    The gentleman was quick to determine that the trap in the bathtub was dry causing the noise when the toilet was flushed. So $99 dollars to turn on the bathtub faucet for one minute seems a little much. But i understand he traveled from Xenia to Springboro! It fixed the problem.

    Recommended you to friends already. Great service. Great people got VIP treatment even though I’m not a VIP everything was explain to me thoroughly and upfront. I absolutely loved the service. This is the best I’ve had in 30 years.

    Everyone has been really nice. I gave 4 stars because the guys that installed the tank less water heater went across our white carpet multiple times. Now that needs to be cleaned.

    Chase came out and fixed the issue we had in the bathroom and then did a courtesy check of the other plumbing locations in the house to make sure things were ok. He pointed out a safety issue with the water heater venting, which could have led to a much bigger problem. Really appreciate the quality, politeness and professionalism shown.
