    B&E did a massive repair on a community well system with no prior knowledge of the system. Ben was responsive and quick to act when we were having a problem. His crew worked late hours and through cold and wet weather to find a leak and repair it right. Austin and George were his crew and they wouldnt stop until our water service was back on. The night it went on, it was 10pm and George sat there with me to wait and see if pressure was restored. I would trust and work with them in any of our needs both Commercial and Residential and have asked them to be our go to Company for our Commercial Well system servicing 20 homes! Thank you again for the hard work and diligence! Our entire group couldnt praise you more!

    Benjamin and his crew did an excellent job for us. We had several issues that needed repairs. Our biggest problem was a hot water leak under the slab of our house. The crew did an amazing job with this issue. The concrete repair was done very smoothly with no extra finishing needed. They also upgraded some plumbing in our shower and installed a new shower valve and drain using very good-quality parts from Moen. The parts installed were obvious that they were a step above what could be bought off the shelves from the local home centers. The last issue was a garden hose bib replacement. This job required some drywall removal in a small area and was done with great care and professionalism. Benjamin was laid back, very easy to talk to, and did an excellent job going over our issues and the options available to get the job done. His crew was on time, professional, and hard-working.     Best plumbers Ive ever worked with. Had my sewer line replaced outside, and the guys were awesome. Super fast, friendly, made sure to not ruin my wifes plants and replanted them, while trying minimize the damage to my yard.     We noticed our water heater wasn’t working on a Sunday morning. B&E was recommended.We called Ben and he sent Larry out within 15 minutes! He got it going, but it went out by the next morning.     I was extremely satisfied with our experience with B&E plumbing. Ben had put my fears to rest when we had an unpleasant experience with a previous company that came out and didn’t have a solution to our problem. Ben came out, diagnosed the problem, came up with a plan, a solution and executed perfectly. Repaired our water main, installed a clean out for us and made sure everything was working properly and was to our satisfaction. They were extremely nice and informative on the whole situation and I’m happy to say they will be our future plumbers!

    I needed a new main run into my home. After hiring a different plumber, who thank goodness never showed, I called B and E. They came right out. The other plumber wanted to tear up my landscaping, he said it was the only way. I agreed to pay more for hand digging and only losing one shrub. Did I say thank goodness he never showed up?!? B and E replaced the entire line by drilling from the main into the house. They didn’t touch my landscaping! Ben and his crew are awesome. They were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. They also installed an whole house water purification system. Fair pricing and great work. I have a plumber now!!! I will only call B and E!

    I called Ben on a recommendation to replace my water heater and Im glad I did. Communication was great through the entire process and I feel his work is top notch.     B&E installed a 75 Gal hot water heater in our home. Matt did an excellent job. He took time in explaining and answered all my questions. I know he and his team are super busy but I did not feel like they were in a rush to hurry up and get done, even though they worked quickly and efficiently.He gave me a fair price with quality work. Definitely recommend, not that they need it. Sounds like they have enough work to keep them busy for a long time!

    I had been dealing with a water problem in my basement for approximately 4 months. I was working with a local plumber but the problem continued. With the heavy rain we had recently, my basement was flooded again so II called B and E plumbing. Even though, It was after business hours, Matt came out and got the water under control until they could get back out to fix the source of the problem. Ben came out very soon after and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough about this company. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and honest. They are also super nice to work with. I would definitely recommend. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

    B&E was very professional, they know there stuff. I have called 2 renowned plumbers(crazy plumb and RR) prior week- they both had no idea and were not able to fix it. B&E told me upfront that they won’t be able to come before 9pm (Sunday night) They kept there word and arrived in time. I am appalled by their integrity, honesty and knowing there stuff in this age and time. On the phone, they were very courteous.     I learned about B&E Plumbing from a local contractor I hired for other jobs. When I needed all the water pipes replaced in my duplex, I gave them a call. The job was a big one, and Ben P. did excellent work. He even changed the materials at the last minute upon my request (an upgrade) without a fuss. Ben showed when he said he would, worked diligently throughout the day, and completed the job to my satisfaction at a fair price. The end result is my duplex now has beautiful new copper plumbing, which replaced 82-year old galvanized steel, and my water pressure has doubled now that it doesnt trickle through corroded pipes. Ill be using them again for my homes plumbing needs.

