Water heater up and died, the thing was ancient so we knew it was coming, but weren’t sure when it would quit. I called and left a message, was called back not long after, then we disconnected so she could check technician availability. It didn’t take long to get a call back to set a same-day appointment. They were upfront about cost, and possible additional costs, including the card fee. I got to watch and ask questions during the install. Anyone who is willing to educate me about what is going into my house is a winner in my book! Highly recommend!

My experience with Beemer Plumbing was excellent. The office manager Heather was courteous, professional and upbeat. She scheduled the earliest possible appt, then let me know when an earlier time was available. Lance called prior to the appt to say he was actually running ahead, and was able to arrive a half hour early. He was thorough, yet quick and efficient, and was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was the actual cost, which was extremely reasonable...lower by far than other plumbers Ive worked with. The whole experience was so positive I felt compelled to write a glowing review because they deserve it! I will definately call them next time I need any plumbing help.

Both Lance and Addison arrived per scheduled time and performed several diagnostic tests on the gas connections from main gas line (basement)to the log valve turn on/off key in our living room.
