AMAZING SERVICE! 3 days before Christmas, when other contractors could not get here until AFTER the New Year - Prometheus was here in less than 24 hours of my call - with the replacement Water Heater! They vacuumed up the water that leaked out overnight, installed the new tank AND even labeled the Water Heater switch on my electrical panel.I would 100% recommend and will use them again!

This is by far the best plumber we ever found in Massachusetts! En even in the Europe !For years we have been struggling (and not giving up) to find someone wiling to replace one piece ofplumbing into our antique toilet (without destroying this magnificent piece of art or breaking the bank).We had estimates from local companies like 123 plumbing at 2000$ for tearing down the thing (we didn’t want to tear apart) and ripping us off at the same time.Jay came (for free - 123 plumbing = 50$ fee for moving the truck) , he saw and gave us a very reasonable estimate on what we wanted = replace this piece (see photo).In 2 hours it was done ✅!Thank you so much guys you are the best !P.S : and I don’t tell the story about the 5 others companies we contacted during this 2 years of search for the best and honest plumber in the area !

I used Prometheus for bathroom shower and bath trim + shower valve install, re-caulking toilette and install Kitchen sink, water filter and food disposal. They are very responsive, on time and they want the best for their clients. The estimate process was fair and detailed. They work around to fix issue from a previous plumber. Ask for Guil and Alan they are the best you can get among all the crew. They worked quick, they went beyond in making sure the quality of the install was top notch before leaving ! highly recommend

Jay was fantastic with his work and was very quick to follow up. Very professional and was able to clean up the mess created by a previous plumber who was not good at all. He came in and helped straightaway and fixed our pump. Would definitely recommend

The two technicians were amazing! I’ve had multiple companies do work on my home in the last 2 months, so I was very skeptical. This company and these technicians were awesome and put my fears at ease! My basement had water in it after all the rain we had, despite the $14,000 drainage system I JUST had done with another company. They came in, answered all my questions and were extremely honest with me. They were on time, friendly and respectful. They even answered every question my parents had because they were there when I had to work. I got an appointment right away and everything looks perfect! I would totally Recommend this company!!!

These guys are AWESOME. Im so grateful to have found them. I own a rental property in Cambridge that has terrible plumbing problems and it seems like theres always some kind of emergency. They always respond to my request immediately and can usually get someone over in a much shorter time than Id expect them to be able to. 5 out of 5 stars. Hell, Id give em 6 stars if I could!

Prometheus did a great job replacing many rusting pipes and as well as correcting a venting mistake with my boiler in the basement. They were really communicative, were easy to schedule with, and did great work. Their pricing was reasonable as well! I will be using them again in the future whenever needed!

Plumbers were great. I was nervous: upstairs bathroom was leaking through the ceiling in the living-room downstairs. They located the leak, fixed it and then took extra precautions. In addition, they walked me through the findings and repairs and made sure I knew about their guarantee. I’m a single mom and would hire them again.

Super thankful for the Prometheus team. They were able to install a condensate pump in such a timely manner. But more important than their timeliness, it was their professionalism.