    Called B&E to come find and fix the source of water seeping from underneath the wall separating the units of a duplex that I just bought. On a Sunday. The day before a full unit flooring installation. They were able to come quickly diagnose and address the problem, as well as a few other items that I was unaware of. Great service provider and I will definitely do business with them again - hopefully not for water flowing from underneath walls anymore though!     WOW ! What an amazing job! I can not say enough about the service we had. We had a leak in our main water supply line, they found it and repaired it with no problem.     B&E was my 4th call about a failed pump after 3 other plumbers were too busy to help (which I dont fault them for). Ben answered immediately, and helped me identify the issue within minutes. Matt arrived two hours later, properly-equipped to spend an unexpected hour hammering through concrete left by sloppy contactors. The job was finished correctly and efficiently, and the work area was left as clean as could be. I couldnt have asked for more, and B&E will be my first call next time.

    2020 review: Highly recommend. Please read. I had a bad leak so I called Roto Rooter at 10 at night. They couldn’t find the leak. I found the leak on my own. Called B&E and they had Matt come out 30 minutes after my call. Went above and beyond the repair. Replaced the entire pipe (not just the leaky part) back to the stack. Then replaced another entire pipe run back to the stack that wasn’t even leaking but to avoid any future issues. Doubtful another plumber would do this. Also, they’re much more affordable. Roto Rooter is 282$ an hour. B&E is half the price with better quality work.Edit (04/11/23):Called B&E with another issue and had it resolved the next day. The owner is responsive, listens, diagnoses and overall pleasurable to do business with. Matt is one of the plumbers and has consistently delivered quality work each time. He is one of those people who gets it done right, and not to just get it done. You’re doing yourself a disservice by using another plumber.

    Gaelon was the plumber who showed up at my house from B&E Plumbing Company. I knew I had problems with mildew smell in my utility room behind washer. Gaelon found leaks behind wall with lots of mold. This was one of the nicest, most respectful, best plumbers I have ever met.     Called B&E to come out and give us an estimate on fixing a sewer line that was leaking. Ben came out and gave us an estimate and sent one of his guys out the next morning to snake the line to see if it was clogged, which it was. Ben did have to come back and replace part of the sewer line and did it at a very reasonable price. These guys are very upfront, honest and very professional. Would recommend them 100%!!

    Our water heater stopped working and we ran out of hot water. I called Ben on Tuesday morning and he had someone come out within a couple hours of me calling.     We had 3 or 4 Estimates on a repair that we were scared to death of. Having to dig into our slab and replace a pipe is $cary especially when our insurance didn’t cover it because it was basically preventative repairs because of aging. B&E was the only company that didn’t ask what the other estimates were. They told us they could get the job done in just a few days with only a couple guys and we were blown away! Their estimate was the best!! The team came out and really worked extremely hard and fast at getting the pipes replaced and filled back in with concrete. Everything was neat and clean when they left. Most people don’t leave reviews unless they complain online. I wanted to leave a great review for B&E because they do AWESOME work! Great prices vs competitors and were accommodating with our schedules. Thank you B&E for helping us get through a stressful remodel!!!

    They were very timely in getting us on the schedule with our situation not being an emergency . They were very upfront and honest about the estimate. giving us a range of costs depending on how the repair would go after getting into it. They completed the job with great quality and saving us quite a bit of money compared to a quote received from another plumbing company who’s advertising we all see on TV.     Add my name to the long list of happy customers. I called on a Friday morning to have my water heater replaced. Ben answered right away and scheduled me for the following Monday. Will showed up on time, very professional, patient with our kiddos running around, did a fantastic job, and charged me exactly the amount Ben quoted me. The tank change caused sediment to clog the hot water supply for a faucet (normal) and they came back and fixed it for free. They are now my go-to plumbers.

    I talked to 3 different contractors about replacing main water service due to leak (blue max from street to back of house). Ben from B&E had the best plan and price to replace. They dug a small hole near the street and a small hole were water supply enters house and used a directional drill to connect the 2 holes and pull new supply line through. the process took just a couple of hours. when they were done you could not even see where the hole was. Lawn looks perfect! 2 other plumbers wanted to tearup my yard and charge more moneyfor trenching from street to front of house, accross the front around the side and half way down the backside of house. One of those guys were even talking about busting up part of a 16x24 concrete patio installed last year. So glad that we used B&E. Ben was friendly, professional, knowledgeable ,on time and within budget. We highly recommend

