We hired plumbing tech to run gas lines for our pool project. The team was great to work with, from the planning phase of how to run the pipe to estimating the work to coordinating with the pool installers and project completion, the team was absolutely outstanding. They pulled the necessary permits and kept me informed along the way. They communicated to us, every step of the way, what to expect and when. Superb customer service. And we would absolutely recommend them to our family and friends. If we ever need gas or plumbing work done in the future, we know to go to Plumbing Tech. We have had issues with our plumbing over the past several years. Wed have plumbers come out, they would fix a problem and then wed have issues again. We were referred to Plumbing Tech this summer after yet another issue. I noticed the difference immediately. Kyle was so professional and polite. He took the time to ask questions and investigate for the root cause of our issues. When he suggested the services to fix the problems, he was honest about what needed to be done immediately and what would need done in the future. We received a quote and explanation of services proposed right after he returned to the office so we could an informed decision. They took care of contacting the city to help with the work that needed to be done and were able to come out when it was convenient for our schedule. All of the workers who did work at our house were professional and polite and skilled in the trade. Thanks to their time and attention to detail, we were able to get resolutions to plumbing and water issues weve had for years and thought wed just have to deal with as part of the house. We highly recommend Plumbing Tech!

One was to replace a rusted and failed toilet drain flange and the other was repairing a couple burst pipes that let go in the wall during extremely low temperatures.I felt the projects were resolved properly and the total cost was reasonable. We would use them again for both urgent and/or normal repairs and maintenance items.
