I was in need of a generator/electrical company to service my 2 year old Generac generator. The company I had been using had become completely unreliable and never answered calls or returned emails. A contractor I was using recommended Tidal so I gave them a call and spoke with Sam in the home office. He was very professional and accommodating. He set up an appointment for me within 3 days. The two techs that came out to service my generator were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I was extremely impressed with these two young men. They even showed me everything that they had changed out during the routine maintenance. Something no one else had ever done. If you need generator work done I highly recommend Tidal. You won’t be disappointed.

Carlos and Elmer performed excellent, quick work at connecting the electrical portion of our new Generac Generator. They showed up on time and arranged for the utility company to perform their portion as well.

I spent a lot of time asking for quotes from various companies to install a 14-50 NEMA wall plug for my EV.Where many companies were trying to up-sell me in various products and quoting me outrageous prices, Joseph and his team were able to give me a great competitive quote with no hassle of up-selling me any products. Just straight forward, and to the point and a 10/10 quality in electrical services.I definitely would recommend their services to anyone.
