    I called them on August 14, and they came on August 15 to check the water heater. Origjally, they were going to come back on August 16 to replace the water heater, but after talking with their boss, they decided to replace it the day of (August 15)! We had Rheem, and they wanted to replace it with an AO Smith but when I asked if we could stick with a Rheem, they were willing to go to another warehouse to get a Rheem. We went from Rheem PROG50-38N RH60 to PROG50-38U RH60 EC1 if that matters to anyone. They were willing to take off their shoes while entering our home and were kind to our 5-year old who asked some questions. Very kind, very professional, and very quick. The whole thing cost $2,250.

    This company is awesome. I called because the drain for my washer was overflowing, and flooding my laundry room. Ben quoted me a price, and said that he could have someone out to me in an hour if I wanted. I was surprised by how fast they could get someone to me.After they arrived, Josh was very helpful, and also thorough. He made sure the drain was working exactly how I wanted before cleaning and packing up his stuff. Then, to quite a relief, the amount charged turned out to be EXACTLY how much I was quoted by Ben. No extra, last minute items or services not previously calculated or anything. How often does that happen with other home maintenance services?!All in all, very pleased with my experience today.     Prompt, efficient, and affordable! We called PPS for a no-rush toilet repair and scheduled our appointment a few days out. We were able to text pictures of our issue and get a quote all within a few minutes. It was really convenient! When the technician came to the house he was exactly on time, was conscious about leaving a clean space, and very quick (we were given an estimate for the job to be completed that they stuck to). At the time of this writing they were willing to accept payment by cash, check, or card so that is convenient as well. Will definitely work with them again for any future needs!

    I had a fantastic experience today with PPS. Chris and his partner with fantastic work and were extremely fast. I have hired other plumbers in the past and was fearing hidden fees and trip charges but the price I was quoted was the price I paid.They showed up exactly on time, extremely friendly, resolved my issue, and had extremely straightforward billing. I will be keeping PPS in mind for ALL my future plumbing needs.

    Fantastic Plumbers! The best. As a land lord I have frequent plumbing needs...PPS aka Professional Plumbing Systems are the best plumbers I have ever used! They know their stuff, they will be there when they tell you they will be there! They have cost saving ideas that have saved me time and money. They are professional, always clean up, are reasonably priced and always manage to work me into their schedule. Even if I had to wait a little bit it would be well worth it! Once I found Professional Plumbing I would N E V E R use anyone else!! I cant say enough great things about them. They also did the plumbing on my commercial buildings, they have done all my landlord residential remodels, and they do all my service work!! One stop shopping for me!!!

    If youre looking for talented plumbers who treat you and your home with great respect, look no further! We needed to have several things done in one bathroom to upgrade all the fixtures for use by a disabled person. Ben and his team were great to work with, starting from the initial communications through to the completed installations. They installed everything beautifully, in a timely manner, and also made sure that the grab bars were placed just where we needed them. I will definitely call them again --(actually, Im already a repeat customer.This the third or fourth time Ive called them 😁!) I highly recommend them! An easy 5 stars!

    I called Professional Plumbing Systems when my water heater started leaking out the bottom. Ben was quickly on the scene to diagnose. He called me at work and told me the found the problem and that the effective part was still under warranty. Keep in mind I didnt buy the water heater from them in the first place but they knew that it was under warranty and took care of it. He also fixed a low pressure problem we were having and I doubt he even charged me for it. The best part though was the unexpected phone call the next day to ask if everything was still working well. The price was perfect but Ill keep coming back because of the service.

    I highly recommend them. Their name is accurate—they are professional, honest, and get the job done! Our tub drain has issues and they fixed it so we could finally shower in peace!     Expert plumbing work and service quality, as well as responsive and timely in all communications. Our kitchen sink valves were shot, and Ben was able to replace them quickly and with high-quality parts. He saved me the hassle of having to figure out if the parts would have to be welded on (Ive never done a valve replacement myself), and he had no problem with me learning from him as he worked.

    Ben did a wonderful job for us in the remodel of our home. It had radiant floor heating, but we wanted to construct a new bathroom and change the existing bathroom. He was able to do the job without any damage to the original system. He was timely, affordable, and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend them.

    I am kind of stubborn and think I can fix everything myself but I couldnt figure out how to fix my leaking tub and decided to call Professional Plumbing Systems. They came out and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very affordable and I have called them several times since to take care of plumbing issues and always have been very impressed.     The piping in my old boiler system was humming after the installation of a new boiler. Ben diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.     We recently moved out to the country and had to drill a new well. Our water quality was very poor. We where told by many that was just part of living in the country and there was nothing you could do about it. My wife just couldnt live with it so we called PPS. I had worked with them at my work for years. Ben came out and tested the water and together with his supplier Greg (the man) came up with a filtration system that not only made the water good it actually made it great. Bottle water quality out of every tap and faucet on our property. Ben has been available day and night and also weekend to answer questions and provide support when we needed it. I would strongly recommend them.

    A few years ago I moved from Idaho to Utah. The home we bought had no water softener so we decided to install one. We found an add for Pelican water treatment system and it sounded good, so we bought one and had it installed by a plumbing company. After a few months, both my wife and I developed a skin rash. We could not figure out what was causing it. Through a process of elimination, we decided that it must be our water. We called PPS. They came out and took a water sample. The test showed that we had extremely high amounts of copper and iron in our water. They removed the useless Pelican system and installed a copper/iron pre-filter and a water softener. Shortly thereafter, the rash went away and we have perfect water. These guys are VERY good at what they do. They come quickly and figure out what is wrong and unlike other contractors, they dont just install something to get paid. They make sure it solves the problem. I would highly recommend PPS to anyone that want real solutions to their plumbing problems.

    I called Ben because my pump went out and he was quick to get it fixed he had a tech out there named Jason Craig who fixed it real quick. Ben had a torn ACL at the time and just got out of surgery but it didnt slow him down. Jason went out to a different house that we needed help on and replaced a bunch of stuff for us in a very timely fashion and saved us from having to get a backhoe and do digging by his Plumbing expertise one of his best to technicians is Jason Craig he does a good job.

    Building a new home can be an exciting and daunting experience, at least thats how I felt; so when you meet and work with great sub-contractors tensions start to ease.Thats exactly how it was with Professional Plumbing.
