    We are VERY happy with Levine and Sons. They come out twice a year to inspect our AC and Furnace. And most recent, our hot water tank leaked and they came out first thing in the morning and took care of it. I believe their prices are reasonable and more importantly they are honest. Friendly service and now we have a new plumber that can be our regular. Thank you Mike O. Thank you to Teresa who always answers my calls! Thank you to Chaim that is our regular AC/Furnace person!     Theresa called me back immediately during off hours and assured me she they could send someone right away. Nick B. arrived promptly. He was great with my pets and very kind and professional. Not only did he snake our backed up drain, he was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly after, then cleaned up after himself.     Brandon did a great job. He was very personable and just an overall good guy. The only reason for 4 stars was the price. I knew where the leak was (my own detector) and I got charged $286 for a ā€œleak detection feeā€. This test consisted of 3 minutes and some bubbles. Price was just way too high for the diagnosis (which I had already done myself).I will, however, most likely use them again just due to the professionalism of all parties I spoke and interacted with.

    Dave, Shawn, and Bobby rock! Awesome skills, work clean, and solve plumbing problems. They replaced my leaning, crumbling stack in a flash. If I have any plumbing projects in the future, Ill be asking for them. Definitely recommend.

    Called Levine & Sons when we had an emergency plumbing situation. They were the only place that took our call right away and sent a guy out right away. He arrived 30 minutes later, was super kind, identified, and fixed the problem right away. If you paid an extra $40, you got to sign up for a subscription to not have the $100 fee of coming out for a year so we signed up for that because I know weā€™ll have more problems! Theyā€™ll be my only plumbers from now on!

    Boiler went out Christmas morning, called their 24 hrs. Service. Appointment was set up the next day and Service person (Adam O) was here that morning. He assess what the problem was. He replaced the parts and we have heat! Adam was very professional, answering all questions and concerns I had. Great work!

    Jacob was great. Quick, professional and efficient. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and he handled it deftly even with the unforeseen curve ball that came up with our particular issue. I mean, itā€™s plumbing so I probably should have foreseen that lol. Highly recommend.

    Had soil stack replaced. From initial contact through completion of work, everybody I talked to on the phone or in person was professional, pleasant and kind. And patient, answering all of my questions. JT and his trainee (Im sorry, I dont remember his name) were very professional and did an excellent job. Very professional, on time, & respectful of my home. Educated me on their services, family plan, as well as my furnace and a/c maintenance. I recently used them again to install my garbage disposal & tech was Alex K. He was great as well. I signed up for their family plan. I plan to use them again for all my HVAC & Plumbing needs as their service is great & pricing is fair. Thanks!

    We had an issue with a clogged bath tub. Anthony was able to come out within an hour and a half of calling. He explained what was happening and why I was unable to get it with a snake by myself. He fixed the issue quickly. He was very clean as well, I know most people worry about cleanliness when dealing with plumbing. Anthony is top notch. Thank you again!

    I have been using Levine & Sons for years and they are consistently excellent. Nick B. was especially helpful -- like so many of their techs, he fixed my problem without going through costly steps that were unnecessary. He explained why they werent needed unless other steps didnt work, and fixed the problem quickly and with a very friendly attitude. Other companies would have tried to charge me more, but thats just how great Levine & Sons is. Plus I love that they are family-owned.

    Late afternoon, much to my surprise, one of the receptionists asked Jim Levine, one of the owners of Levine & Sons, to call me regarding my plumbing situation. Within 10 minutes, Jim arranged for Ron to come to my house first thing the next morning to show me my basement sewage pipes through his camera. Ron throughly explained everything to me & there was no hard sales pressure tactics. Yesterday, Shawn & Bobby, dug up my basement concrete, dug up dirt, & hauled it out, working so hard except for a quick lunch break. Today, Will joined them, and once again they were respectful, thorough, & worked so hard.Then they laid the new sewage pipes.They replaced 3 of my stacks, (one that had just been put in by another company). Shawn was in charge & made decisions ā€œabove & beyond the call of dutyā€ on my behalf. Seeing holes in my sewage pipes made me grateful that I selected the right company to do the work.5/14/24 I have the family plan with Levine & Sons and Alex Hanna came out to check my air conditioner.He went ā€œabove and beyond the call of dutyā€ by asking me for some Windex and paper toweling and he completely wiped down my outer furnace. He tested a part outside in front of me and showed me that it needed to be replaced. He had an employee drive the part out to my house. I will be asking for him again in six months when my furnace needs to be checked out. Alex did a phenomenal job and I appreciate his service!

I scheduled my service two days ago and a reminder was sent to me yesterday. Nick, my service technician, was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was notified when he was en route and he even arrived on time, even minutes earlier.     We Woke up this morning only to find our toilet and bathtub backed upā€¦ called Levine & sons and not only was the receptionist very helpful & polite, but they scheduled us right away. Anthony A arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and upfront about the costs (which is definitely appreciated). He Didnā€™t try to fix things that were unnecessary or find reasons to add charges (but also did give advice on what to stay mindful of). The only thing I do wish they would consider offering was the ability to tip the employee (by card) once we pay because I know nowadays most donā€™t carry cash on hand (and with being an unexpected call I didnā€™t have the time to grab some beforehand). Definitely recommend their services.

    Great experience overall! My water heater was leaking from the bottom. Basically i needed emergency replacement. Called at 11 in the morning, and their representative, Nick Stevens, came over very quickly. He Diagnosed the problem, explained the repairs needed to be done and gave me the quote. Once i gave him the green light, he quickly stopped the leak and replaced the heater. Nick was an Absolute professional, friendly and polite and answered all my dumb questions.     We had a plumbing issue and Matt G. came by the house day of!! He was fantastic, he checked all the pipes and showed us where the water and gas shut offs were in our new home while being friendly and informative. Our issue was fixed and we were happy with the cost. We would absolutely use him again for any plumbing/HVAC needs. One small comment was on the initial phone call, I was asked to decide whether to choose a vent specialist or plumber, the former costing a good deal more, and having never owned a home and being unsure of the issue I had no clue, so that was stressful as the person also seemed a little annoyed and rushed. Other than that, great experience overall!

    I have really been pleased with the level of service at Levine and Sons for HVAC service and repair. They have fair and competitive pricing, good availability/response time, and customer support that continues a month past the service or repair. This issue has been overlooked by all the plumbers that came, but with Dā€™Angelo expertise He was able to find the main root of the problem. I was charged $2500 to dig up a 3ft hole in my bathroom to replace the shower ā€œpee trapā€ and re-cement it in. They took 2 hours the first day digging, and just 30 minutes the second day to fill in the cement. After seeing the job in action and completed I did think the price was a little high. BUT everyone was professional, house stayed clean, and I am not doing it myself and didnā€™t really have a choice..
