    Great customer service. Had an estimate appointment in quick order. Got the estimate the next day, signed the contract and got the installation appointment in under two weeks instead of months as with most other services (if they want to do the job at all). Arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Very professional, both personally and job completion. Chris listens to what you want and does a neat job. Cleaned up the job site. Definitely recommend and would use his services again. A pleasure to work with.

    We live in the Pace area and they were absolutely wonderful people! Alyssa (who helped with scheduling) was so lovely and answered ANY questions I had.     All I can say is WOW!!! ABSOLUTELY better than 5 stars!! Alyssa and Chris are definitely two of the most professional people I have met is YEARS!! I called several contractors and most of them NEVER EVEN bothered to call me back, much less actually arrive at our residence. BUT, when I called Freelance Electrical, an appointment was made and everything fell into place perfect. It just doesnt get any better than this. Chriss workmanship was just perfect!!     I recommend this company for any electrical needs u might have, 10/10! They were prompt in getting out to my house to give an estimate and then were available to do the job within 3 days after the estimate! They have fair pricing and I felt that was quoted a good price with excellent quality. I also would like to note that they made sure to follow up after the service to ensure that I was satisfied, which is refreshing as most companies dont care about customers after they get the money.     Update: February 19, 2021 (Friday) -2nd Review: I contacted Freelance Electric to install the final circuit in our generator transfer switch to the main panel after we finally decided which of the last circuit should power in case of an outage. I contacted Alyssa and advised the issue and she was able to get us scheduled for the install in a very short time frame and she updated us with email and text for updates etc. (great customer service and communication!) Then today, Chris and Andy arrived for the install 2 hours earlier than expected which was awesome and they immediately installed the circuit for the transfer switch and were done in a very short time frame with excellent and professional work with a great amount of attention to detail. Once again, I can’t say enough about this family owned business - great service and done right the first time with fair honest pricing... Our family will be using them for all future projects!!1st Review: January 19, 2021 (Tues) -Freelance Electric installed in our home a 10 circuit 30 amp transfer switch for our generator. The entire project from start to finish was excellent and extremely professional. Chris, Alyssa and Andy were helpful with everything from the estimate, ordering parts, communication, timely arrival, excellent installation and clean up. In my opinion Freelance Electric is the best electrical contractor to use especially if you are up in the Foothills (Bailey, Conifer, etc). We could not be happier with the experience and the final completion of our project. We plan on using them for our future electrical projects. A++ Service!!

    I first met Chris from Freelance when he was a subcontractor for our deck replacement and was impressed with his patience and professionalism with a particularly ornery county inspector. So when it came time to install ceiling fans, and replace internal and external light fixtures they were my first call. Chris came out, gave us an estimate and fit us into the schedule during a pretty busy summer. The crew showed up on time, made quick work of the job, and when an unforeseen complication arose, managed to come back the next day. Would highly recommend for any electrical work you need doing.

    My power pole on my property was leaning. I wanted to get it corrected before the hurricane season started. So I called them. They were quick to come over and do an estimate. We had an urgent and potentially dangerous problem with a 60+ year old electrical service panel and a mast that was breaking loose from the eve of our family cabin. Chris made himself available to quickly quote and schedule the work to fit within a very narrow window.     Now if you want an honest and professional electrician, call them. They did show up on time, scheduling was a breeze and all communication was outstanding. The issue I had was simple, just a displaced breaker which they fixed immediately. I live pretty far up in the mountains and I was expecting a hefty service call fee, but they didnt even want to charge me. Now that is rare, and it tells us something about the ethical standards at this company. They do get it. Anyway, kudos, exceptional service from Alyssa and team. You wont regret using them.

We had a residential electrical issue pop up on a Friday morning and fully expected that we wouldn’t be able to get anyone out until next week. I connected with the office, provided a brief explanation of our issue. Alyssa let me know that their Master Electrician Chris was just finishing a job and that we were on the way to their next call. She informed me that Chris could stop by on his way, and either provide an estimate or take care of the issue depending on parts and involvement.     I want to thank Freelance Electric for their excellent service. My electricity was partially off due to a loose connection between the main cut off breaker and the meter. My meter is on a common meter pole and not on my property and it appears the cut off box was tapped by a car jarring the connection on one lead. Freelance secured the connection and the ground between the meter and the cut off box. Excellent Service! I just moved here to Pine in June of 2019 and when this issue came up, Freelance was recommend to me, excellent recommendation. When you find a good and honest service provider you stop looking.     Had an incident where a delivery driver snagged the power lines and pulled everything off my house. Chris made time to come repair it and stayed passed 11pm to make sure everything worked after the power company came back out to flip the switch. A++ service and responsiveness.     This is a professional and very efficient team. Tuff Shes built a shed under the power line that goes to my house. The line ended up on my shed. Once quoted and scheduled, they coordinated with IREA to power off while he ran a new mast to bring the line up, then IREA came back and powered back on. Awesome job!

Chris was timely and efficient in diagnosing the issue and within that same day/hour, he had the issue resolved. The fix was simple so he kept it simple - Good work at a fair price! (At 7 feet tall, he could have charged me anything he wanted to and I wouldn’t have argued). I appreciated the professionalism of this family company and would recommend for your electrical needs.
