I needed someone to repair my 20kw generator which was throwing an ‘under voltage’ error. The original installer got out of the generator business about as quickly as they got into it. Finding competent generator support is not easy.I’ve got above ground power and a generator out of commission in December is no fun.Vance showed up, diagnosed a bad controller within 15 minutes and replaced it right then and there. I was expecting to hear that he’d have to order a controller and return next week but he actually carries inventory on his truck.Vance had the generator up and running in 30min. Including a test for commercial power outage.Service was fast, courteous and professional.Thank you Vance Electric!

First time user for generator maintenance. Very impressive. They kept me informed of when they would be here, when any parts they needed would be here, what it would cost, and how long it would take. This is the third company we have had out for our generator, and they will be our go-to from now on.

Vance and the team did a great job. My neighborhood is old and has frequent outages, I cannot afford to be without power due to my elderly mother living with us. Vance and the team were in and done in 2 days minus the inspection. I can be at ease now knowing I have automatic backup power. Thanks and awesome job. I reccomend using Vance to anyone who is considering having a generator installed.

This was the fourth bid I had gotten for installing a whole house generator. The company came out to provide a quote very quickly, were extremely helpful in explaining all of my available options, and had a very competitive price. Furthermore, I felt very secure in their knowledge of what they were doing. Cannot list a single fault in the service I received.

We finally got fed up with the power companys repeated outages during snow or other weather events and decided to get a backup generator for the house. Our next door neighbor recommended Vance and we went with him without the exhaustive research I usually do before taking on a major expense.And Im so glad we did. We got a 22 kw Generac propane-based generator and a 1000 gallon underground tank. The experience was superb from the very beginning to the very end. Vance is outstanding in every respect. In my opinion he has achieved excellence in his profession. The work was completed with highest quality, and well worth the money.Strongly recommended.
