Professional staff and leasing companies that Ive worked with. I felt more comfortable with them, they took time to answer my questions they allowed me to take the time I needed to make the decision they did not pressure me. They are always available to take my calls to handle any resolution. It took a little bit longer for a couple of the panels to come online but they gave me a window to watch it and then call back if it wasnt online and if I had any questions or whatever and so I called back and they opened the ticket up and ironically it within a day or two after the ticket being opened up it resolved itself. They always make sure the customer is happy.

Was our sales contact. From setting up the appointment time, to meeting him, to installation and project management,. He answered all our questions thoroughly!! He kept us apprised of every step of the process of installing our panels. We have had them for about 4-5 months and absolutely love how easy and seamless they were to go green! Steve goes above and beyond for his customers and really understands our needs. His honesty is also much appreciated and rare in this line of business. Thank you!!

We have absolutely no regrets going solar. We feel we chose the best in the business from our system from our research about various companies, products lines, and local installers. Since it was a time in my life, I actually had enough money to pay outright for the Solar system my feelings about the value and savings is more likely different than from those who are paying over a period of time for their system. Of course, we realized immediate savings and benefits from Solar. The system works flawlessly with the exception of a module that had to be replaced a few months after install. Faulty parts are a possibility with any mechanical/electrical product. The happily surprising thing was the interaction between the Customer Service and myself over the faulty device. The findings were realized and a crew came out to replace the device in a timely manner. As far as the install, and interaction with the local installer, we were also more than satisfied with everything from initial contact, sales call, informative video call and install. The crew were thorough, courteous and quick to install the system. Questions I had been quickly answered by the Enphase dealer; Greg F at Enlightened Solar.

Our experience so far has been seamless. Harold Cabrera is our sales representative. He is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable of solar energy and how it will impact our lives from now on... hes answered every question weve had most before we even asking them. He immediately won our trust, being so forthright. Not just saying what would sell us on solar energy... but everything. He told us about the great benefits but at the same time he did NOT try to upsale product by getting us to buy things he really did not think we needed at this point. Hes been totally available and returns calls in a very timely fashion. I just can not say enough about this company and their choice of employees!Very Satisfied Customer!

Customer service with a smile should be the motto of Enlightened Solar. In my lifetime there has only been a handful of businesses that I truly felt good about recommending to my family and friends, Enlightened Solar is top of that list of companies. Harold and Alfredo have bent over backwards to make sure everything has been perfect. I recommend them to everyone. You owe it to yourself to take the time and listen to what he has to say about solar for your home. You will not be sorry. Many thanks to both of them for all they have done to make my transition to solar power smooth and swift for my home.

The service was okay the only thing bad if they were telling me they were going to come in Monday and they end coming in Wednesday I miss a day from work is the only seen I know happy about it but by the rest everything was good they did what they promised I know you dont have any issues at all

Super nice and honest people,, a million thanks to Harold and Alfredo for helping us reduce our electric bill from 225$ a month to the 35$ minimum that our electric company charges(they call it connection fee)We had over 9 companies give us estimates but they all had some dishonesty with them all they wanted to do was make a profit, Alfredo and Harold were straight fwd and honest from day1.The first think they told us was lets see if we can help you eliminate your electric bill we might not be able to help you.Other companies wanted to sell me new roof,new a/c, water heater,, attic insulation,,and so on and so on. I could go on and on..We are very happy and pleased with their work and it was a pleasure doing business with them and Enlightened solarThnx again
