we had any problems, even if it was weeks after they were done. Well, we did end up having a bit of a hiccup about a week and a half after they finished, a very small leak coming from one of the new plumbing lines that ended up dripping through our new ceiling. I called Jimmie about it and he stood by his word. He got his guys back out there immediately and was able to not only find and fix the leak, but patch and paint the ceiling all before the buyers of my house had their inspection. I know every job has snags, and ours was no exception. The point is that Jimmie made it right, no questions asked, and he made it right fast. A good, honest contractor is an important thing to have when you are working on a major project, and Jimmie is a good, honest contractor.

    Being in Real estate you encounter all kinds of repairs and work needed on homes. Jimmie was recommended to me by another associate. He came out immediately gave me a Fair quote and told me when he could start. He was very knowledgeable not only about the work needed he was well versed with the city we were in and what they required. He kept in contact with all the parties involved with pics and detailed descriptions! He also finished on our deadline request! I will use him in the future and recommend him to all!

    Less than 1 year ago this company totally remodeled my Condo perfectly. Then disaster, broken sewer lines underground broke in numerous places flooding my condo and others. These guys came in worked all kinds of hours in the worst conditions in the winter to boot. Insurance problems arguing whose responsible HOA refusing to help tenants the list went on and on. Jim Parsons the owner operator of smart creationz didnt let it bother him or his crew out his own pocket (his own pocket) he carried on and fixed the emergency including putting my home back in order. Awesome guys cant say enough about them. End line doing remodeling of any fashion consider this company you will not go wrong.

    Jimmy and his crew did a great job through a full blown kitchen remodel for us. He was always on time, always responded to our request, always asked if there was anything that could make us happier, and always did what we requested. Hes a second-generation guy, with a first generation customer service skills.I plan on using him for everything Im doing around the house, that is, everything I am not qualified to do.Seriously, hes pretty darn good. Now if I could only find an auto mechanic like Jimmy and his team.

    Jim the owner and contractor had great vision when it came to a difficult project. He came by first, did all the necessary calculations, gave us several options and when we decided on a design he sent two of the most pleasant and efficient construction guys I have ever experienced. They came by every day on time and kept us posted if they would be even five minutes late. (Jim called several times and stopped by to check on the progress as well) They were neat, cleaned up daily and the attention to detail was amazing. Our house looks GREAT just in time for Christmas as PROMISED!Neat- Clean- Fair- Reliable. Could you ask for more? I think not!Smart Creationz would by my FIRST Choice for any future project.

    We chose Jimmy Parsons to do a bathroom tile remodeling in our upstairs bathroom, and had a good experience; the result was what we were looking for and the quality of the work was excellent. We also had him do some exterior work on our downspouts, repairing storm damage, and the work was done quickly and well. Recommended.

    We contacted Jimmie Parsons of Smart Creationz Remodeling to finish our basement and garage. He responded promptly to our request with a competitive quote. We hired him immediately.He installed a large bathroom in our basement with an oversized tile shower made for two. The bathroom included a vanity and sink with granite top, linen closet, mirror unique sound system and decorative sconces. Jimmie was very instrumental in guiding us through the designing of this room. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship was impeccable.The basement was finished with coordinating tile to match the bathroom. The crew was very professional and willing to accommodate our many requests. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. They are very diligent and dedicated workers and their outstanding efforts are shown inour wonderful basement.We also had our garage finished including the ceiling, walls, new steps with a railing and installation of a stainless steel sink. The quality of workmanship was superior. The garage looks great.Jimmie was always available to answer questions and checked in on the progress of our home daily. It is unusual to find this type of dedication in the construction world today.We could not be more satisfied with our new basement and garage. They look absolutely amazing and we will be using him for all future projects in our home.It is without hesitation we give Smart Creationz Remodeling our highest recommendation.

    We had Jimmie and his crew over to our home for a variety of repairs including drywall and wood repair from water damage that we experienced last year. Our home is 12 years old.Scheduling the initial meeting for the estimate was easy and Jimmie arrived to my home on time. The estimate arrived soon after our appointment and the pricing for the repairs was fair.Jimmie and his crew are experienced in their field. They have a terrific work ethic and it is obvious that they take pride in their work. The repairs were completed in a timely and efficient fashion. All areas of drywall and wood that has water damage were treated for mold - so not only do All of the repairs look great, I know that any potential underlying health issue has also been resolved!The crews showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Communications between all parties were always clear.We are VERY pleased with the results and are already scheduling for our outside repairs with Jimmie and his crew.I HIGHLY recommend Smart Creationz Remodeling.
