Ive had my solar panels up since the heat of the summer. They are not in use because its not been able to pass inspection since day one. I cant get them to answer the phone or to return my calls. It is now the 8th day of January. I call repeatedly no answer, and they do not return my phone calls

That Solar Company has been excellent to work with and has exceeded all my expectations of going solar! The process is long (like a few months) with the city and power co permits, but their communication was solid the whole time and kept me updated on everything going on with my solar project regularly. Their staff is super friendly and was always available if I had questions. Its good to see a company thats healthy and put together, so I know I can depend on them for the many years my solar will be working for me.Its been activated for a month now, and the results are amazing! In the 11 days of my billing cycle before solar I paid $138, and was on track for another ridiculous $400 bill. Over the next 22 days I was only billed $30 from CU!That Solar Co took all the stress out of this major home upgrade and made it super easy and enjoyable to get solar, save money, and go green. Thanks again!

Just barley over 2 months ago I hired That Solar Company to installed a solar system for my house. Im very please with its performance because the first months bill which was a little over 15 days of being online but my electric bill was cut in half. The last bill I got I have 18 dollars in credit with the electric company. I opted for a ground mount unit for several reasons but the installation crew had this thing in a little of a day. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make all the wiring neat. They dug a trench over 100 feet in length for the connect of the panels to my electrical box in one of the toughtest places to dig I have ever seen, so bravo to them and that poor trencher had and crew had a hard days work.In short if your interested in solar I highly recommend That Solar CompanyTim Williams

While I can say things have been a little rocky during the install and operation of my system, it wasnt because of the install crew. I bought an old hunting lodge in the middle of nowhere and have an ageing electrical system. Scott, who sold me the system, has been nothing but absolutely helpful, even when the problem wasnt caused by the company. On the 4th of July, I lost power, my main breaker on the pole had been overloading for the past couple of weeks and no one was able to figure out why. On the 4th, the power went out, and Scott was the only one I was able to get ahold of, not even an emergency electrical service would answer the phone, but he did. He helped me get my power back on, and shut off the solar, so any power surge didnt ruin my system. As the owner of E4M Gunsmithing & Restorations LLC, I work out of my house, and they have done everything to ensure that everything was working in the system they installed, and then went above and beyond to help me diagnose my electrical problems. When I get my shop built, I am calling them again. When my kids get their own houses, I am calling them again. I will only use That Solar Company for my solar needs from this point on. The crews they send out are only hired contractors and should not necessarily represent the company, the rep themselves. Oh, and I can not forget Mrs. Hutchins, she has been amazing at keep up with and responding to my emails quickly and kindly as possible. You couldnt ask for a better company rep. If she doesnt have the answer on hand, she will find you the right one. Thank you so much.

Well it took about a 6 months to get the solar panels but when they were installed they did a great job. But im really impressed with Joshua Buntin and his electrical crew they did a great job, everything looked straight and professional. Great job to both crew job well done. But I gave 4 stars due to how long it took to get batteries and how the salesmen wasnt fully honest about things. Just a heads up and it might be different in your area but you do not get dollar for dollar back from electric company. Its like .007 cents on the dollar here. Something to think about when installing but its all installed looks great and hopefully the saving start to come in.

That Solar Company has been an excellent partner from start to finish on our solar project. We installed 25 panels for a 10kW capacity system. That Solar Companys bid design was the most well-thought out and best price. Hailees communication through the project phases was excellent. Surveying, design and permitting takes time, but we always knew where we were at and all HOA, City and Ameren permits were granted on first attempt. Installation was quick and flawless... the system already survived a couple of storms that took down trees in the area. Today, on the third day of operation, we have blue skies and an excellent output baseline. 100% successful project. Thanks again to everyone at That Solar Company!Update February 2024: we are still beyond happy with our photovoltaic system. I want to shout out Hailee for her super fast support! I casually emailed her what to do for tax season, and she came through with a copy of the contract, tax form, and instructions right away. Thanks so much for the continued support!

That solar company is incredible to do business with. It’s refreshing to see a company value their customers. They make the whole process of getting solar panels super easy. They arrange everything and communicate each step the whole way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I 10/10 recommend this company.

From the time we began the discussion of putting solar onto our roof until we were producing electricity for the house, the people at That Solar have been great. The installation crew were very nice, cleaned up their debris, and handled a couple of weird issues very professionally. All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome, including That Solars interactions with our HOA. A very good experience.

We started this process the beginning of March 23, The first contact with the company once we got through the sales process was with Hailee on 3/6/23. She was and continues to be great and is always willing to answer questions. She kept us fully informed along the way. I was surprised that the initial contact said it could take 4-6 months for the process but stuck with it. Well we didnt have to wait that long. The system was designed, approved, and running by 4/17/23. I want to also give a huge shout out to my installers: Shane O Neil, Thomas Stubblefield and Kelton McLanahan with Quest Solar. They had the system installed and verified in one day. We had one inverter that wasnt reporting properly after the system was actually switch on and I called in. I was really suprised the following day while awaiting a call back to discuss the issue when Andrew rings my doorbell to check on the system and discuss any other concerns I had. Mind you we are over 6 hrs from That Solar Company. We havent had another issue since then. The first full month bill 5/2-6/1/23 was $13.32. Same time last year was $178.72 before Evergy prices increased yet again. We are extremely happy with the experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking at installing Solar.

The customer service staff was really nice and helpful with any questions I had. The instalation crew did a great job and passed inspection first try. The only very minor complaint I have is the salesman could of done a better job on explaining how the process works

Recently had this company installed a system, however the “enphase system” they installed doesn’t allow you to monitor usage without 2 additional CT’s that cost $48, you can only see production on there online app. I reached out to the company and was told it’s an additional $1500 to install. Not at all happy with this monitoring system and the price. Make sure to ask for these CT’s before buying solar. Puzzled these are not standard in every installation.UPDATEOwner reached out and after our talk I realized I was a bit hard in my review. I live 5 hrs from the company, which explains the high cost for installing the CT’s. He told me if I get a certified installer to install the CT’s he will take care of the warranty. So after some digging I found a installer recommended by enphase who will install for $200. None the less even if you’re not getting the package with the battery it’s worth getting those CT’s to see usage or consumption data. I gave this company 5 stars based off the fact that they did do a great job on the install and it wasn’t there fault for not including the CT’S.
