I would giive a 10 if possible. I cannot say enough good about New Age Plumbing. Service was good, quality of work was excellent. And the cost was more than reseanable. If you want the best Plumbing service in town give New Age Plumbing a chance. You wont regret it.

My Goodness!!! Found this company through a google search for plumbers in my area. Found out weve had a slab leak for no telling how long. Called these guys up and they sent a tech out the same day.. This guy was so Awesome! He came in and found the leak immediately. The tech shut off the water, dug through those pipes and fixed that leak in 30 minutes time. The repair cost a fraction of what we expected it to be. I couldnt thank this gentleman enough. I didnt know rather to cry or kiss him. Were so overjoyed here and will definitely recommend their services to any and everyone. It was truly a Blessing finding New Age Plumbing Inc. Id give them 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommended by our family!

I HIGHLY recommend New Age!!!From their office manager LeShawn, who is so friendly and kind and accommodating, to the owner Eric, who is extremely knowledgeable and honest and kind, to all of the plumbers that work for New Age, who are always professional and good at their job. I have used this company many times and I’m never disappointed. I know I can call LeShawn with a million questions about hot water tanks or blocked sewer pipes and she will answer all my questions. If she doesn’t know, she always finds out & follows up with me. Their pricing is competitive and very fair and in my opinion the best prices for amazing quality work. Call New Age!

Went through Lowe’s for the purchase and installation of a new gas hot water heater/tank. They contracted with New Age Plumbing for pick up/installation/haul off. The individual that was dispatched was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about different city codes and had installation complete extremely fast! There was no mess left , he covered warranty information and left a card for reference- will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

We were having some major problems with our dishwasher and needed a plumber as soon as possible. Another plumber that we know couldnt come so he recommended that I call New Age Plumbing. Rachelle took my call and was extremely helpful, friendly, and got back with me in just a few minutes to let me know someone would be here soon. Then Taylor was the plumber to come make the repairs. He is an awesome young man who is so very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help up out. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We shopped around before choosing new age to install our hot water heater. I think the most impressive thing about New Age is their genuine willingness to help. I had never had a water heater installed before and I had a LOT of questions. Some of those questions were brought up because of things I had been told by the competition. Rochelle answered every question and gave me a full picture of what I needed to know. Once the installer was at my home, things were even better. He made sure to take pictures of my water heater that had been dented in shipping (from another company, not New Age!), installed an alarm so that I would know if the water heater ever started to leak, and added a new handle to turn off the gas in case it was ever needed (the old one was probably original to the house and he said it was VERY difficult to turn). After everything was installed, we did have one issue. On the afternoon of New Year’s Day, the alarm went off. The water heater had a slow leak from the fitting on top of the tank. New Age was closed for the holiday but that didn’t stop Rochelle from answering. What a gem this family run and owned business is! Eric, the owner, came out on New Year’s Day in frigid temperatures and snow and tightened the connections, making sure everything was sealed and wouldn’t leak again. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are absolutely wonderful and the only company I will be using from now on. Oh! And because it’s all some people care about, their prices were very fair and they of course did not charge me when they came out on New Year’s Day.

Couldn’t be happier! Replaced a failing traditional water heater with an efficient tankless system. Eric and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, provided us options and helped us choose the best tankless system for our home and needs. The install was very smooth and they even helped submit the natural gas rebate. We’re saving money & have unlimited hot water, no more delays between showers. New Age Plumbing is my go to and the company I recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

When our gas stove went out we went to Lowes to order a new one. Within 48 hours we received a phone call from New Age Plumbing to come out and install the stove. They had an opening right then and were at my house within an hour to install the stove. They are professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

New Age Plumbing Rocks! Had to have a nozzle changed out in the backyard. Taylor was awesome letting me know the worst case scenario and best case scenarios so I would be prepared. Luckily it was an easy fix. Taylor was punctual, incredibly personable, and told me what I needed to know and gave me some great advice on some other plumbing issues free of charge. We love this company! They immediately put us on their schedule to come out to do an assessment at my mother in laws house. LeShawn is AMAZING! Dont know how she put up with me always bugging her! Lol! Taylor and Hunter are amazing and hard workers that know their work! They installed a new toilet, replaced the shower hardware and stableized the water heater line so it wouldnt rattle! And cant forget Junior! He installed a new stove for my mother in law! Would DEFINITELY recommend this company to everyone looking for a plumber!!! Well see yall in the future!!

We have had numerous issues with a new house build for the past few years. We used another plumbing company for the first few problems & the problems were never resolved. We lucked into finding New Age Plumbing & they were able to finally get our issues fixed. New Age staff is amazing from their office receptionists to the plumbers, etc . Taylor was the plumber that worked on an ongoing kitchen sink issue we had . Taylors attention to detail was very thorough in helping to diagnosis the problem & correct it. These guys where super fast! I had an issue with water pressure in my shower replaced pipes fittings etc.. and in just an hour or so !! They had all the fittings pipe and everything on hand as well in their vehicles !! WOW !! I would highly recomend them. Fast curteous and above all friendly.
