Listen, when I tell you Trent is truly a stand up guy. I mean it. I had another company tell me my sewer main had MAJOR issues that needed to be addressed. They ghosted me after a month of prep (insurance, paperwork, etc.) and waiting around. So I called around and found Trent. I am so, very thankful I did. He came quickly (less than 24 hours after I called him!), told me exactly what he was doing, what he was seeing, and even showed me everything. He flat out told me the honest truth, I would have been scammed out of A LOT of money. He then told me options for what I could do, which even included options that he doesnt generally do.This is an honest, good company. And boy are they a rarity these days. I wouldnt hesitate to call them for anything and neither should anyone else. Thank you again Trent!

In this day and age, to find a contractor who goes well above and beyond the effort to fix another persons problem is rare air and very welcome to me. Trent spent several days fixing a problem that was caused by someone else and when blame was carelessly thrown at Trent, rather than ignore it, and let it fall on the party that caused. He went to great lengths to fix, and the fix cost him and his crew several days and a long geographic out of the way trip just to get to. Thanks to Trent and his team for going way beyond what he had to do and fix a problem for me...that no one else was going to.

This company is at the top of the list from all its competitors in quality service, quick response and work ethics. The process they use to line old drain lines is far superior than the old dig and replace. Potentially saving their customers thousands of dollars on installation and clean up. They have the technology to locate exactly where the problem is and fix the problem at source.Coreline Pipes is my go to for any drain line problems I may have in the future and they should be yours, too!

We have been having troubles with our second toilet getting clogged and after unsuccessfully being able to plunge the blockage we had our septic tank pumped and Roto Rooter come out to scope the problem. We found that the cast iron pipe was corroded, rusted, and what was originally a 4 pipe was now probably reduced down to about 2. Our situation was unique in that the house was built in the 50s and the septic tank for this bathroom is incorporated into the sidewalk and probably about 5 feet from the foundation. There wasnt a way to dig up the existing pipe without compromising the integrity of the septic tank lid (which is the sidewalk). Needless to say this was a less than ideal situation and left me feeling pretty hopeless with the cost associated with such a project. I got Trentons phone number from Roto Rooter and called him that afternoon to discuss my problem. Trent explained what Coreline does, how they do it, and since it was going to be the weekend I was nervous about using that bathroom and the kitchen sink as they are all tied to the same septic system. Trenton got a hold of his team and Harold showed up the next day to core out the line about 70% so we were able to use it without worry and yet not compromise the integrity of the cast iron line until they could return on Monday to complete the job all at once. Harold was great and explained everything he was doing to me and showed me everything through the camera. No problems over the weekend and then Zach and Harold came back on Monday to finish the job. As you can see from the picture (I couldnt get the video uploaded) but after they milled out the existing line - there were 4-5 holes in the cast iron pipe. Amazing to see it cleaned up compared to before; however, it was a disaster waiting to happen and it just made me sick to think of the problems we avoided. Zach assured me what they were doing was going to make it better than before. Very, very interesting technology. I was there the whole time and everything was explained how it operated, what was being done, and how long it would take. I wish I had a picture after it was done, but I didnt take one. I have a picture of a piece of the tube and you can see how the liner turned into a pipe. It was amazing to take a liner, invert it into the compromised cast iron pipe, have it fill in the defects, and harden into a form harder and better than pvc. The team was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable to the situation. I have two septic tanks and highly recommend this company to anyone who faces similar challenges when any type of pipe is compromised. They have the expertise, knowledge, and ability to do amazing things. Thanks again Trenton, Zach, and Harold for your expertise and service.

I am very pleased with the sewer work they did. Trenton came out the very next morning and because it was not an urgent call, he still sent the bid that day. I had already had other bids but his was the best overall and I did not have to tear up concrete floors. His workers were top notch and when they discovered another problem, were able to handle it. They took time to explain how the liner went in, showed me the final results and made sure my sewer was clean all the way to the street. Also they have modern very well maintained equipment. When they were done, they cleaned up real good. If I ever have another problem, I will be calling them.

Coreline Pipe fixed our issue with drainage and blockage. They were very pleasant to work with and found and fixed a few other issues we had with plumbing in the laundry room. Their product to line the pipes to the street is amazing and although, they did have to dig a couple holes in the basement floor, they fixed the issue once and for all. They completed the project and stayed within the quoted amount.

Cast iron pipe in our basement was going bad. First plummer we had out wanted to tear our basement concrete up on the inside next to the foundation and outside the house as well. This was a great alternative to digging. They were able to come out same day and run a camera down pipe to take a look and give us a quote. It was the same as the 1st plummer, but due to the fact that we didnt have to tear up a finished basement it was a no brainier. Work was able to be done the very next day. Zach and Harold were very professional and had no problem answering my many questions. They ended up spending extra time at my house that day due to issues having to line the pipe with a different process due to how they ran and trying to get the pipe to stay dry. Zach sent pictures to my email of the finished product. I would recommend this company.
