I highly recommend Jeremiah and United Air Temp. We purchased a year contract with them and it was the best thing we did. Our AC is in the older side and it stopped working during a heat wave. I was able to make an appointment right away and Jeremiah was our technician. He is kind, knowledgeable, a good communicator and very professional. He spent over an hour outside in the brutal heat to fix two damaged parts on our compressor. He was able to explain everything well and give me our best options. I am very pleased with the service from Jeremiah and United Temp.

I had a sump pump issue where the battery died and the system would not drain. United Air Temp sent Jose. He showed up early, was professional and courteous. He explained what the issue was and fixed the problem. He noticed the drain hose was broke and was not releasing the water properly out of the pump hence why the battery died. He made sure the drain hose was fixed and ensured it was thoroughly coming out of the house and put on an extender to guarantee the hose was running away from the house at a safe distance. Jose fixed the sump pump and also installed a backup pump and backup battery. Jose provided exceptional service, communicated well about the issues, and finished everything in a timely manner. I also used United Air Temp to replace my AC unit. Great company with dedicated and trustworthy employees.

Anthony was one of the best techs weve ever had. We had a number of problems which he found right away and as he went through everything he cleaned what needed to be cleaned replaced what needed to be replaced and told us each step as he moved along. Have had a service contract with this company for many many years because they always deliver great service. Today Jeremiah was the lead technician who repaired my air conditioning unit. They had to order a part in order to do the repair and kept me informed every day as to the status of getting the part. They were at the house to do the repair as soon as the part came in. Jeremiah made a lot of effort to get the unit up and running as quickly as possible. Always polite and veryProfessional Would not consider using another company.

They are very polite and punctual. They fixed the hit system but couldnt do the same thing with the air conditioning system that would require moving the unit, which was not possible. Then, the possibility of a replacement was on the table, but I couldnt figure out why their estimate was so expensive if I have insurance. They said that there was a deadline for a big discount, and the day passed without any answer from them or the insurance company. Thats why I gave them 4 stars. If the price was lower and no deadlines for discount, I would have given them 5 stars.
