These guys were great to work with a few years ago. I should have left a review then. Scott was awesome. They did all of our plumbing on our basement finish ( toilets, Shower, Water softener) They were always on time, and explained everything to me. They installed a water softener also and it went very smooth.

I have been using these guys for years, cant believe Im just now leaving a review!! I strongly recommend choosing them for any and all plumbing services!! They are easy to get in touch with, very reliable and very clean! Usually very quick to get to me and have helped in emergency situations to! Super knowledgeable and communicate options clearly. They have given me tips on how to improve or prevent things too! They always do an amazing repair or new installation being very professional and clean! I let them in the house while Im not even home because I know I can trust them entirely! Family run, down to earth, all around great people!! Crew came in changed out two of my toilets and repaired a small leak in master shower. They worked quickly and made sure the area was clean and plumbing worked properly.

I tried to contact three other plumbers before Imperial. No one would answer. Imperial plumbing answered right away. They fit me in quickly for help installing my pedestal sink. Turns out we actually had most of it done (I have no clue what I’m doing with install) and they quickly helped finish it off as a free consult. I will recommend them to everyone I know and if I ever need help in the future they will be my first and only call.Thank you Imperial!!!

They are amazing! There are no words to describe them. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and they have a great sense of humor. Their bids are always the lowest and they have the best work! Honesty is important to them and it shows. If you arent using imperial plumbing, you are getting ripped off!

They recently moved a gas and water line over for us and went above and beyond what I expected them to do. They kept our costs as low as they could but still did all the extra things that arent expected of them, like help hook up our washer and dryer and drill a hole in our countertop for our water filter. They are so incredibly kind and considerate.They came within a few days of me calling and even tag teamed when one was going out of town so that I could have my washer and dryer set up to do my laundry as soon as possible.We bought our washer and dryer from a scratch and dent place and when they saw a scratch after moving them for me (which was just to be nice) he made sure to tell us because he didnt know if it was him and wanted to be honest. It was a tiny scratch that was already there so I told him not to worry but really most people would have just not said anything.I really cant say enough good things about my experience with them. Ill definitely have them do all our plumbing needs from here on and will recommend them to everyone. Dont waist your time on companies who are in it just for the money. Go with imperial plumbing where their priorities are to take care of you first and to be fair and honest.

I had a leak in my ceiling, they were able to schedule me right away. Showed up on time! (Seriously when does that ever happen???) And fixed the problem no charge since it was a small repair. Thanks so much will definitely be using them as my go to for plumbing repair in the future!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Scott and Imperial Plumbing. They replaced my pedestal sink and they were in and out in less than an hour. They were professional, thorough, and explained what they were doing along the way, to make sure that I was involved in the process. The new sink looks great and Im very very happy with the job they did. They are also incredibly flexible with pricing and payment. I will never use another plumbing service again, and I will be recommending them to every single person I know.

Excellent service! Fair price. Fast, clean, and done right! After six canceled appointments with another plumber, and a leaky, partially installed whole house water filter, Scott came in and got everything fixed and put together clean and professionally within two hours. He put on shoe covers before coming in the house, and even tested the hardness of our water for free. Night and day difference in our plumber experience. We will definitely use Imperial Plumbing again.

Company was AWESOME to work with and was able to come out next day. Scott was quick and efficient. I had both the pressure reg. valve and the shut off value below it leaking. Basically a water bomb ready to go off any minute in my basement. Job was straight forward with no real issues presenting itself which allowed Scott to be in and out. They priced me more then fair for the excellent work and I would recommend them over any big name plumbing service.
