    TruNorth just completed our new, expanded, modern outdoor deck. The workmanship is excellent, as is the attention to detail. It came out beautifully and we have gotten so many compliments already.The process, from start to finish, went smoothly and their communication with us was exceptional. We were informed of each step along the way. I can also speak highly for the crew who worked on our deck. Every one of the guys who worked on our project was professional, respectful, and caring about the work they do and how they do it. They were also just really nice guys.This was my third project working with Jeff Sawyer of TruNorth. All of my experiences have been equally positive. Jeff and Matt are multi-talented: Together, they are extremely organized, yet flexible enough to accommodate anything that might come up; skilled at building, with a fantastic eye for design and lots of ideas; detail-oriented and yet have a command of the big-picture at all times. They also seem to be well-respected by everyone they work with.I would highly recommend working with TruNorth.

    Cannot say enough good things about TruNorth. Excellent work, on time, on budget. Easy to communicate with. A sincere pleasure. They built a beautiful Pavilion for us in our back yard. Will be using them again.

    TruNorth has been a pleasure to work with. We had them convert our bonus room to an additional bathroom and full laundry room. Jeff and his whole team were very professional and responsive during the whole process. They were always easy to work with and stuck to the schedule. They showed up daily and worked hard. At the end of the project everything was cleaned up. We will definitely use them for future projects and have no qualms recommending them to anyone looking for good quality work and a hard working team.

    We just had TruNorth replace our roof. They are very professional and personable, reasonable, responsive, and reliable!! We are beyond happy with the outcome of the roof (which was done in one day!). The cleanup was amazing - no sign of construction left! We highly recommend their services and look forward to doing more with them in the future!

    We used TruNorth to remodel part of our first floor and kitchen. The team did a top quality job. From the planning to implementation, the team treated us and the project with the utmost professionalism. The quality of the work was amazing, and the attention to detail and follow ups were very thorough. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard to solve any challenges that popped up.     During our family room remolded Jeff, Matt and the entire TruNORTH team where extremely professional throughout the whole process. They showed up on time every day, cleaned up every day and responded quickly to any questions. The craftsmanship and attention to detail they put into their work is exceptional.     I have known Jeff for over 10 years and had always heard amazing things about the quality of his work, so when my and I wanted to renovate our kitchen, it was an easy decision to call Jeff. Jeff and Matt came out, listened to what we wanted to do and they helped guide us through the entire process. When we ran into an issue because the stove we ordered was taller than our previous one, Jeff and Matt came right out and helped find a solution and we ended up with an outcome that we love. The TruNorth crew were always super friendly and at the end of each day before they left everything was cleaned and put back to normal which made living through a kitchen renovation bearable. We have recommended TruNorth several times since working with them and will continue to do so.

    We recently purchased a home built by TruNorth and they did an excellent job! Jeff and team are easy to work with and they did a great job from top to bottom. Before we moved in they made sure every detail was perfect and flawless. The open floor plan, top quality finishes and modern design were exactly what we were looking for. The design was well thought out with the latest trends and colors. Additionally, the home is very efficient with great insulation. We love our house and are grateful to TruNorth for building our dream home and being great to work with.**Update: As the house came with a 1 year warranty, we occasionally checked in with TruNorth to ask a few questions about the house. On each occasion, Jeff was extremely responsive and on one occasion worked with his suppliers to replace a window that had a manufacturing defect. It was great to know that Jeff stood behind his work and ensured the issue was corrected very timely.

    A tremendously positive experience, start to finish! Working with Jeff, Matt and their team on our deck and basement expansion was a pleasure. From the initial discussion of plans to wrapping up final details, Jeff and Matt were communicative, prompt and professional. Every member of their team was great to work with, from the HVAC folks to the painters and drywall installer. Having worked with other contractors on large-scale projects in the past, I can say that I would never choose anyone other than TruNorth for any future projects. Highly recommended!

    We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our remodeling project. We have remodeled many homes throughout the years - Jeff and his team provided an A-1 experience from start to finish. Excellent communication between Jeff and his contractors resulted in a project that started on time, ended on time and within our budget. Quality of work was superior. Jeff was in constant contact with the customer and provided the type of customer service rarely seen in today’s world. He was responsive to each and every concern we had - guiding and directing us in each aspect of the project. From design to selection of materials, cost concerns, scheduling - Jeff and team were always there to make sure WE were happy with everything. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience. They will be our go-to team for any home improvement project going forward!

    Worked with TruNorth recently on a big home addition (master suite w/bathroom, 2 car garage, and mudroom). The entire process was great. Everything was completed on schedule and on budget. Jeff and Matt were awesome...organized, responsive, honest. They facilitated the entire addition (from architect designs, to permits/inspections, building, selecting finishes, etc) and made sure all our options were within the price range wed designated. We talked about the style we liked, showed them some pictures, and they did all the leg work finding and pricing out options to match our taste. Our addition looks amazing and the quality is great. We could not be happier and will definitely hire TruNorth again for any future projects!

    TruNorth performed an excellent job in replacing my roof. Matt and Jeff were attentive from the start and within days the process came together. The material was delivered quickly and the crew essentially completed the roof replacement in one day. Matt supervised the project and everything was performed on schedule.

    We chose TruNorth to complete a renovation of our Master Bath. During the process of getting quotes and discussing the project, they proved to be honest and provided a complete understanding of what we were getting into. It was important for us to have trust in who we were dealing with when embarking on a project like this as we need to be able to live with the results for many years to come and ensure the work brought value to our home. They were spot on when it came to communication throughout the process and quickly addressed any concerns we may have had or ones they identified during workmanship reviews.     Matt, Jeff, and the entire team at TruNorth went above and beyond for our construction project. We had them create a closet space from an unused room upstairs that involved relocating door ways, door swings, light switches, pocket doors, trim, and a new wall. They were on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves each day (which is tough when youre dealing with plaster walls), and kept me informed about some unforeseen road blocks that came up along the way. We had a small punch list after the work was done and they personally came back to ensure the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. I will certainly be looking to them for our next project in the future.
