    Krystal answered my call just before midnight and was ready to help for a plumbing issue at my business! She was extremely friendly and positive the entire time and had someone she could get out that same night to solve my problem but I settled for the next morning. Donavan showed up the next morning at 7:30 AM and provided excellent service with great knowledge. He immediately fixed my problem and had my business ready to be open that morning!!

    This business is the epitome of excellence, & not just because they deliver on the typical customer service promises that businesses advertise - they certainly do that, & then some! Itā€™s obvious the entire team truly cares & they all work so hard to go the extra mile for their customers! From the moment I called & spoke with Kandyce, I felt like I had a family member in my corner helping me navigate a very overwhelming plumbing emergency. I called in the middle of the night & instead of just sending a tech out & charging me an unnecessary emergency fee, Kandyce got on FaceTime & walked me through shutting off my water supply valve so that I could avoid serious water damage. She then got me scheduled first thing in the morning & had Donovan there at 8am. He was so professional &, more importantly, compassionate. He fixed my leak & even took the time to show me ways to avoid a similar issue in the future. Later I got a follow up call from Kandyce just checking in to make sure I was ok & to see if I had any questions. She also made sure I had her cell number & told me I could text or call her directly day or night if I ever needed anything in the future. Iā€™ve had great customer service experiences many times before, but nothing with such a personal & considerate touch like this experience. I will be a customer for life & will continue to recommend this team to all of my family & friends!

    After attempting a tragic diy Iā€™ve had to use them for a literal emergency not once but twice (shower system swap and Bidet on a French curve) and both times Iā€™ve been grateful and even surprised. Not just by their skills, but the attentiveness. One gentleman even let me hover while kindly narrating his process while working for me as he could tell I wanted to learnā€¦. Or he was hoping to help me avoid my next diy oops lol šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø.

    I had my well pump, switch, and pressure tank replaced by this company a year ago and forgot to leave a review. My experiences with the technician Will, were very good and the reason for the 4 star rating. Iā€™ve been having water issues unrelated to their work but due to a local fencing company. I wasnā€™t sure at first so logically if you have water issues, you call your plumber, right?I canā€™t leave 5 stars because of a few reasons. I think their prices are too high and thereā€™s a bit of the left hand not talking to the right hand. Over the phone I was told it would be a $19 fee to come check out my issue again but when the tech arrived it was $189. Thatā€™s a big difference to learn during the check out process. I think the issue stems from the new owner trying to do a lot on her own. For example when I called back after hours to explain my current situation - it seemed she was having a bad day. Iā€™m a working mom, I have those days too, but if youā€™re going to be in a bad mood, then donā€™t answer your business line and argue with your very stressed out and without water for days customer - and just let it go to voicemail. I literally had to hang up on her because I was so frustrated. Eventually, she became helpful after I mentioned I would leave a review but at that point it was too late and I decided to move my business elsewhere. I would also suggest taking photos and including a summary of what was done/checked on your invoices for people like me without plumbing knowledge to refer back too.l Good luck.

    I Cant say enough about Juniors Plumbing. My husband has Alzheimers Disease and He shut the water off to the toilet unbeknownst to me. Mark did not make feel like I was totally stupid. He was wonderful. Then I asked him to look at another toilet for me and turns out I did need it to be repaired. Mark was very professional, gave me an estimate for the work and cleaned up after himself. I will recommend Juniors Plumbing to all of my friends and I will definitely use them again! Michele the lady who answered the telephone was courteous and very helpful in setting up my appointment for the toilet repair.     Weā€™re very happy to have contacted Juniorā€™s Plumbing! After speaking with Michelle on the phone in the morning, the work was completed to our satisfaction that very afternoon! Joshua Eldridge, the plumbing technician came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that when he started, he was going to complete the work that very same day! He paid attention to details and took that extra time to install our new house hydrant correctly.Weā€™ve had disappointments in the past with contractors coming out and not completing on time or performing unsatisfactory work, but Juniorā€™s Plumbing did an excellent job.     Juniors came to us highly recommended and we have not been disappointed. Juniors has done extensive work in our recently purchased home - everything from deferred maintenance like updating valves, to installing a new drain and faucet in our kitchen, to assisting with the renovation of a bathroom. We chose to supply a new tub, toilet, and sink, and they were very easy to work with when taking the old fixtures out and installing the new ones. The plumbers, especially Chris who we worked with extensively, are awesome - really friendly, punctual, and get the job done, and everyone Ive worked with in the office is great, too. Highly recommend!

