These guys and gals are the best! Whether Ive dealt with Eric in sales, Tom in service or Taylor in the office they have been super friendly and helpful. It doesnt hurt they sell the best excavators on the market. Im not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Kaz has earned my business for life.

I know everyone has their brands or dealers they like. I’m slightly bias to Takeuchi and Kaz as I’ve bought 7 machines from them and put tons of hrs on them with no issues. My loader with 3000 hrs had a leaky cylinder I took it off and went to Kaz equipment today to have it rebuilt it was on the schedule for tomorrow while I was getting other parts from Tom to service my machine he put a guy right on the cylinder repack. I was about to leave and he said hang out another 20 min and it will be done. Saved me a trip back tomorrow and one less day of down time. There is a level a service you get by being loyal to a dealer and not trying to save $20 and this is the type of service you get in return. Just a few days later Joe called me about a TL140 he was taking in on trade that was exactly what I was looking for And for a great price. I ended up purchasing that machine and now currently own 3 Takeuchi machines and a wright mower all from Kaz. I would highly recommend Kaz and Takeuchi machines. — at KAZ Equipment LLC.

I have to say that in the 20+ years in business, we haven’t experienced such quality and caring customer service. Purchasing an important piece of equipment to improve and expand ones business is time consuming and at times daunting. Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Just got everything to service my TB240 and TL6 and cant say enough about their parts lady Shana. Great personality. Lots of laughs. Dreaming of the TB290. One of these days Rob. I highly recommend them. Thanks for the help in service this year.

WALTER FROM VERNON POOLMAN - Along with being very conveniently located, I have found Kaz Equipment very easy to do business with. We have bought one track skid steer, along with attachments. The whole crew is very friendly and easily accessible. When we consider purchasing another machine/attachmemt, they will be at the top of my list.

It’s too bad that some comments do not reflect the awesome service and quality of the machinery here. I was sad to see this because I know that the crew is amazing. Everytime I walk in, I am treated like family by everyone.

KAZ is a great place with great people. Shaun is great to work and knowledgeable about his products as well as his competitors. I feel we have alway been treated fairly when dealing with KAZ. We have leased a TL8 which we love and have bought a TB 260 in 2016 as well as a CAM trailer this year. We will continue to do business in the future as we are always needing to update our equipment to stay current with technology.

In a one day demo of this Cormidi 85 I was able to dig out and base this patio in an area we would have otherwise used shovels and a wheel barrel to do. It took about two hours using this machine including compacting the area with the Weber CR3 compactor I bought from them last year. I would recommend calling about a demo or renting a piece of equipment, Shawn delivered this to my site and showed me how to use it (maybe only because I am a repeat customer? either way worth a call). Very knowledgeable on his equipment as well as other brands.
