I had an emergency repair needed in order for the JCP&L to restore my power. Joe was at my house within 30 minutes and was so friendly and caring, conscientious that it was a cold day and my kids need a warm house. I canβt recommend him highly enough!! -

Joe helped fix a very complicated wiring issue; he was friendly and approachable as I asked him a lot of questions during the diagnosis / repair. He also attached a new light fixture and ceiling fan. Work came out great and Im very satisfied. -
