We called Carneys to schedule a winter check up on our oil burner heater. The secretary gave us an appointment . Luke came out today for our appointment. He was very friendly, cleaned up after he was done and was very knowledable. He found a problem, showed me what it was and gave me the estimate for what it will cost so I could tell my husband. Their prices are very reasonable. We are going to have them come out and fix it. If you want a great heater company call Carneys. We highly recommend them.

As a real estate agent I have worked with many HVAC companies but I’ve never written a review for any of them until now. I had to call Carney All Seasons after heat in my rental unit stopped working late at night.After leaving a message with the 3rd party answering service at 9:30pm on a Saturday, I received a call from a company manager at 10:04pm acknowledging they got the message and will be in touch by 9am. They contacted me again at 9am and within a few hours they were at the property. Because of unexpected issues on my end, it took two visits by two separate technicians to get it fixed. Both Brian and Jacob were extremely polite, friendly, patient and professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.I was particularly impressed by their responsiveness and communication. When the tech was on his way, I received a text message with a link to follow his location via gps tracking so I knew exactly how far away he was.I highly recommend Carney All Seasons.

I highly recommend Carney for all things HVAC. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with every team member that has service my systems. One of my heating systems gave out on Christmas. Not only did Carney get a tech out on Christmas for the initial assessment, they had a new one in place in just over a week. The unit was located in a very tight attic. Carney sent three veteran installers and got the job done right. They also did some modifications to my ductwork that has vastly improved the heat in my old house. These guys are really good at what they do. If you need HVAC service, call them. You won’t regret it.

I just had a heater check out by Keith from Carney. He was kind, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Carrier Infinity heat pump I have. In the past, I’ve had technicians who did not know how to use the checkout tests provided by the thermostat. Keith knew the system inside and out and even went over and above and cleaned out my condensate pump, which no one ever had done in the past. Keith is an extremely valuable asset to the Carney organization and if all of their technicians were as good as him, Carney could have the market on securing maintenance agreements. Kudos to Keith and thank you Carney for sending him!

Before Jacob arrived, Amber called to confirm our appointment. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her manner was kind and understanding. Certainly not always the case when one calls a service company! Jacob, the technician, came to our home and did an outstanding job. He was on time, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Our air conditioner required a very difficult and time consuming repair. With all of that, Jacob was determined to figure out how best to solve the problem! Great experience with the team at Carney All Seasons!! It started last night when I spoke to their call center at about 8:30 pm and the woman could not have been nicer. Then not long after taking my information Scott called me and we discussed my problem with my thermostat no longer working for my system. Scott identified a proposed solution and said he would have a tech to my house the following morning. Further discussions in the morning identified some potential wiring problems but once again Scott and his team proposed another work around. The tech Jason arrived as scheduled later in the morning and assessed the situation and a final plan was agreed to. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done and then completed running new wiring and installing the new thermostat. He then ensured that everything was working correctly and explained how to operate the new thermostat. It is rare to experience such great customer service but this team knows what they are doing and how to treat their customers with respect!! Great work by everyone involved!!

Always quick easy and clean (never leave a mess behind). 3.18.24 Still satisfied with the services!Another service completed due to my 9 year old unit (moved in 2 years ago)failed me a week ago. The day it happened they squeezed me in when it needed additional parts and I decided to get quotes for a new unit they came the next day at 7:30am to go over my options! Work was completed today(7.1.24) and so far so good! Again left the spaces they worked clean.12.23.24 - heating maintenance check up went well. My tech was very friendly and helpful regarding keeping me informed on my heating system.

Keith was amazing—warm, friendly, so knowledgeable and respectful of our home (shoe covers!). He came on short notice for an urgent situation—the AC was out on a very hot day. He found a mouse nest in the compressor and sadly, the mouse’s little carcass since it was electrocuted in that dangerous area. He replaced the damaged part and we are finally feeling cool air once again. We love Carney!

