Hired Matt Mazzone to install / re-pipe a new Boiler & Oil Tank package at my house after my regular plumber dragged his feet getting back to me. Not only did Matt do A+ work, but he is a great guy who goes above and beyond to give you the impression that that your project is a priority to him. You can tell he cares greatly about the work that he does and wants to make sure you are happy. He also replaced worn pipes & venting that I didn’t expect him to.I cannot recommend Matt enough and will def use them moving forward for any plumbing & heating needs.Thanks Matt!!

I met Matt 8 years ago for my first house flip and I’ve been using Matt ever since. When you have a person who can do all your heating and plumbing needs for a total renovation every time and can do it all perfectly, call Matt Mazzone. This company came with a good recommendation so we contacted them to have a new toilet installed at our parents house. The worker, Matt, came from Spencer. Matt came when he said he would and cleaned up after he was done. He showed me everything that was done so I would know. Very polite and we will ask for him again for a faucet we need replaced. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what some other people are charging for a plumber just to come out! Matthew did an amazing job in a challenging project by doing a full bathroom remodeling and bringing a second bathroom up to code. He not only worked with a tight deadline, but also worked closely with the contractor and the homeowner to make the process as smooth as possible. He also expedited the inspection process to keep the project moving. It is obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work and the materials used in his projects, which makes me feel he is worth every penny. After calling ALL the big plumbing companies throughout Worcester yesterday we finally found Mazzone Plumbing out of Spencer to fix a leak for us on an emergency call. Mr. Mazzone was at our house within an hour and half- diagnosed the problemfixed the problem and was on his way. I was told by most of the other companiesI would get a call back either way to help us in a tight situation and I have still yet to hear from ANY of them. We will be using Mazzonne Plumbing from here on in. We highly recommend his services!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ive had the techs from the oil company several times over the last month and a half but kept running into issues. Decide it was time to reach out to someone else. Matt responded quickly when the hest was out on the second floor and was there same day. He immediately pointed out something that was out of code which I had questioned the previous techs about. It was obvious he really knew what he was doing and he was professional. He even left an event he was at when something else went wrong a few days later because he was concerned my pipes would freeze. I will be using him for all my plumbing issues going forward.
