    Cant say enough good things about Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. Ive had two sump pumps replaced, and had modifications made so that I am now using the recirculation pump on my tankless hot water system to get hot water, even at the furthest point, much much faster than ever before.Matt and Brian were on time, efficient, provided me with great communication and were very professional. Clean up was excellent. Shannon was also very understanding, excellent communication, and going forward, I wont be calling anyone else.

    Shannon was very helpful and communicated clearly. She was able to work our job in same day which was a huge help to us. Prices were very reasonable.     I recommend Ohio Buckeye Plumbing to anyone who is having any kind of sewer draining issues. On time, professional, highly skilled, and equipped with all the tools to let them fix a problem completely. I had Matt and his apprentice Mike out to clear out my 4 inch sewer main and to camera inspect it. They figured out very quickly what was going on with my plumbing issue and fixed it just as quickly. Will use them again and recommend them to anyone that asks.

    We were very impressed by Ohio Buckeye Plumbings service and responsiveness. We had a small job--fixing a broken water line to our new fridge--but they treated the job like it was a priority.     2019- Buckeye Plumbing saved the day! Brian did a fantastic job! I had an emergency plumbing issue and they came out the same day and fixed my issue!     Ohio Buckeye Plumbing replaced a 100 year old concrete wash tub in our rental property. Also installed was the new faucets and new stand pipes for the washing machines. Everything works great and was installed professionally. The technician called to let us know they were on there way and provided updates as the job was completed. Everything was cleaned up and tested upon completion. We will use there services again! This is a plumber you can rely on.

    Ohio Buckeye Plumbing installed a new 1/2 bath in our basement remodel. They did an excellent job and it looks amazing! On a second occasion, Tim came over and inspected our plumbing to make sure it was up to code for our irrigation system. He was so kind and helpful.     If you are looking for a professional/reliable/experienced plumber, I would highly recommend Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. Brian and Shannon who are the owners sensed the urgency with our broken water pipe and had the job scheduled within 2 days. Tim was the plumber on the job. He is a super hard worker with three generations of plumbers behind him. He explained the job in great detail and was quick/efficient and work was done in great detail. Stressful situation became the thing of the past and I’m a very satisfied customer. Before you call inexperienced companies such as Mr.Rooter, please give this company a call.     Highly recommend Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. My old water heater died and Ohio Buckeye Plumbing made sure I ordered the correct model for my home. (almost ordered the wrong one) The technician was on time, professional, and was very knowledgeable. I went from a 40 gallon tank to a 50 gallon tank which required adjustments to the pipes and fittings and everything looks great! I was back up and running with hot water in no time. He helped me dispose of my old tank and answered a bunch of different questions while he worked. Nothing but great things to say about Ohio Buckeye Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

    I had a leaky valve getting worse and was very worried because water was coming faster. I was praying for help. In fact, I called our usual plumber 4 times and no response in 3 weeks time, since this issue started with a leaky faucet. Called 2 other plumbers, but no help. Called Ohio Buckeye and Shannon answered promptly. What nice people! She immediately, (not days from now) called the master plumber, Brian. He was driving past our area and was here in 10 minutes to fix my leak. I was thrilled! I give glory to God, and I thank Him for sending the right person. This work was done well, efficiently, and everyone was very nice. Brian also helped me find the right shutoff.Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

    This is the second time we have had Tim work on a problem. The company is very responsive. And Shannon in the office was so nice and very helpful. Tim showed up on time. He is friendly and very nice. His work is great. His work is clean, he’s quick and knows what he is doing. We have had other plumbers but Tim was quick to figure out the source of the problem and get it taken care of. He explained everything so I understood. We think we have found our go to plumber.     These guys are great. Brian and Shannon were so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and timely. I had a sewer backup into my house and Brian was there within 90 minutes to take care of it. After that, they cut all the roots in the line that caused the backup, and the pipe is as good as new. The entire time I worked with Brian and Shannon they communicated with me regularly and effectively. Best of all, their prices were extremely fair! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

    Ohio Buckeye Plumbing is a great plumbing company. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the situation very clearly. Ohio Buckeye took on a main water line and sewer line repair when I needed them most. I had two previous people show up on the job and just made things worse, but Ohio Buckeye came through in a very big way.     We are so pleased with the service we received from Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. Our main shutoff valve inside the house needed to be replaced. They are very professional, knowledgeable and they come prepared and truly care about the customer. When Tim came to do the job, first thing was to shutoff the water at the street, he found a major problem there that had to be handled by the water dept. They made the call to the water dept to get those repairs done, we didnt have to do anything. Tim actually came back to talk with them and told us what to expect and he was right on. When the water dept finished Tim came back and replaced the main shutoff valve and added an air hammer arrestor....fixed all our issues. Very good at what he does and cleans up too. I highly recommend Ohio Buckeye Plumbing, they are the best. We will be getting a new water tank from them next Spring.

    Tim replaced our 70 year old cast iron stack and rerouted lot of very poorly installed pipe with an expert hand. We fully anticipated this job to take multiple days and he managed it in a day.     Brian is an awesome plumber and a very friendly guy. I have a modern custom shower that had a leak from the handles. The leak was getting into the walls so we really wanted this fixed asap. 1 other plumber I contacted prior looked at it and said he didn’t know what to do and left. The next 2 plumbers that I contacted before Brian weren’t willing to come out and look at it due to never working on the brand involved. Brian let me know in advanced that things could be complicated but was willing to come out and take a look. Even though he has never worked on this custom shower brand, he was taking everything step by step using his experience. In just 20 minutes he was able to replace the broken part and stop the leak! Very fair pricing as well. Thank you Brian you saved the day.

    Ohio Buckeye Plumbing finished 2 projects projects for us. First, they installed a new gas line in our backyard for an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.The team was very professional and pulled the proper permits, started on time and didn’t leave a mess behind. The bobcat they used to dig the 50 or so foot trench didn’t even leave tracks behind.On the same day, they installed 2 new sump pumps in our basement. They completely cleaned the wells and hauled away the old pumps. I highly recommend them. A+++

    These guys are great I would give 10 stars if I could. They came when scheduled , even called the day before to make sure it was still convenient. Tim the chief technician called to say he was enroute and got there when he said he would. The work was done quickly, professionally and affordable.     I just purchased a home in Olmsted Falls, OH. Ohio Buckeye Plumbing came out and installed a new 50G WH and drew a gas line from my basement into the laundry room. Tim was the Tech that came out and his workmanship is outstanding. As he was working he noticed a number of things that my home inspector had missed.     Emergency clog and back up. Wanted to hire someone local not a chain looking to pile on various fees for an unscheduled service call.     Tim was great. A previous owner cobbled together a solution for the dishwasher, which ended having 2 shut off valves for the supply line, 1 of which was in the cabinet for the dishwasher and the other very close to a T joint. He was able to get a single shut off valve for the dishwasher supply line without interfering with the T joint, so now there is no interference issues with installing our new dishwasher. He also replaced a corroded extension pipe before the p trap.
