Trinity did a fantastic job installing a new outdoor panel for us. We didn’t make it easy with juggling other contractors but Trinity was incredible to work with along the way, always doing their part efficiently. From the initial call to Mark all the way through completion, Trinity was quick, more than fair on price and always punctual with multiple phases of the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone on any size project. 10/10

Called to have my weatherhead replaced and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Mark explained the additional cost of after hours work and sent Matt out to do the job within the hour. Matt was professional and efficient. After the job was complete I encountered an issue with having the power reconnected (nothing to do with the work Trinity preformed). Mark and Keith were quick to step in to help even though it was not their issue and it was after 9:00 pm. I was blown away by their customer service. I highly recommend their company, I will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you Trinity for a great experience in a less than great situation.

Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. Im originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!!

Great consultation experience. Quick turn around on quote. All the work was done around my schedule. The electrician was on time and very professional. All the work was complete rather quickly. Trinity Electric Co. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️✨ Glowing review ✨People. When I tell you my house is wonky, you know I’m telling the truth. I LOVE our house for all of its quirks and general weirdness.The electric was a MAJOR weird. Switches that didn’t work, lights that were on like 4 different switches, flood lights that mostly worked but were 3 stories high, pool light to no where, etc.This pool light took 2 full days of digging exploration, finding every other thing under the sun besides where the pool light was connected. It was a challenge. There was a 9ft trench 3 ft deep and at least 5 other holes. They put it ALL back.These men were wonderful humans, went above and beyond. They HEARD me and finished the job… they showed up multiple days in a row on time and professional. They did NOT immediately tell me I had to dig up the concrete for extra thousands or that it was hopeless.If you’ve got a situation in the electrical department. Call them. Seriously.Having a pool light is non-negotiable for me. You only have to pull one person from the bottom to never want to do that again.The Pool is officially in night mode. 💚 💙

Mark came out and did an estimate for us then scheduled the work. We had a slight misunderstanding but he worked quickly to get everything set up and keep us on schedule. Very seldom do I run into a company that is so professional, reasonably cost and punctual. Mark was great to talk to on the phone and Cody was very personable and efficient when doing the job. Recently had some Electrical issues fixed in my home and Shaun was great not only did he fix what was on my bid but he went above and beyond to make sure all of my Electrical wiring was safe and there were no other issues in my home. Highly recommend Trinity Electric for any job.

I needed to have an outlet under my sink split so I could power my garbage disposal and reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis system needs constant power, while the garbage disposal needs to be switch-operated.My usual electrician balked at the request, saying he didnt think it could be done. Mark arrived, looked at it, gave me a reasonable estimate, did the work, and charged me less than the estimate. The end result was exactly what I asked for, so Ill be using Trinity Electrics services in the future.

I HAD AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE AFTER HOURS (7: 00 PM), I WAS REFERRED TO TRINITY ELECTRIC. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE/EMAIL. I ASKED THAT THEY CALL ME IN THE AM, AS THIS WAS NOT AN ALL OUT EMERGENCY. 7:00 AM I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARK, AND WE DISCUSSED MY ISSUE, HE TOOK ALL MY INFO, AND SAID HE WOULD GET THIS IN AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FOR SERVICE. KYLE CALLED A FEW MINUTES LATER AND ADVISED ME, A TECH WOULD BE DISPATCHED, AND LOOK AT MY POWER ISSUE. KYLER THE TECH SHOWED UP A FEW HOURS LATER, AND MY WIFE SAID HE WAS VERY FREINDLY , INFORMATIVE, AND HAD THE ISSUE SOLVED VERY QUICKLY. MOST COMPANIES THESE DAYS GIVE HALFHEARTED SERVICE, BUT FROM START TO FINSH ALL OF THE CREW FROM TRINITY, GAVE TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND WERE VERY POLITE TO MY WIFE. IF YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE, CALL TRINITY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE , INFORMATIVE, MOST OF ALL VERY REASONABLE ON COST! THANK YOU TRINITY!YOU AND SPECIFALLY KYLER WILL BE GETTING A CALL FROM ME, WHEN ITS TIME TO RUN POWER, TO OUR SHOP THAT IS BEING BUILT.

Trinity Electric charged a very fair amount for the work being done. I had a wide range of quotes from several different companies, all the way up to 2 TIMES what Trinity quoted for the exact same work. I did my research ahead of time and knew some of these other companies were trying to gouge me. The owner, Mark, is a nice guy and a straight-shooter. I had several questions and his answers felt so genuine it was like talking to a friend. I say they felt genuine because I had other people quote me who would provide long-winded answers to try and get me to just agree and say OK to everything. Mark was very to the point and factual.Now, Rick (the electrician doing the work) did run into an issue completing some non-essential work, but Mark reached out and again answered my questions and reduced the quote by a fair amount. Rick also helped my wife and mom install a light fixture they were struggling to install (not related to the work he was doing) while he waited on other technicians to arrive. My wife called me just to tell me about it and it was definitely above and beyond service, so thank you, Rick!

This is the second time Kyle has done work for us. He arrived on time with the right supplies and finished quickly. He made some good suggestions that saved us some money and was better than what we planned.
