They were kind and friendly. After getting the run around from several other plumbers, it was a relief to find someone who cared as much as I did about my plumbing issues. Top notch business!

We had a great experience working with the Drain Surgeons company. Corbin and the owner were fantastic in meeting our urgent need to replace our water heater and our cracked manifold. They worked us in quickly into their already full schedule and got the job done in a timely way. Im so pleased! These are my 6th set of plumbers and they finally fixed my sink! They were here for quite a while, they took their time, and they completed the job. No other plumber has taken the time to truly find the problem and has just informed me theres nothing more they could do over and over again but drain surgeons didnt do that instead they stayed and actually figured out the problem. They left no mess and everything was tidy. The people that came to service my drain was Curtis, who is currently learning, and the company owner, Kevin Parker. Im beyond impressed and I will be a client for life.

Just would like to give a big shout out to Drain Surgeons. They have came to me house a couple times and are always professional, polite and know what they are doing. The last time was yesterday when Corbain came to fix my water pressure regulator. He showed up on time was very polite and had me done and finished within an hour and a half! Curtis came and replaced parts on our toilet. A previous plumber told us it needed to be completely replaced. Instead Curtis replaced a couple of parts. I really appreciate his honesty. He quickly left and returned with the correct parts. He was courteous and clean.

Weve been using Drain Surgeons for all of our plumbing needs since moving into our house 4 years ago. We became their customers when our Home Warranty sent them out for a plumbing fix. Since the warranty has expired, weve continued to use them opposed to other plumbers weve tried. They are courteous, prompt, and get the work done quickly. We can always get someone here with 48 hours, their prices are very competitive, and the technician always calls to let me know when they are coming. Theyve always been on time for us. Heath has been our technician a couple of times, and I cant remember who the others were. Weve had a garbage disposal replaced, a leaky tub faucet fixed, and a new water heater installed. The technicians always explain my options to me before they get started: what kind of repairs are possible, what the outlook for those repairs are, what options for installing new work are and the cost of those. They dont try to get me to do one thing or another, they just give me my options and answer my questions. I asked what it would cost to have a new kitchen faucet installed (I bought it when we needed to replace the disposal) and Heath quoted it, and when I asked he said I could easily do it myself. He then opened the faucet packaging, showed me all the parts, and taught me how they go in. I was able to easily install it on my own (the hard part was getting the nasty 20 year old faucet out!). Quality company with quality technicians who know what theyre doing and want to help you take care of your homes plumbing fixes. Highly recommend them!

Corbin was fantastic in fixing our faucet at our condo in Provo. He came in and was extremely respectful, professional, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave very professional recommendation from his experience. Although we didnt take him up on the recommendation now, I appreciate him being open and honest with me and giving me options to consider. He wasnt pushy and didnt try to force a sale on me. He did a great job and talked with me the whole time he was fixing the faucet as if we were good buddies. I appreciate guys like him that do a great job and have the skills to fix things that I cant fix. I definitely recommend Corbin to anyone thats looking for good work to be done.

While the work has not been completed just yet due to working through our home warranty, I wanted to express my appreciation for the thoroughness and respectful nature of Corbin who came out to inspect and discuss our water heater issues in our condo. Definitely was a big factor in getting our home warranty company to replace the 14 year old water heater we inherited after purchasing the condo a few months ago. He was also upfront in the process about working with the home warranty company and offered some good advice to make sure the process went as quick as it could.While not a five star review just yet (waiting for service to be done), definitely pleased with the initial interactions from Drain Surgeons.

Kelsey did a great job fixing our leak. We had a plumber from another company who didnt look like they knew what they were doing so we had drain surgeons come out for a second opinion and they were much better. It was clear that Kelsey knew what she was doing and she seemed much more competent than our previous plumber. On top of fixing the leak they were very kind and understanding. They made an extra effort to fit us into their schedule when they were all booked up, so we wouldnt have to turn our water off. I was extremely impressed with Kelsey and will definitely call drain surgeons the next time we need a plumber!

I am so impressed with this company! The owner Kevin came out to give me an estimate and ended up recommending another company that specializes in a different area because it would benefit my situation better and at a much cheaper cost. He was so helpful and took care to explain everything. He said he would make a follow up call to me to make sure this other company called me back after he called the company about my problem. I will absolutely call Drain Surgeons for any future problems!! I am a single senior citizen so I do feel vulnerable in these situations.

Kelsey at Drain Surgeons did such a great job for our family. She fought with my home insurance agency to get them to replace out old busted water heater. We had already been over a week without hot water in a household full of small kids. The insurance was opting to try and track down a replacement part that is no longer in circulation and make us wait weeks to get it sent to us. Kelsey dealt with them directly and got our water heater approved and installed the next day. She even fixed one of our flex hoses for free. I will be calling these guys again.

Derrick from Drain Surgeons was awesome! I was referred to Drain Surgeons when I called Landmark Home Warranty (LHW) to file a claim for a water heater that was producing brown/yellow water. Derrick came and checked it out and determined that if a good flushing didnt fix the problem, the water heater needed to be replaced.After flushing, LHW didnt want to replace it. They wanted us to live with off-color water until the water heater exploded or stopped producing hot water. Derrick went to bat for us and spent a good hour on the phone with LHW arguing the fact that the water heater really was in failure and needed to be replaced sooner rather than later to avoid bigger problems down the road. Eventually LHW relented and agreed to open a claim for a full replacement.The replacement was done quickly and we now have clean hot water.Thanks Derrick!

I had a leak from my kitchen line down into my laundry room. I initially thought this was a small pipe and a quick fix but once the drywall opened up, technician Jesse was able to see that the pipe was cracked all the way up.He was very professional and explained the process to me, showing me the damage and making sure I knew what was going on. He had to make 3 trips to the store to get parts and did not charge me for travel. The access and repair was messy but he cleaned it all up when he was done and did the repair in a timely manner.Great customer service, professional, affordable, will recommend to everyone. 10/10.Thanks guys!

Corbin came and helped me with a clogged shower and tub drain that I was unable to fix myself. He was very nice, and told me what the problem was exactly. He was able to fix my problem very fast and answered every question I had. He even gave me tips to help prevent this problem from happening in the future. 10/10 experience, thanks for everything Corbin!