    I called on a Saturday morning to a few plumbing companies after my water heater crapped out on Friday night. Most did not answer and one actually said they would send someone out Monday afternoon for an ESTIMATE. I told them Id prefer to have it installed on Monday. Juniors plumbing did better than that. They said they could do it that very same day. And there was no inflated price as a result. The price was fair and Charlie (plumber) came out that afternoon and did a phenomenal job. He was very friendly and personable and he showed great confidence in his work. I waited a week to leave this review in the event any issues arose but not a single one to be found and the hot water is cruising in my house now. Great job Charlie and Juniors plumbing. Will definitely call you again in the future if need be.

    Juniors Plumbing Services quickly responded when I needed them as I had a leak in the basement. The technician Chris was very professional, and quickly handled the problem.     We contacted several contractors for quotations on replacing our water heater and we found that Junior Plumbings prices were among the most reasonable. The technician (Will) did an exceptional job. He cleaned up all debris, explained the proper operation and care of our water heater and answered all of our questions.     We have had a partially broken outdoor hose bib for the past 8 years that we have lived at the home. The other day, it finally started leaking and took a lot of effort to get the leak to stop. Juniors Plumbing came out the next day. They told me they would call at least 30 minutes prior. Granted, experience with other contractors that tell me they will call prior never seems to happen and I get the Im in your driveway call. Not the case with Junior. They called when they were 45 minutes out, giving me enough time to get home from work and meet them. Wayne was the technician. He was extremely professional and thorough in his discussions and recommendations. I actually inquired how difficult it would be to make the bib higher and it wasnt any problem for Wayne. Hed been doing plumbing for 36 years. In a couple of hours, I have a new hose bib, up higher which is really convenient and it doesnt leak! He also put a shut off valve in so I can shut the water off directly behind the bib in the winter. I was so thoroughly impressed. An A+ 100% rating and I would recommend Juniors to anyone for plumbing needs.

    You dont want to call a plumber but when you need to call a plumber, forget all of the others and call Juniors. When I had an fire emergency and needed my house winterized in the cold of January, the big guys said a week or so. Juniors was there in a couple of hours. When I needed to be unwinterized, a quick call to Michelle and Juniors was there the next couple of days. When I had a bigger project that was time sensitive, Juniors came out and provided a professional, reasonable quote and Michelle had them scheduled to come out in a week even before they left my driveway. They are responsive, professional, respectful of your time, house, and safety. Their technicians are trained with the latest equipment and are personable and willing to explain every step of the process (if you want to eavesdrop).I have Juniors on speed dial if anything goes wrong. You should too!

    For excellent service and know how, you have got to ask for Chris. First, he was able to schedule me in for same day service. I was so appreciative of his expertise and can do spirit. He carefully reviewed the issues and troubleshooted to find the best course of action to fix the issue. Chris neatly cut out drywall to work with copper piping and performed welding work which was smooth, neat and expertly done. He is friendly, trustworthy, and so accommodating.     If I could give ten stars I would! Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to have a tech to my house quickly to install complex plumbing for a new bathroom vanity. Kyle was our tech and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and personable.     Great company to hire! They were quick and communicated effectively. The labor was pricey for just breaking my garbage disposal free since it literally took the plumber about 4 seconds to do so.     The technician came out to diagnose and fix my hot water heater, and while the first visit helped, it did not completely fix the issue, and they brought him back out the very next business day and had the issue completely fixed. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand my system and maintenance duties and even tested my well water for me so I would know whether I needed a treatment system. They were an hour earlier than projected during both visits. Even with the return visit, they were very easy to work with and quick to make things perfect for me. I will use them again.

    The plumber from Juniors Plumbing showed up on time. He was courteous and very professional. I had a leak down the side of a discharge pipe in the ceiling of my basement. The l leak was somewhere above in the house, but I had no idea where it was. He immediately identified the source of the leak behind drywall on the first floor. He cut into the drywall, identified a hole in the pipe, and completed the required repairs efficiently.The cost was reasonable. I would recommend Juniors Plumbing Service to anyone.     Kyle was fantastic, he arrived at our house exactly on time on a bitterly cold day and spent the entire morning fixing a very difficult plumbing problem that two other plumbers had not successfully fixed.     I want to thank Michael so much for the work he did in replacing my toilet and the shut off valve. Michael was proficient, and conscious about his work. Michael has a great personality, honest and shows integrity. His customer service is one that I know I wouldnt have received from another company. When Michael called to let me know he was on his way to my home, I let him know that the company hadnt delivered my toilet yet. Michael came anyway, fixed the shut off valved and waited for the delivery of my toilet. In so many words, Michael said that he will not leave me hanging. Everything was all right. Hes got my back.     Super responsive, extremely friendly, and completely value-add. Weve had them out to the house twice now for two separate issues. Both times they were very responsive in scheduling and showing up (they would actually call and text to let me know how far out they were). Most recently, their technician Chris came out to the house and conducted repairs. He was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. He not only did the work, but identified another area that would potentially be a problem for us in the future (it was an actual problem, not just him fishing for more work). Lastly, both times we had them come out to the house, the technicians did some additional small things that we asked without charging extra. I cant recommend these guys enough. The pricing was incredibly fair and upfront.

