    Listen! Austin and Austin were fantastic! They came out promptly and introduced themselves. They did an amazing job installing my furnace e.They took the time to educate me and explain the installation process . That really impressed me because some companies dont explain their work. Chris came out to give me an estimate and he was kind and thoroughly answered all of my questions. If you are looking for a trustworthy company Davids Heating and Cooling is the one to choose!

    I was looking for a smaller company for my HVAC needs after endless waits on hold and having to make far-future appointments with a big company. I have now had an annual maintenance check on my furnace and a water heater replaced by David’s and was never put on hold, was able to get appointments when I needed them and felt like a valued customer. Every encounter that I have had with the technicians has been wonderful. They are always thoughtful, friendly, professional, polite and they leave the worksite immaculate. Jacob, Austin O, Austin L and Clark, thank you for jobs well done.

    I would give six stars if I could! Jacob was awesome and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I love that he had a snake cam and was able to show me the innards of my 15 year old furnace, which is still in good shape. I signed up for the affordable semi annual maintenance to keep things running smooth for many more years. Ive also heard from other people in the neighborhood that this company will never tell you you need new major components unless you absolutely need them.

    Austin L. and Austin O. cleaned our vents today. Both gentlemen were very polite and efficient. They took before and after pictures of the vents, and I was very happy with the results. They were also very mindful of my cats, being sure not to leave any doors open for them to get out. It was a good experience.

    Jacob again diagnosed and fixed my heating problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He was a true “mench” throughout his whole visit today. He repeatedly offered to answer any questions and only left once he made sure that I was satisfied and that he had cleaned up 100% from his work.

    Gavin is a very knowledgeable technician who patiently showed us how to replace the filter pad on our humidifier and showed us pictures of the dust in our air ducts. He instructed us how to manage our furnace and air conditioner after some home remodeling and why a higher MERV air filter may put too much strain on the furnace motor.

    Clarke, Dylan and Marshall were great. Covered the floors and cleaned up after they were done. Clarke went through the system with us after the installation, showing us the updates from the old system and the differences.Great working with them.We stopped for a short lunch break of burgers and fries that we made them. Really, it was an enticement to keep them working. But they were very appreciative.

    Gavin was professional very calm very reassuring he knows what hes doing he assessed the problem told me other potential problems that might come along later like as far as cleaning out the wheel all the dust in there he talked me through the process he fixed the problem and now we have heat we are so grateful for this company he makes you feel very comfortable this company is legit and is rated on the better Business bureau if you have problems with your heat or your cooling this place is the place for you if you live out in White Lake Michigan area Waterford area Michigan give this place a call I will always now refer to this company if I have any heating or cooling needs I give this gentleman above 10 Stars thank you so much

    So far We have had very good luck with themThey came out right away two days before new years and replaced the furnace the same day. There were no emergency fees for short notice.Their prices seemed about the same as the others and we have been very happy with the service so far

    Spoke with Matt over at Davids Heating and Cooling and the service was incredible. They were closed for a legal holiday but when I explained my issue to Matt he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue for over a half hour without billing anything. I ended up scheduling him to come out next week for maintenance but Im still blown away that he spent over a half hour with me, someone whos never used their service and at that point was not a customer.
