The arrival time and service provided was top notch. Its been a many years since Ive hired a plumber, but the price seemed a little high. But that may just be inflation.

We’ve used Jim the last 5 times we’ve had issues with our plumbing. He is always on time and does an amazing job. He explains the problem and what he has to do to fix the issue before he completes the job. Thankfully this last issue wasn’t as bad as I had initially thought. And Jim fixed it quickly.

After meeting with two other water heater/plumbing companies, one stated that how I was wanting my tankless water heater installed was too complicated and the second never got back to me with a price.Then Jim Smith showed up. Jim was on-time and stood there patiently as I went through a mile-long list of questions and answered every one of them. I told him exactly what I wanted and he explained the pros and cons and some other options and what he would have to do to make it happen. After it was all said and done, I got my tankless water heater installed where I wanted it and Jim couldnt have been nicer and more professional. Its been nearly 3 months since the install. Everything is working perfectly. We love our new tankless water heater.I will be reaching out to Jim for any and all future projects. He is awesome.

Our garbage disposal was clogged up thanks to some tea I make. It wouldn’t drain and was causing standing water in the dishwasher as a result. My husband called another service but they couldn’t get here for 4 more days, so we booked with them just to be on a schedule just in case. We ended up coming across Jim and he was able to come sooner and we made an appointment with him. Incredibly friendly, and professional. Gave me some in’s and outs so that we can avoid this happening again and some info on keeping our disposal cleared and clean. Highly recommend having him come out and help with your plumbing needs.
