    Nick and Jamie were at my house today to give me very bad news. Not their fault! Just the diagnosis of my issue. They were efficient, friendly and kind as their were giving my bad news. Really they totally explained everything. Showed me pictures made sure I knew my options and then explained it all to my son. They were very patient with me as I had had a situation with a plumber in the past.

    Spartan Plumbing knows how to hire and maintain a very professional staff!! As our second experience with the company, Steve was both technically sound and cordial. He quickly diagnosed our issue and provided a timely quote. Then he addressed the solution with our home warranty company to come to a consensus and complete the work. They even offer a 5% discount for military. Would definitely recommend Spartan Plumbing to address your plumbing needs!

    This was my first experience with Spartan and they will be my preferred plumber going forward. I could tell right away they were trustworthy because they took the approach of diagnosing the issue with my water heater and recommending a low cost repair rather than trying to sell a new unit. Austin was a great technician - he is courteous, professional and does great work!

    Joshua and Tyler just left my house after installing a shower head and repairing my water heater. They were both nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. They were patient and explained everything they were completing throughout the visit. I have been a customer of Spartan for a number of years and would never think of using any other plumber.     O’dell and Austin were efficient and thorough when fixing our shower. Our shower was inspected and fixed in the same day. In addition, they checked and assessed other aspects of our plumbing to make sure we didn’t have other issues. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should the need arise!

    Steve and Isaiah came out today to give us a quote to install a new toilet. They were very friendly, prompt and thorough. When the cost was higher than we budgeted and I told them I was going to wait before proceeding, they did not pressure me at all. I appreciated that so much. They also do not charge a service fee to come assess and quote the project which is a huge plus. We have worked with this company before and appreciate the good work that they do.

    Josh did a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough and honest. We had a rough couple of days with our water heater and its water pressure and determining what the right plan was. Josh was informative and did the best he could to give us the best price. We appreciate that he went the extra mile especially at the holidays.     Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He evaluated our plumbing and offered suggestions which really made sense. We decided to have our well pump and hot water tank replaced as they were both very old. He assured us the job could be completed in one day. Josh and Gary worked hours to do just that. And they cleaned up and removed the old tank and heater. That alone was a relief! We would recommend Spartan Plumbing for their high quality of work and outstanding employees.

    Was able to get same day appt for clogged kitchen drain. I was provided with about 40 minutes advance notice of Taylor’s arrival, which is greatly appreciated. Taylor was friendly and professional. She asked relevant questions to ascertain the extend of the issue, then provided no-pressure info on all the offered services from just fixing the current problem to packages for current and future maintenance. She resolved the problem and did multiple checks to make sure it was really fixed and that there were no leaks. She also took a few minutes to show me where the water main shutoff was when I asked if that was something she could help me find! Will definitely use again, should the need arise!

    Every time I’ve called Spartan Plumbing, I’ve received outstanding service. From the friendly and quick scheduling to the day of service notifications of when to expect the technician to the completion of the technician’s work, each step is a prime example of what a great customer service experience should be. He identified the problem, explained how he was going to address it and the cost involved and then quickly went about putting the problem, and my worries, to rest.     When I selected the things that I like about this business, I did not check Good value. I couldnt check it because THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! The pilot light on my water heater went out and I was not able to re-ignight it. When Alex arrived he went right to work diagnosing the problem. In the process he cleaned a big glob of debris from the air filter under the tank (I had no idea that it even had an air filter), then went throught the pilot lighting process. Lo and behold, the pilot fired right up and we have hot water again. He then showed me what he had done and recommended that I clean the filter regularly.When he finished with the water heater, I asked him for an estimate on replacing the faucet and drain basket on our kitchen sink, which he seemed happy to do. When he was all finished I asked if he had a preference for my payment (paper check or credit card). He replied Oh, there is no charge for this. We dont charge for anything that you didnt agree to before the work was done. I didnt tell you what I was going to do, so I cannot charge you for it. I insisted that I should at least pay for the service call, but he would not allow it.I was also very pleased with this young mans knowledge, his attitude, and his professionalism. If I were the owner of a business, Alex is exactly the kind of person that I would want to represent me and my company.

    I submitted a quote request over the holiday weekend. Someone contacted me first thing Monday morning to schedule service. Communication up to the appointment was frequent. After the tech lead arrived, I was given multiple options for how to proceed with my shower faucet and trim replacement, and asked multiple times if I had any questions before, during and after the job (which was completed the same day). Tile and drywall work are sourced in-house at Spartan which is helpful (I dont have to find a different company). Overall, I will definitely use Spartan Plumbing for future needs.

The install was quick and showed high quality. This was my second time using Spartan. While having to bring in a plumber is nothing anybody is excited about, it’s nice to know of a company that I can trust in quality and flexibility at a fair price. Definitely my choice for future needs.

    After a home inspection, a toilet needed to be reset. I called Spartan Plumbing and they came the same day! Our technician found a small crack in the flange. He explained everything thoroughly step by step and completed the repair with a detailed report for the inspector. Very professional!

    Our plumber fixed the problem, was efficient and neat. It’s difficult to find a plumber who will do small jobs. We use Spartan because they do good work and actually show up. However, they are very expensive. There is a $75 coupon on their website, but you have to look for it, they don’t tell you about it. Also, they will not give you a time frame for service, not even morning or afternoon , so you may wind up sitting home all day waiting for them to arrive. They do call 15-30 minutes before arrival. Again, good work but expensive.

    It was great! Julius was very professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job! He removed and replaced a new water heater in my moms residence. He answered all my questions while helping me decide which option was best for us. He had to wait for new water heater to be delivered and did a great job on everything.     Had multiple pipes burst during the end of 2022 freeze and I called around to five or six different plumbers in the area and they were all packed out for at least a few days. I had the water for the whole house off and Spartan had Nick come out the next day. He found the various leaks and then installed a valve in the basement to shut off the water to that specific area as it was always a problem since they pipes ran through the garage which only got residual heat from the house. The pipes were wrapped but not enough for when it got really cold.Once the valve was put in Nick had me test it and we were able to get water flowing to the rest of the house. He got me up and running and fixed the other pipes and said they could come back once all the fallout from the freeze was settling down and look into fixing the pipes permanently.Service was great and fast and couldnt be happier.

    Toby and Adam replaced our water heater and the pressure tank for our well. They also removed an 82 Gallon tank left over from a failed solar water heating system. They are very professional and the end result is better than I had imagined. The team arrived on time and kept my wife and I informed every step of the way. I had expected two long days of work but they got the job done in about one and a half days. The installation was everything I asked for. I would definitely recommend Toby, Adam and Spartan to anyone looking for a plumber.

    Josh and his team are great! In this latest interaction they had to replace an exterior water faucet that was replaced last year in our now home, built by Fischer, I turns out the replacement valve failed due to a defect. The Plumbing Tech, Aaron, replaced it for me under warrant with no questions and in less than 24 hours from my call.

    I called about a clogged toilet, and shortly after Ben arrived. While Ben worked on the clogged toilet, I started unhooking the ice maker line to get ready for a new refrigerator. After unhooking the line, we realized the shutoff for the water softener didnt shut off the ice maker line. Ben was quick to stop what he was doing, get me a five gallon bucket, and shut the water off at the meter. Not only did Ben do what he was there for, he helped me with the ice maker line without hesitation. Great service and reasonable prices.

    I hired Spartan to replace the main water shutoff valve in my home. The old globe valve might have been fine but Ive been burned by globe/gate valves in the past. I wanted something I could operate without dread. Toby installed a quarter-turn ball valve, and showed me where my meter pit is. He was fast and professional.
