He literally went through the forest and into the mud to get our water system up and running. He managed his time well and was very considerate of the costs that we would incur. He kept us informed and was always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He’s a father of 8 kids and his hard work ethic showed in the way he miraculously fixed our broken water system.     Five stars across the board!! An amazing experience from start to finish, and I can assure you after working with several local HVAC companies, that you cannot go wrong choosing Waters for your heating and cooling needs.These guys came into a difficult situation having to redo an entire system that was only just installed a few years prior. I’ll spare you the details of the previous debacle, but Waters helped out in a big way by properly diagnosing the issue, determining an appropriate solution, and efficiently executing the design and installation of a whole new ducted mini split system - all with a chipper attitude and smile on their faces.Waters was fair, trustworthy, and hardworking - which is apparently a rare commodity in this industry, so we couldn’t possibly thank them enough. Special shout out to Derek, Andrew, Roger, and Kelly - as well as their office staff, for a job well done!Hopefully our HVAC issue saga is complete now, and we’ll see you guys around the Motherlode :)

    I called Waters Plumbing when we had a slow kitchen drain issue. The person who answered my call was very nice and scheduled an appointment early the next week since I called midday on Friday.The serviceman contacted us on his way over. He was able to fix our problem in under an hour. He explained to us what he did and how we could help prevent future issues.I feel Waters Plumbing price was reasonable and we’re glad to have the drain clear. We like supporting a local business. I would recommend them and will call again if we need help in the future.

    Costumer service very good. The service man was very professional and his work was great. I had a 40 gallon water heater installed. The price of the water heater was twice as high as other local pricing. The total bill was over $3000. Id recommend at least two quotes.

    Waters came out very quickly and diagnosed our entire AC unit. We had trouble with another local HVAC misdiagnosing our unit and wiring it incorrectly a couple weeks prior. The Waters employee Andrew located the problem and corrected it. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend calling Waters if you have any HVAC needs.

    Once again we had to contact Waters Plumbing for some help. We had our bathroom remodeled last year by people who we thought was able to do this remodeled . After one year our bathtub started to leak from the bottom. So we called Waters Plumbing and once again a young man name Nick came by and told us that he had to redo everything. Because the last company that did the job did not understand how to put a new bathtub in and all the plumbing fixtures . They had charge us over $5000.00 for the job they did. Waters Plumbing had to replace everything including of the pipes,drain, and the other corrections that were done wrong . So we let him redo our bathtub .Well in 3 days he took the old tub out along with all the mistakes that the other company did. Then put in a new bathtub in along with all the new repairs . We are very blessed once again to have Waters in our lives. In our world today to find a company that not only fix the problems but that also care for their costumers .     Chris came out to help my grandma and I with a plugged sink and I couldn’t be more grateful for him and the service provided! He explained what he was doing, what could happen and what might need to happen in the future. Very straightforward, kind, friendly and knowledgeable about whatever was going on with the sink! I couldn’t appreciate his expertise & genuineness more, he cared about getting my grandmas sink working again and to me that speaks volumes.     Chris arrived at our home, I explained the current problem, and he went right to it. Before long he determined what was causing a pipe to back up and pop our clean-out. He was able to extract the foreign object(s) inside the pipe, determined its location, and gave me a complete and detailed break down of what was recommended to remedy further problems of the same kind. In all, I really expected no less of the professionalism that Waters Plumbing continually exhibit. We have exclusively called out to Waters in the past and will continue to do so.     I have never had a business respond so promptly to a call for customer service. And when Kelly and Roger showed up they went right to work. Roger went under the house to conduct an investigation. I have been under my house on a number of occasions, and I know what a difficult task that is. Roger never complained. When he emerged he gave us a detailed and thorough report, including photographs of what he had seen. I could not have done that. I am amazed. Meanwhile, Kelly was busy servicing our heating and air conditioning unit. His repairs improved on the original equipment. I have to give lots of respect to guys like this who are extremely knowledgeable regarding the technical nuances of machines and mechanical devices.Among other things, Roger discovered that the insulation under the floors needs to be replaced. We are hopeful the Waters team can do that job in addition to the other necessary tasks.In summary, all I can say is that my wife and I are giving Water guys Five Stars and a Big Thumbs Up. They truly earn every penny. I am reminded of what my father told me many years ago: satisfaction obtained from high quality craftsmanship will last for years after the gratification of low cost and low quality have evaporated.I also want to thank the woman who took my call on Monday morning. Very, very efficient! Extraordinary that so many great people are working for the same enterprise. You guys and girls are The Best.

    The entire ducting system under the house needed to be replaced. It was a complicated and tedious job. But the project was handled professionally, and competently. The guys were great.     Pretty expensive but they all are right now so I can’t really complain about that. The tech and company made sure that I was 100% satisfied before they closed the job and they guarantee their work for a year which is really nice. A lot of people don’t do that. The office staff are extremely friendly and personable and will work with you on times that techs can come out to repair. Even the owner of the company called to make sure everything went smoothly and she was super nice. Everyone always has a smile on their face and that’s rare nowadays but appreciated.

    I contacted Waters Plumbing with some HVAC questions and talked to Anthony. He answered any question I asked him, explaining things well. So I scheduled an appointment for him to come out. He came out the next morning and was very through looking at everything, taking measurements. He advised that I should have the estimate the next day and if I have any more questions to call him. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to help me as I’m taking time in figuring out what would be the best HVAC for our home.     A week ago I woke up to find my water tank was empty. It appeared that the pipe going directly into my house developed a significant leak. Im grateful that Waters Pumbing had Chris come out to see what needed to be repaired the same day when I called them but it was later in the afternoon. The next day Chris put in a copper pipe with a better shut off valve. It looks good but I did noticed the following day that it looked like the original union had a very slow leak between the copper pipe and the faucet. Waters Plumbing will come again to see what still needs to be fixed. So far I am happy with the job but I still want this little leak fixed so I can wrap the pipe soon before the temperature gets down to freezing.

    Hi just wanted to say Aaron Padillo was great 👍. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very professional and kind. Though the price to have my AC cleaned if done was a little out of what I could afford. The $175 for just the service call was a little much when you add on $250 to take out leafs and such for AC Unit. And Aaron did find one sensor was out and the replacement fee of $100, which seemed reasonable. But I could not afford it all. As Im on SSDI money is limited. So it would be nice if you worked with senior citizen a little. With inflation and all it would be nice to have a little flexibility with charges. But Aaron is not in control of the cost. Yet he was a very diligent and helpful repairman so I give him a 10. I realized inflation is here, but I feel we all need to work together a little more. Will I use your service again?? Yes

Our hot water heater went out and American Home Shield sent out a different plumbing company to make the repairs however they messed up the installation of the new water heater and would not come back to fix it..     Technician Robert Painter came out and made the repair on the broken water main pipe connection on the outside of the house. He deduced what had caused the problem was the original installer did not prime one of the pipe fittings, and it ultimately separated. Robert rebuilt the setup, and all is working great now. Thanks!