    I used Jrs in November for some major plumbing work, camera and jetting of pipes and a replacement of a broken elbow and about 6 feet of pipe. They were very professional, prompt, and completed superior work at a VERY reasonable price.     I had roots in my sewer pipes and Juniors Plumbing to the rescue. They explained everything that needed to be done and came out within days to do it. They found the roots and replaced the damaged PVC pipe and repaired the floor back to the original state. I am very please with their work. They were very professional and courteous.     I had an appointment with a Juniors technician yesterday and it was an overall fantastic experience. First off, FREE ESTIMATE without a ridiculous amount of pressure to move forward!! From getting the appointment scheduled, to the accurately scheduled arrival time, to the in-depth explanation from the plumber himself, and the quality of service... i would recommend Juniors to all of my friends/family. Theyre clearly a small business that puts a LOT of emphasis on customer experience, and that shows in every touch point that Ive had with Juniors. If you want high QUALITY plumbing work from a company that cares about YOU, id say give Juniors a shot. I had 2 other plumbing companies give me an estimate for the same work and Juniors quote came in not only hundred of dollars less than the others, but I couldnt be happier with the quality of work that was done. That price along with the customer service and quality of work is a RARE combination these days.

    Juniors Plumbing was sent out by our home warranty company to repair our jet pump that had a failing pressure tank. When Joe arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and recommended that we switch to a submersible well pump. Our warranty company approved the installation, and Joe was out within the week to install our new submersible pump. Juniors Plumbing made what could have been a stressful situation easy and simple for us. We would absolutely recommend Juniors Plumbing.     A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I had such an amazing experience with the two extremely kind, helpful, and hard working gentleman that came to fix what was once messy and dangerous kitchen plumbing. We have been in our home almost a year now, and weā€™ve uncovered many things that were doing using the ā€œcutting-corners methodā€. We were very concerned as we could not fix or ignore our plumbing situation in the kitchen, and we are unfamiliar of the best services in the are.     I recently had Michael Davis come to my house and completely reinstall plumbing water lines in my garage for a laundry room as well as install a slop sink and I was completely satisfied and impressed with his professionalism and workmanship.     I called Juniors on a Monday to say my sump pump was not working and that i was concerned about flooding in my crawl space. They explained the $19.00 fee to come out and they would assess the problem and give me a written estimate. The were able to work me in the same day and sent out Ron to check the sump pump. Ron explained the sump pump was working fine and that it was the dehumidifier that was not working and leaking water. He made a recommendation and said there would be no charge. They are a ten star company in my book and I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Their excellent service is only exceeded by their integrity.

    I was overly impressed with the service from this company, within 5 secs of hitting the submit button on Angies list the company called to discuss and schedule my free inspection for fixing my water line that had previously burst. The plumber arrived promptly and was able to repair the pipe. Additionally, he was a nice older gentleman and offered several pieces of advice for fixing the hole in the wall (I had already cut the wall open and put in a temporary fix) and because the house was a bit torn up from the contractors working on fixing the water damage he notified me that I should cover the toilet hole (toilet was removed by the water mitigation company for the insurance claim) to prevent sewer flies from coming up (yikes)

    Contacted Home Advisors and Juniors Plumbing responded in a timely manner. I spoke with Wendy on 6/11/20 and made appt for free estimate next day between 2 and 5 pm. I recieved phone call @ 3:45 pm stating that plumber was running late and would be arriving closer to 6 pm, that was fine with me. Low and behold plumber arrived in the next 10 minutes, around 4 pm, so he arrived within the original appt time. Plumber name was Will and he was very professional, left shoes at the door very conscientious of Covid procedures,which I appreciated. Will replaced our faucet in 20 min. Although it was a bit pricey for 20 min of work, I canā€™t imagine if my husband would have tried, prob would have been a nightmare.
