Fantastic company to work with. They came to do a big job for me and buried some lines. They are super friendly to work with. There was a minor issue during the job, and they came to the rescue with fantastic customer service. I cant recommend them highly enough. They even had a supervisor come to visit to ensure everything was right. I really appreciate having a great company like this in the area. I will definitely be using them for all future jobs because I know I can trust them to do the right thing. They dont make companies like this anymore.

Got a quote on a weekend and they were able to come out on Monday to install my hallway chandelier. Our chandelier was 20 ft high so not an easy install and the chandelier weighed 15 lbs with a small amount of crystals. We were quoted one price but the electrician that came said we were misquoted, but he would honor our original quote. Amazing because the original guy really misquoted by quite a bit because there were more crystals than he guessed. The work was done very carefully and professional. Happy with the work completed and even happier they honored the original quote. Would recommend this business. 5 stars!

Eli was absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a huge job of multiple chandeliers and ceiling fans and a huge lighting fixture on a three story ceiling. He went above and beyond to get all of this done. It transformed the look of our home. He paid so much attention to detail and went the extra mile to make everything look right. It was a joy to work with him. I highly recommend Aaron’s and Eli! Thank you for great service, kindness, and hard work. These are just a few of the many lights he installed.

I had an emergency, called Weeks they couldnt help me. Then I called Aarons. They got out too me within 2 hours, had my new meter box up and ready to go within an hour. The tech was very polite and respectful. I will always call Aarons to do all my electrical. Couldnt ask for better customer service. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. From the sweet lady answering the phone, Master electrician to tech who came out. Amazing company. Good old fashioned service.

Great experience. Had three items to fix due to weather and varmint damage and got quotes from two companies. Aarons quote for each item was about 1/3 cheaper for each item. Very, very pleased with the work done. The quote was still very high (over $2k), way more than I originally expected to pay (around $1k), but still $100s less than the competitors quote, so I was glad I called for the second quote, and felt better after getting over my sticker shock from the first quote. I havent had electrical work done in over 15 years, so I guess my expectations for what things should cost were too low. Anyway, highly recommend Aarons Electrical.

Sure, you might be able to find a less expensive company for simple work, but if you want it done well the first time, you can rely on them to get to the job quickly and efficiently!

The team came out on short notice when our wired smoke detector/co2 system went off at 6am. We thought the house was on fire. The alarms then stopped but kept freaking out and having erratic behavior. Thankfully, there was no fire, but a unit afterwards kept calling and beeping to another peer relentlessly. These are networked and on a circuit in the house, so you can’t just make it stop without shutting off other things. I called them because it was unlivable, as beeps were going off nonstop. Aarons team came out and diagnosed the electrical issue and noted one unit began malfunctioning and giving off signals. I had them repair electrical and replace all units just to get done with it, too, to prevent anything else weird.Now, the work was expensive, but the team was wonderful and made sure they did everything right. You truly must appreciate that. To the credit of the crew, they did try to make it more affordable but their management didnt let them discount it as much as it couldve been. So, theres that, which I didn’t appreciate, but given the short notice and fact we could be inside the house without ear-piercing beeps from a wired network of units, I was able to accept the convenience fee. All the same, great work and the two guys that came out would be welcomed back whenever.My only recommendation to the owner is to be a bit more forgiving about your pricing. I would’ve called them back for some electrical work that we wanted done immediately after but now I am shopping around based on cost as such. However, I may still call them back out because of the quality work.

I had the absolute pleasure of Johnny coming out to help us with our dryer not heating. He was so pleasant when he called to schedule. He was on time and gave regular updates regarding his arrival. He has a very patient and kind demeanor. He was nice to my pets, didnt scoff at my house not being cleaned up, he climbed under our mobile home and didnt make me do all the work to get the skirting down and boards moved like most of the service people. He was incredibly understanding and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything that was wrong and worked with me on what my options were. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services. His repairs were very good as well.

I was quite worried when I ran over an electrical cable with my lawn mower and snapped it. After talking to friends and another electrician, i contacted Aarons around 9:00 pm. Chris called me back and was very kind and informative even though he was at dinner. He spent time explaining the problem was the the grounding wire and its purpose because the electrical was still on. He really put me at ease. I decided to have an electrician come out in the morning. Johnny came out to do the work and he was amazing. He was kind, respectful, informative and knowledgeable. We had an outside light cause us to lose power to our fridge in the middle of the night. We found out in the morning. Aarons said they couldnt come until Friday, but when they heard we lost our fridge with our food, they called one of their guys Josh to see if he could just stick one more in. He did and came on the same day (Wednesday) and get our power back to our fridge in our kitchen and garage. Really fast and knew what to do. He was in and out in 30 min. Really good work. Use them

I recently called Aarons Electrical Service in Spring. Wes answered the phone and it was paradise after that. He was so pleasant and professional. I was trying to get a 220 extended to my garage so I could charge my new electric car. They came out and I thought I could use the hose device that came with the car. Wrong I had to order a 220 device that cost over $500. Aarons understood what happened and told me they would return when I got the device. He did not charge me and was so understanding. We got the device and they came back and installed it. We were thrilled with the service and will use them again. They are the best. We had a big problem with our service, but the owner was very responsive and has now resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Its good to see how much they care about customer satisfaction and were willing to refund my money and cover the cost of what the technician broke. The guy had no idea what to do and took apart my attic trying to diagnose a problem. All I wanted was a wire replaced. The guy actually fried my brand new control board and my thermostat and then tried to tell me it was the wire damage that caused it. The owner assures me that this is not at all standard procedure, so maybe the tech was just having a bad day. It all worked out in the end.
