Hi,I wanted to tell you that Kyle like always did an amazing job. I had two people here before him that could not figure out the problem. Kyle figured it out quickly and worked with Rheem directly to have them ship the appropriate parts and understood how quickly I needed this fixed.I meant to write a review a month ago when he came and fixed the outdoor sink after the first person I hired couod not and suggested a major repair. We had to have some work done in my Mom’s house - it was time sensitive and she is 98 years old. She’d had a leak and when I called the Hardy office, Nicole, was extremely helpful and understanding. She answered my questions and was very kind. Hardy kept me updated on ETA for our appointment. Sean Lynch was our assigned plumber - he was fantastic. Very patient and thorough with explaining specifics. He was very kind to my Mom - and me! Jen on follow up and ETA was also extremely helpful. Great team!

Ive been with Hardy for decades. Yesterday plumber extraordinaire Rich came by to repair a couple of leak problems. When he left, I just thought how nice it is to have a caring, prompt and reliable company in my corner. The next morning Jennifer called me from the office just to see if everything was satisfactory. Of course, I am not happy with how expensive it is to have this water filter but it works well. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5

We just completed a total gut renovation of our home in the Hamptons and Hardy Plumbing did all the plumbing work, installing new piping from the water main to all the necessary areas of the house. And they installed a new boiler for our heat and hot water. Their work is very professional, their employees are courteous, know what they are doing, and their office staff is very responsive. If we had any questions or issues, they were quick to respond and to resolve any concerns that we might have had. Billy, their Field Supervisor, was always available for us to discuss the progress and any changes we were considering. We highly recommend Hardy Plumbing!

Being able to maintain a pleasant attitude while dealing with a Hamptons customer base (we all know what that means) is a rare quality and doing it day after day must be very wearing on Eastern LI businessmen. I have used Hardy three times in the last couple of years and had terrific results: i.e. They answered the phone and listened, they scheduled a visit in quick order, they showed up on time, they fixed the problem, and they charged reasonably. But to me the most important part was that the management and technicians are responsive, respectful and easy to work with.

I have used Hardy since I had my powder room renovated in 2017. Recently, the toilet was running just a little and I asked them to fix it. Initially, I was told that it was the dirt in the tank, and it was cleaned out and then it stopped leaking/running for about a week. Then it started up again and this time the plumber (Kris) came and put in a new valve that he had in his truck. It now works and they didnt charge me for the service call since the first service call did not fix the problem. I think they were very fair that they didnt charge for the second service call, which other companies do not honor far too often. I will definitely use Hardy in the future.

My seven year old natural gas boiler was shutting off and triggering an error code. Called Hardy at 8am and my boiler was fixed by 1pm! The technician Sean was excellent, called when he was on his way as I requested and was very professional. I guess it was my lucky day as he had the part on his truck because the part supplier sent him the wrong one for a different job that was right for my unit and he didnt have a chance to return it yet. Hardy is OK for the services it provides. But the equipment/parts supplies for older plumbing is limited. Pricing is not competitive.Update: 1/24/23 I had to have a service call for a clogged pump. Rich from Hardy came out quickly and resolved the situation. He was both very friendly and helpful in explaining how the pump I have works and what to do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. I would raise my overall review to 5 stars for this call.

We went through 5 plumbers, all local guys with vans who eventually ghosted us and refused to return calls. Then we called Hardy, they showed up, gave an estimate, they said they could start Tuesday the next day(!), but we decided on Wednesday. They showed up first thing in the morning and basically replaced everything. There were a couple of snags that they fixed, and they came back the next day to finish the job after another problem surfaced. Theyve been back one more time for another separate problem, and we will definitely call them again the next disaster. Every other plumber took forever to show up, if they showed up at all. One guy made an appointment, then an hour later sent a text telling us he had decided to retire, good luck with our stuff. It was infuriating. From now on, forget the local random guy with a van, call Hardy. If its a little more expensive, thats because they show up, fix every, and clean up after themselves. Showing up was a real plus for me.

I discovered a leak coming from an L shaped, cold-water pipe running from my water tank, next to the boiler system. I called Hardy around 2:30 pm. They sent a repair man, Chris who came to my house by 3:15 pm. He was a very nice, polite young man and very professional. He done a great job cutting and aligning the pipes, fitting them perfectly back together. The soldering was very neat and cleanly done. He even changed my dirty water filter for me. I felt a bit uncomfortable asking him to change it, but he was happy to do it and didnt hesitate. I was very impressed and happy to have the problem resolved so quickly and well done.
