    J Hart Plumbing was a pleasure doing business with from start to finish. Started by when I called and gave an option to text and send photos of our plumbing issues. Lisa got back to me right away and had JT and Ruben out within a couple hours to give an estimate. They had an online customer portal with the estimate, photos and information. Was very user friendly and a nice option.Once I approved the estimate Lisa was able to get us on the schedule even quicker than I anticipated! Cody and Ruben showed up on time and were very professional for the whole removal and installation. The finished product and installation surpassed all my expectations! I would highly recommend J Hart Plumbing!

    I called J. Hart Plumbing because my hot water heater was leaking. The lady I spoke with, Kathleen was very courteous and helpful. I sent some pictures of the problem and within an hour I received an estimate and then a follow up call saying that their service technicians would come and check it out in a hour. Jason and Ted showed up on time and said they could install the new water heater now. They installed it in record time and cleaned up everything.     I called J Hart yesterday morning and got an appointment for the afternoon between 2-4pm. What a wonderful surprise to have Sal & JT come about 10am to snake my sewer line (backed up both bathrooms). I have had J Hart out about 3 times in the last couple years cause this is an old place with lots of needs. They are always professional & friendly, make me confident in their ability. I recommend this company to anyone I meet who needs a plumber & will continue to do so. The price was more than fair, I am very happy!

    J Hart Plumbing provided outstanding professional service in changing out our 23 year old propane water heater tank with a Navien NPE-240A2 tankless. Brian and Carlos removed the old water heater and installed the new tankless efficiently. Their attention to detail makes the appearance of the new tank and connections look great. Brian and Carlos are both respectful, polite, willing to answer questions with patience, and hardworking. I am very pleased with the results, confident that this tankless water heater will meet our needs, and that J Hart Plumbing will back their work 100%. I believe this to be true since J Hart (Brian and Carlos did the work) replaced our 22 year old radiant floor boiler last year with a Navien boiler. It has worked flawlessly and saved us money through propane use efficiency. Perhaps not the least expensive, however, peace of mind and near zero call-backs holds great value to us. We wholeheartedly recommend J Hart Plumbing.

    We had J Hart come out to assess a leak we could hear within one of our walls. After initial removal of drywall it was determined that we had a slab leak under our foundation. Johnny and crew came out to try to fix the leak as economically as possible and tried every option to try to reduce our cost to repair. Eventually we had to cut into the foundation to repair but I appreciate J Hart plumbing going above what they needed to do to try to reduce my cost! In addition to repairing our leak they also took on several other small repairs for us when both guys were not needed on the main repair, working tasks efficiently at the same time (check valve replacement on our well booster and on our recirculating line). I appreciate all their hard work and fair pricing! Will be using them again for future needs.

    I called J Hart Plumbing because I had an unknown leak in my house. They were able to have someone come out the next morning to look at it. Sal and Blaine showed up on time and were very professional and clean cut looking. They diagnosed the issue in less than 20 minutes and were finished in about 1 hour. They explained the issue in laymans terms and even cleaned up their mess they made. I was very impressed with the customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and price.     We called J. Hart Plumbing yesterday afternoon and spoke with Robert, who was professional, kind, and sympathetic to my 89 year old Mother. We had just had a new generator installed and when the electrician went to start the gas back up the starter wouldn’t work so no hot water. J. Hart sent a plumber out who was literally here within 10 minutes. Instead of trying to sell us a new water heater (even though ours was 13 years old), they tried to repair it, then tried to find us the parts needed (for an old WH), but could not. So ultimately, we purchased a new one. Johnny Hart and Dad came out this morning and replaced it for us. So efficient, so timely, so nice! What a great company to work with!
