Our 16 year old retaining wall was damaged by shrub roots and needed repair and restuccoing. Vlad was able to do both, and in a timely and efficient manner, despite weather delays. He and his crew were meticulous in their work, using top quality materials, and at a reasonable price. We will use him again for any future work.

We could not be more pleased with our home remodel experience. From the initial call, Vlad was immediately responsive. He provided a very detailed estimate including all costs and stuck to that estimate. He was in constant contact during the project for questions and updates. I called almost 20 different contractors and roofers and most would not even come out for a quote when I described the situation. Vlad and crew came out from Spartenburg to Charlotte. They got the job done quickly, at a reasonable price, and I am very confident in the quality of work. They will be they first people I call next time I have a project I cant handle my self.

How refreshing.....I called about a problem with my flat porch roof. Vlad Melnichuk came right away and gave me a quote which was a little higher than I anticpated. I was certain, though, that I wanted this company to do my work. The team that replaced my roof was prompt, very professional and left everything clean. While they were here, I had them give me a quote on some interior painting. Dmtry came today. He was euipped with everything he needed(27 foot ladder). He worked all day by himself and completed the job. I am impressed with the quality of the people who work at Excontractor and with the level of expertise, Good quality and fair price!

During a monster thunderstorm our building began to take in water due to a leaky roof. We contacted EX Contractor that same day. They were quick to respond and provided detailed information on what repairs were needed to fix the problem. The roof was completed in no time, no more leaks in our building! We hired EX Contractor to complete repairs after hail damage. They replaced our roof and damaged siding. Due to the storm we also had a leak in the kitchen. They repaired our ceiling and painted our ceiling. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them to our friends.
