These guys were an absolute pleasure to have at the house. Every step of the way they were explaining what they were doing and made it easy to understand. They were patient with my questions and allowed me to take part in the process of lifting my house more than an inch. When they were finished they cleared the yard of big rocks (BIG THANK YOU!) and leveled the ground out. No screws or tools were left behind. 10/10 would recommend.

Edit: Im now giving Thrasher 5 stars as they have fixed the glitch that caused the numerous emails asking for final payment when it was already paid. The company assured me other customers wouldnt experience the same stressful situation as I did. I didnt mention what type of work I had done. I had gutter guards installed. No more climbing on the roof to clean out leaves, pollen, sticks (we have lots of trees that shed constantly), & other debris.Evan our sales representative was great. He was patient & spent a considerable amount of time answering all our questions. The team was efficient & had the job completed in just a few hours. I would have given them 5 stars except I keep getting emails to pay my balance due immediately even though I paid the balance due to the team before they left. I couldnt call the company to clear up the matter as I received the payment notice via text on a holiday. Im not able to contact the company for 4 very stressful days till Monday. Im sure its just a miscommunication but not a good way to enjoy the holiday.

This was a big financial commitment job for us but it needed to be done. We chose Thrasher as the company to get it done . From the first meeting with the representative until the last crew members left we knew we made the right choice . The crew that did the work were great at communication extremely polite very careful and paid attention to detail . They arrived on time each day never stopped working until it got to dark . We did not get each guys name but they know who they are and I hope they know how much we appreciate the work they did . Preston and his crew are the best .

Thrasher provided excellent service when encapsulating and providing an appropriate dehumidifier for my crawlspace, as well as installing French drains to redirect water from downspouts. I also had them repair the cracks in my garage as well as lifting, repairing and sealing my driveway. They also do a follow-up inspection to ensure the quality of same. Every person I came into contact with during these repairs and follow-up have been very polite. I recommend Thrasher for crawlspace encapsulation and driveway repair!!!

Very Good company! We needed a drainage line in the crawlspace with a new triple sump system and commercial dehumidifier, as well as steel beams and jacks to stabilize and lift the middle areas of our two-story house. They were able to do the work quickly and efficiently and were very professional, courteous, and well-mannered young men on the work team. That is hard, back-breaking work, to dig and cut a drainage line in a part rock, part concrete crawlspace, with limited room, lugging hundreds of pounds of gravel on your hands and knees to fill the trench. I appreciate those guys and am well-satisfied with their work.

I would recommend them!Everyone that I have spoken with or dealt with in person have been exceptionally pleasant to deal with. It was a rough go at the beginning but it all worked out!The 1st day they showed up, 7-2-24 they had all intentions of doing the job to completion, but they had equipment failure. Stuff happens. I hadnt heard from them for several weeks, but once I called they had us down to come back out 8-3-24. They showed up but unfortunately we needed to take out a brick planter so that the job could be done correctly. They just finished the job as of 8-12-24. Before Chase left, he wanted to show us his work and make sure it was to our satisfaction. It was!

Overall I would give Thrasher a 9 out of ten. The crew that actually did the work did a phenomenal job. Had great communication and always told us what was going on. Where Im disappointed is when I had my initial visit the rep who was very nice and courteous however I was told that they could clean up my garage floor. Well that didnt happen. Dont get me wrong Im sure its cleaner now but a lot of things did not come out. I did not have any oil stains but more rubber from the tires, if that makes sense. Maybe I had my hopes too high. Calib from the crew did explain about why the stains didnt come up being the concrete was finished smoother than a driveway or sidewalk. Really though Calib did an awesome job! I now have a level sidewalk and no daylight showing when my garage door is closed and the driveway looks much much better. I would highly recommend these guys, very courteous and was always well informed.

Crew was very helpful and friendly. They explained everything in detail and each step. A little expensive but then so is everything else right now. The crew came out a second time and tried to raise the same section. Seemed fine at first but has sunk again enough to feel a dip when you pull in with the car. If I had to do it over again, I would have just saved the $2,000. an had a concrete company put in a new section. Small areas like sidewalks they do great, but my driveway section I should have had replaced. Rep came back and saw it, then said crew would come back which they did. They tried to raise it more but my concrete is this section is not in great shape as in photo. The sealer they apply to the spaces between sections works great.

The three workers were very professional. I invited them into the Home and they were very considerate and cautious about our house. They worked professionally outside in 9° weather this morning. They slowly raised the deck and brought it to the level of its original pour. There were a couple of things to watch for at my house and they did that with professionalism and care. The outcome of this job was that the porch deck came back to its original level and it allowed the front porch posts to settle back to their original height, which made the upper porch level again. They ask if I was pleased at the end of the job, and I made a suggestion for filling a crack and they took care of that right away. I was very impressed with Thrasher workers and their professionalism and certainly recommend Thrasher.

They came right out and got it fixed! With this encapsulation job they came out two weeks early to get it done! Glad we returned to them to get the last piece finished! Would definitely recommend.

The Thrasher Foundation Repair crew did a very good job leveling the concrete sidewalk around our pool that had settled 2 to 3 inches around the outside of the sidewalk. They also cleaned the concrete and sealed it to prevent future pitting of the concrete the same day. A couple of days later a technician returned to fill in the various original concrete seams as well. My wife and I are very pleased with the job they did for us!

The three guys from Thrasher showed up just before 9, in freezing cold weather. They were friendly and professional. They worked under the house for several hours and then one guy came inside and they started the process of raising the house. During this time, he was explaining to me what they were doing and alerting me of any issues they encountered! Much of the residence is almost completely level. He said they would have to return to do some adjustments since it can’t all just be corrected at once. I feel they had care and concern for the property and wanted to correct the issues. More importantly they assured me the structure is safe for my family! Thank you guys!!!!

He was professional, gave me a phone call just prior to his arrival, and was exactly on time. The conversation turned to another part of my house that needs attention from Thrasher and Lorenzo provided me with some valuable information regarding the condition of that area. Highly recommend Thrasher! Our garage floor was uneven and sinking, allowing rainwater and critters to come inside. Zach came out to do the inspection, explained everything to me, showed me the major issues and how they could be repaired, and even talked to my husband who was out of state. Zach was super personable and felt trustworthy.On the day of the install, the guys gave me a 20 minute heads-up, and then showed up ready to get to work, despite the below freezing temperature. I told Jimmy and Lupe that I was hoping to get the floor raised/leveled to stop the rain/critters from coming in. I also explained that my husband was out of state so I was trying to manage all of this on my own and wasn’t sure how much of the garage items I needed to clear out for them to work. Without hesitation they moved my big cabinets outside for me (which I could not have done on my own), and helped with some smaller items. Part way through the floor process, they closed the garage door to see if they needed to do further work. They continued working and checking the door until the garage door was flush with the ground. They had me check it to be sure I was satisfied with their work. Then they started bringing all my items back inside the garage and putting them right back where they had been. Just as with Zach, I found Jimmy and Lupe to be very personable and trustworthy. I was so grateful that they made the whole process simple, especially with my husband gone, and they went above and beyond by helping with my garage items and even blowing the debris and leaves out when they’d finished the job.I am thankful that Thrasher was recommended to me by a neighbor. The employees were all respectful and kind and really did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. And, best of all, no more rain or critters in my garage!!

The installation team was not able to access one part of the crawlspace due to lack of clearance. They were also not able to install the joist stiffeners (my description) due to the fact that joists were full dimension lumber. I asked if this would result in an adjustment of the price but was told it was not possible, which was disappointing.