Carney offers clean and professional service. My estimate for a replacement heat pump was informative and prompt. I currently had a failed builder grade heat pump. The four gentlemen who installed the unit were courteous and professional. The job site area was left cleaner than before. The TL;DR - I was absolutely shocked to work with a company in todays world that still puts the customer first, would absolutely recommend them to everyone who is looking to install an HVAC system.I inherited a carrier infinity system, quite expensive mind you with a house I bought in 2020. Nearly 10 years old, a part broke that no company could repair for thousands of dollars due to its rarity, regardless due to it being a little old I turned to a complete new system. Putting out calls specifically to carrier authorized dealers, with favorable reviews and knowledge of what this unit would cost, Carney All Seasons not only beat all other top ranked competitors they did with ease and before I even needed to ask. The salesperson Tim Hoffman was on time, informative, took a ton of pictures for the job. He offered suggestions outside of HVAC expectations and put together an untouchable estimate - and this was just his professional side! Personally he was sociable, non-aggressive, and very caring of my personal property, Home, and pets. Candidly speaking, the overall “sales” experience went so flawlessly and unexpected that naturally in this day of age skepticism could creep in. Any doubts were quickly put to ease when speaking to Lisa to set up financing and scheduling. With me every step of the way, personable and flexible I turned my focus to the installation. My nature (and history) something was bound to go wrong eventually, to my surprise the installation team exceeded all expectations! Arriving promptly to the job and with equipment in hand, the job started with a defined explanation of what to expect, how things would be placed and installed and even answering questions of mine dealing with general heat pump functionality. The team of Luke Mathis, Dan Quinn and Steve to whom I didn’t get a last name removed all my old equipment, reinstalled the handler in a hot attic, the 5 ton condenser on the side of the house and reconfigured the complicated infinity thermostat while showing me the in’s and out’s of all my new system could offer! They respected the house, we’re very clean and professional even allowing time for the doggies to do their thing - all in 90+ degree heat. Carney all season provided me a great deal on an excellent system, they also provided me with confidence maintaining the system for years to come. Most importantly the proved me wrong: great companies do still exist. Despite my desperate situation, Carney provided me the right system for the right price with an excellent team. Highly recommend sincerely!

We had a fantastic experience with Carney all seasons. I called several local and big name HVAC companies for an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioning unit due to ours being over 30 years old. Rick from Carney all seasons was the only one to call me back and set up an appointment to come out and explain what would be done. He set up three proposals for us to look over and decide what was best for us. On day of Installation we received a text message of the arrival time of our service technician Luke. He arrived on time and Was meticulous in his work. He took time out during the installation to explain certain things. Left our home in the condition it was Prior to their arrival. We are enjoying our New system and couldn’t be happier. I feel like I could call with any questions and they would be helpful. I would recommend.

He gave my unit a top notch maintenance check and explained what would be needed via repairs in the future as the unit is older. He explained what was, and was not, worth repairing based on a new unit vs servicing an aging situation. I love when techs explain things to me as they work too, which he did despite the attic is about 100 degrees. As Carney replaced my heating (oil to natural gas) and that job was stellar, I expect nothing less. I trust nobody else with my heating and AC!

Brian Henderson came to the house on an extremely hot Saturday to repair the air conditioning system that was not working. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. He crawled through the attic, checked all the vents and was able to fix the problem. He cut a filter to meet the proper size that was needed, restarted the air conditioner and spent time measuring the cooling that was now possible. Brian was knowledgable about all facets of air-conditioning and took time to explain the problem and the solution. His attention to detail was impressive.

They told us from the start that every step they were going to take in the install was as if they were installing the new system in their own homes. And they did just that, making sure we were kept in the know throughout the entire process. Luke took extra time to insure we know how to using the many possible settings on our new thermostat, including making sure the thermostat was connected to our wireless router/network.Best of all, there was no clean-up required after Lukes team was finished. As he was leaving, I was moving a snow blower in garage (exchanging places with the lawn mower for the coming season).
