    I hired Bobson Construction to remodel my much needed outdated kitchen. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Whenever I called Rich with a question he always got back to me in a timely manner without ever making me feel I was bothering him. With each step of the project he would always come out to see how that part was coming along and made sure I was satisfied with the job being done. I give Bobson Construction hands up and would do business with them in the near future.

    In 2002, I contracted with Bobson to replace the flat roof and shingles on my residence. They did an outstanding job. When it came time to replace my roof again, I did not hesitate to contact Bobson. They started when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of the materials and the application were unsurpassed and the attention to detail was best in class. I can see why they have been in business for 69 years. I would definitely recommend Bobson for your roofing repair or replacement needs. I also had them replace my gutters and downspouts, and added leaf filters to the gutters so that I wont have to climb a ladder to clear the leaves from the gutters. Outstanding job once again.     I needed my siding replaced. I had my house up for sale so I needed it done quickly. Bobson Construction got it done quickly and at a reasonable price. Everyone that I talked to there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them if I need anything done at my new home.Update - July 2020 - I had Bobson do a couple of smaller jobs for me recently, and they did a great job.

    Second time Ive contracted with Bobson for home updates, they are professional and attentive to detail. I had the porch and walkway replaced this spring, the job required replacement of the foundation. Last fall I had the siding and gutters replaced. The quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommended.

    We have had Bobson out at our house for 4 projects. They have always produced the results they promised. The work is done on time with friendly professional workers. When they leave all of the debris is gone, never a mess left behind. They show concern for your needs and want you to be happy with the work done. We even had the Building Inspector from our city compliment their quality of workmanship. Job well done.

    Bobson replaced my siding that was installed incorrectly by a fly by night operation a few years ago and have since gone out of business.I was very impressed in my interactions with Richard and his crew. He found a way to make the siding install fit within my budget and went above and beyond to ensure it was installed to my specifications.I’m not one to review unless my expectations have been thoroughly exceeded. I’m happy to report this is one of those cases.     Bobson did an awesome job with our bed/bath addition. Rick went above and beyond the call of duty in the beginning to help us get our tree stump removed that was supposed to be done by someone else. Shaun did an outstanding job communicating with us and setting expectations. They managed to get our project done right in time for the holiday’s. Our whole family is pleased with my mother’s new bedroom and bathroom.

    My name is Barbara Bendert. I just had Richard Miller build a new carport for me. The work was finished on 12/8/20. I live in Madison Heights, MI. As an extremely satisfied customer of Bobson Construction and Richard Miller, President, I would like to highly recommend Bobson Construction to anyone in need of excellent work and superb treatment by the President of Bobson Construction and his son, Josh. I had to have my old carport taken down and a brand new carport built. Richard Miller was friendly, but professional, and he always answered my questions and made sure that everything was done just the way I wanted it to be done. The new carport is absolutely beautiful! Bill, the foreman, was also fabulous to deal with at all times. John, the carpenter, did a fantastic job in building my new wooden carport and was also superb in putting the new shingles on the new carport roof. The shingles are an exact match to the shingles on the roof of the house, just as I had requested. The new structure is very sturdy and the quality of the workmanship is absolutely beautiful!!! I am extremely happy that I chose Richard Miller and Bobson Construction to build my new carport. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful carport on the planet Earth!     Bobson remodeled my bathroom. The workers were very professional and were at the house at the time they said they would be. Sean performed all of the follow-up as the different stages were complete and answered any questions we had as the project progressed. My wife and I are very happy with the finish project and will contract Bobson to do any projects we need done in the future.

    Bobson took off our old roof and put on a new one. No unexpected charges, cleaned up well, took care not to damage my garden and did a great job. They even shingled the roof of my woodpile to match. Professional job well done.

    Bobson Construction put a roof, gutters and siding on my garage. I was told the job would take 3 to 4 days. When they got started on the first day, the workers were all on time and they all seemed to work well together. There was roofing supplies all over my driveway. My neighbor told me he would come over and swept up any debris that was left so I would not drive over any nails that may be left behind after the job. When I arrived home from work after the 2nd day I was surprised to see the job was completed, the garage is beautiful and there was no sign of debris anywhere. They even swept out the inside of the garage. I am very pleased with the job and I am going to call them in the future for a couple of other construction jobs I would like done in my home.     Bobson construction installed a new shingled roof on my home. It came out beautifly. The workers were very conscientious and kept my yard very clean during the demo. Looking forward to putting on a new deck this summer!! I would highly recommend Bobson to all of my friends.

    Bobson Construction Co. did some miscellaneous work at my home. They converted my garage into living space and they fixed some structural damage to my carport which entailed installing some new structural beams and installing a new Polybond flat roof. They were very professional. They took city permits and all inspections were approved with no problem.

    I contracted with Bobson to replace my screened-in porch enclosure, install new siding, replace my storm door and window trim, and replace my gutters and downspouts. I received 3 estimates for the work and Bobson was the middle price. Richard and Josh became involved early on to help scope the work and advise as to the best materials and approaches. They stayed with me throughout the project. Richard was available immediately whenever I had a question and answered clearly and patiently. The workers were craftsmen, ensuring fit and finish were top notch. They were respectful and did a good job cleaning up. The work was completed a month early and easily passed the building department inspection with no issues. I am very happy with the work and will be calling on Bobson again in the future.

    I called Bobson construction to come give me an estimate for a cement porch, new awning and siding for my home and garage. They came out promptly and took their time and explained the work that would need to be done. I am so happy with the work that they did and my house looks beautiful. It looks like a totally different house! There were several different crews that came out to work on the house and all of the guys were so polite and friendly and I was impressed that Richard the owner of the company came out numerous times during the job to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend hiring them again and I know who I will be calling for any future jobs.

    Called Bobson to make a closet in the second bedroom. First, they were willing to negotiate and find the most economical way to do it so we can agree on the cost. They had another person come to draw out the plans so there was no misunderstanding. The project, once started, was done swiftly and good quality.