    Best plumbers, best prices, best service! Ben (owner) has been super accommodating and puts you at ease about any plumbing issues you may have. Our estimate was done very quickly (within a week) of us calling Ben with our issues. Ben put together a solid plan, gave us a start date that was within two weeks, and put our minds at ease. Ben’s estimate was also spot on! No hidden charges or throwing in parts to up charge us. The morning work began, Ben introduced us to Matt (very skill technician and employee at B&E and not a sub-Contrator ), and Matt diligently began working. Our job took close to 20 hours. It was pleasant having B&E here the whole time. All along the way Matt would take time to fill me in on the progress. At the end of the job, our plumbing looked so amazing and worked even better than it looked! Our basement ceiling is exposed and has been for years, so it’s nice to see such clean and organized plumbing! They even assisted and demonstrated how to descale our tankless water heater. Most recently, we had a sump issue not related to the B& E job that was due to the heavy rains and flooding in Beavercreek. I called Ben EARLY in the morning with fears that our sump pump was failing and our home would be flooding soon. He reassured me and put my mind at ease.     If I could give B & E Plumbing ten stars I would. We have been using Ben and his associates for the past six years for a myriad of plumbing projects and issues. One of the reasons is that our home is in a historical district and knowledgeable as well a willing plumbers that want to work on older homes are hard to find, Ben replaced our old boiler and has also done radiator work, cut into a main line to redirect the washer drain, toilet and sink water line redesign and cleaned out the water/sewer main drain line as well. As much as he and his crew are versed in new built residences they are just as knowledgeable about historical homes and that was very important to us to help maintain the integrity of the 95 year old home.Ben and the crew are always on time and are prepared to perform the job to completion, explain what is taking place, the job site is always left clean, they are always courteous. Another incentive is the price, they are very reasonable.I cannot recommend this company enough, as far as I am concerned they will be the only plumbers that we will use to keep this old house going for another 95 years.

    Just hired B & E Plumbing to do a very complex, to say the least, job at my house. Blockage that was a total mystery. Owner came out and evaluated the situation. Involved digging into my basement floor of an old dwelling. He and his team worked on this project, got it done in a timely fashion. They were all very professional and knew their stuff. A lot of years of experience here. Would recommend them for any plumbing project you may be facing.

    Courteous and competent. Due to health issues, we have to ask people that come into our house to wear masks. Two plumbers that we called did not seem interested in our request. One said they would “probably” wear one. Another plumber actually wanted to argue with me about it. Both when I made the appointment with B&E and when the plumber showed up, they expressed understanding and wore a mask. Beyond the health aspects of it, it demonstrated a simple civil courtesy which I greatly appreciated. Sometime soon, we will be getting our water heater replaced and B&E will be the company we call.

    I recently moved to an area that has a lot of iron in the water. Any water I used would turn things to a rusty color which included the dishes, laundry, water coming out of the faucets and the shower. I called Ben, who is awesome, about getting a water softener. When I told him about what was happening, he suggested I get an iron curtain, which I had never heard of before. It literally took the red out!A few months after the installation I started hearing a noise from the iron curtain and a horrible smell in my home to the point that I was getting sick and I quit staying in my home. After many doctors appointment, testing, and medical bills I decided to reach out to B and E Plumbing. It is suspected that what I was smelling was bacterial gases in my home. The iron curtain had done its job so well that it was keeping the bacteria out of my water!!!!!Matt was the service tech who never gave up on finding out what was causing the smell. After being away from my home for a few days, the smell is gone, I’m back home and feeling better. I trusted him so much that I had given him the code for the alarm system on my home. Their cost was very reasonable too.I brag to my friends about the iron curtain and how good it cleared up my water. Two of them, who have the same problem with the iron in their water, have purchased the iron curtain from B and E Plumbing and say that they love it!!Their product, service, professionalism, job knowledge, trustworthiness and dedication are top notch.     We had a leaky pipe from the upstairs hall bathroom into our downstairs old laundry room which is now the mother in laws bathroom. Another company who weve used before said they couldnt get anyone to us til Monday. Our heating and air repair person recommended B&E Plumbing highly. They called back less than 3 hours later and said they were on the way. 15 minutes later they were here and in 2 hours had the problem fixed. It was a hole in the drain pipe but just where it went into the wall. The vanity was removed and then replaced afterwards. They minimized how much tile they had to remove (2 pieces). Replaced the bad pipe and hooked everything back up. So far no more leaks. Both gentlemen were professional and went about their work without wasting time or drawing out the clock. I highly recommend them and will use them again if we need more plumbing work done.
