    We had a great experience with Js Plumbing! After a previous company installed the wrong grinder pump (which failed), they came out quickly and installed the correct one. The team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options and how the pump works in this area. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was done right. I also appreciate how they took the time to explain what to look out for in the future. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Highly recommend them if you need reliable service and honest advice!

    I just had a pretty big well Water pressure tank failure. Contact JS Plumbing The matter was fixed in a few days. And that was only because the tank had to be located. Very prompt, very informative. Got the job done quickly with no mess. I could not recommend Js plumbing more. You will not regret it.

    Justin has twice answered the distress call of this rental property owner in serious distress! Once was ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND—a *major* holiday—he was on site within 2 hrs and had the situation well in hand shortly after. Both times he was knowledgeable, professional and expedient in working on the well at this property under difficult circumstances.We cannot recommend J’s Plumbing or its owner, Justin Williams more highly. In addition, while well repairs and parts are never cheap, his prices are reasonable and he ABSOLUTELY DOES stand behind the work and the equipment he uses.Give J’s a call—you *WILL NOT* regret it!!

    12/23/2023 - It won’t let me leave another review, so I’m editing my original one! Another awesome experience with J’s. I called at 9:30 pm last night. Got a call back within a few minutes. They were out first thing this morning to replace my busted sump pump. They were done fast and saved my holiday!I called 3 places to get a quote for my water meter leak. First guy showed up and looked in the puddle of water and said he couldn’t give me a quote until I cleared it out. 3rd guy never gave a quote because I hired Justin. He was great. Showed up to give the quote and got right to it. He was great with my nephew, who asked 101 questions. He got the job done quickly and for a great price. I will definitely be calling J’s for any future needs!

    Hands down, best place to call if you have an emergency water issue. Our well pump went in the middle of the day and Js was the only company that was willing to show up last minute and not overcharge. He was honest, efficient and got the job done quickly. Fair prices.

    Ive had Justin do two jobs for me, and each job was done on time and done well. He installed a back-up sump pump and replaced the expansion tank on my water heater. He arrived when he said he would and both jobs met my expectations. Great communication as well before and after the job.

    I called Justin because our high level water alarm was going off. He arrived within thirty minutes and thought that the septic tank pump had gone out. He went to retrieve a brand new pump and was back again within another thirty minutes. After examining the pump, he realized that the float was stuck and that the pump was still in working condition. Justin was highly efficient and helpful. If we ever have another problem, we will be sure to call Js Plumbing again!

    They were recommended to us as the top rated company in our area by our home warranty company,and they were right! The gentleman who came out and serviced us did an excellent job,even on short notice! He was very thorough and careful and explained everything he did and what else needed to be done. I have interacted with other contractors who have been very rude when they deal with a woman but he treated me fairly and with respect. We will definitely use them again!

    I live on a well an my water went out in the evening. I called them the next morning and they came out immediately. They quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it quickly. Very professional, answered all my questions, provided some recommendations to avoid issues in the future. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    I just want to say that J’s Plumbing is the absolute best! I’ll tell one things for certain Justin is very professional very detailed oriented with his work and explaining what our situation was, why it happened and how to fix it.We had an emergency in our home where we had to have the gas cut off because of the hot water heater, I looked on the internet and said a prayer (lol) and picked J’s Plumbing. I was not disappointed. My husband was very impressed and so I was I. We find it very hard in businesses nowadays that people are professional and treat you as the consumer with respect. But Justin with J’s Plumbing certainly did. And we will definitely be using him again and anyone reading this he is fantastic and I just don’t write reviews but I had to this time. Use this plumber yo7 will not be sorry or disappointed.

    Very friendly. On time.Great work. love the new hard pipe under sink.no more cheap pipes.The Real Deal.Also hooked up a new dishwasher and new drain to the garbage diposal.Even picked up new dishwasher from lowes,and disposed the old one as well.He would have come at midnight. but I told him to wait til next morning. he was there next morning when he said.Thanks again Justin.Happy Customers.

    Highly recommended. Came all the way to Gordonsville to replace my water heater. My warranty service sent him out and he didn’t try to just throw a band aide on it and move on. Was very friendly and also had excellent communication. I have a new baby so knowing when to expect him was great.. I knew exactly when he would be there, and what he would be doing. The warranty company sent him out but I saved his card because I will defiantly use him again if needed. Thank you J!

    Called Justin and needed a propane line valve installed in order to have line pressure tested. Responded the very next morning like he stated and on time. Made repair most expeditiously and at a fair price. Very polite and courteous. Definitely will call for any future service that I need.

    Called Js to work on four jobs at the house. We got in a little over our heads during a remodel and had to call in the pros. Heres my summary of Js: Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very fairly priced. They listened carefully to what we had to say, gave us quick resolution, and didnt try to break our bank. This company is most definitely now our plumber. We wouldnt dream of calling anyone else.

    Excellent is the word to describe this company. We bought an expensive hot water tank that we didn’t need. Helped us get the correct size tank.County code had changed since house was built. Gave us advised and selected the parts that we needed. To top it off, the final price was reasonable considering all he had to do.Will absolutely use them again.

    I dont normally leave reviews but this team is amazing. I called them at 2am for a leak that had flooded part of our basement. They were able to come out and assess the situation within 30min. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I will go to them for all our servicing from here on out.

    A few days ago our well went dry. I called numerous plumbers trying to get someone out to check it out. They either didnt service wells or couldnt come here that day. When we got Js on the phone he not only showed up the same day (after 6 pm), but fixed the problem for a very reasonable price.

    Js Plumbing gave us great service. We needed an exterior faucet replaced, the others checked and to know where our water valve for outside master shot off was located.     Justin is the very best plumber that I’ve ever known that has worked for me. Justin has worked for me on three different properties and he is highly prompt, professional, courteous, kind and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done excellently and perfectly. His charges are very reasonable and he always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer feels happy, is content and satisfied with the job. In short, he not only is a fantastic plumber but far more importantly he is a fantastic human being and I would like him to be my friend as well as my neighbor.
