    We had a 12 year old water heater that there were questions regarding code and installation requirements. Presidential handled the job from A-Z. Obtained all required permits and made arrangements for inspections post installation.Added accessories to the water heater recommended by Presidential made the long term safety features of our water heater even better. The install went smoothly with no required intervention by us, ,and the installers cleaned the work area well before leaving the job site. Within 5 hours of starting the job hot water was returned for our use. We would recommend Presidential to any homeowner.

    Met with Mike to discuss installing a new 45 gallon SuperStor, expansion and domestic expansion tank heating/hot water system.Not only did they do an exceptional job installing the system at a very competitive price, it was their personal and professional commitment to ensuring their customer was fully satisfied throughout the entire process. Their goal to impress definitely stood out to us.Mike even went above and beyond to troubleshoot a continuous banging pipe issue that recently arose... that was keeping us up at night. He brought in the big guns (Tim - owner) to assist with the issue.     I have been working w/Presidential for approx. 6 years for a myriad of different plumbing issues and couldn’t be a happier customer. My initial service requirement was an emergency call & Tim (owner) responded personally within 20 minutes as his entire crew were dispatched elsewhere. Since then every time I’ve worked w/Presidential I have received extremely prompt service, always very fairly priced & with knowledgeable, efficient & friendly technicians. I also appreciate their customer service & communication, as well as the cleanliness of their work. Although I rely on reviews heavily when selecting contractors, etc. to work with… I rarely take the time to leave a personal review. Presidential Heating & Plumbing is an exception for me because they are THAT worthy of recommending! Tim and his crew have been referred by me to friends & family multiple times & each one has been equally satisfied w/the service they’ve received… they are hands down the best around — an absolute 5 star company to work with if you choose to put your faith in them as a new customer:)

    Through a referral from our oil company, we contacted Presidential on a Saturday through their website due to a cracked sewer pipe that was gushing water into our basement. The owner, Tim, responded right away via email and provided his mobile number. Via text, he scheduled his crew to take evaluate the problem and make the necessary repairs. His team was prompt, courteous and professional. We highly recommend.

    I added a major addition and presidential plumbing re-did the whole plumbing in my house with a very reasonable price. The best quote I got. Everyone was very professional. specially Jimmy who did most of the work. He was always on time. Kept everything clean after his shift.     I’ve used Presidential twice - once for a small toilet issue and once for an urgent, major pipe issue caused by another contracting company. In both instances they were extremely professional, thorough, and helpful. Totally recommend using them, will never call another plumber.

    Presidential Plumbing and Heating, what an awesome company and work crew. The company beat the local cost estimate for the replacement of our hot water boiler and the crew traveled all the way from Stoneham to Middleboro to do it. The crew arrived right on schedule and completed the work in a single day. Professional and polite, they finished and even left the space cleaner than before they started.

    I can’t say enough about Presidential Plumbing & Heating. The owner Tim Rager is amazing. I lost my husband four years ago and never had to worry about home repairs. A friend recommended Presidential to me and they have been there for me at the drop of a hat. I always get an immediate response from Tim no matter what time of day it is and have never once had to wait for service. My water heater burst Sunday evening and by Monday morning they had a new water heater in place. His team of plumbers are top notch and always so helpful. One of them recently told me to get a device that sets off an alarm that senses water leaks. I bought it for $20 on Amazon and it went off when my water heater broke. Thank you Presidential!!

Additionally, weeks after their job was done, when we ran into some unanticipated challenges with something plumbing-related the team at Presidential was happy to help and alleviated additional stress that would have been challenging to deal with on our own. It’s rare to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, have deep expertise, and take such pride in doing right by people.     Excellent Service! Would call them for anything plumbing and or heating related. Called due to what I thought was a faulty water feeder to my steam boiler, turns out the feeder is fine, operator wasnt maintaining the boiler properly. Tim walked me through what I have to do, adjusted the blowdown valve to make it easier for me to maintain and let me know what to look for and how often to maintain it. My system doesnt sound like gremlins doing construction in my pipes anymore. Highly recommend!

    We found Presidential through Google 11 years ago, when we bid out a job to replace 2 oil boilers. We received 4 to 5 bids and Tim’s was the strongest. Since then he has installed a new gas heating system, repaired multiple broken pipes, installed bathroom fixtures and countless other jobs. He is currently converting an oil system to gas. He always calls back and shows up in emergencies, which is priceless as a landlord and home owner, and he consistently outbids other companies on bigger jobs. Most of all, I really enjoy working with Tim and his crew. They are professional, hard-working, competent and genuine. A very rare find.

    One of our circulating pumps for our hot water heating system wasnt working. We called Presidential, and even though it wasnt an emergency they came out within a couple of days. They figured out the problem, went and got a replacement pump and had it fixed all within a couple of hours. The servicemen who came out were excellent - professional and double checked everything before they left. Were very happy with Presidential and will definitely use them again.
