    Ive used the Sonora team Roto Rooter for a few years to help clean my lines and fix a main incoming line water leaks. They are super responsive and very helpful. They have done everything for me from checking clogged lines, replacing cleanout, digging up old lines to fix leaks and repairing my main sewer line. I would highly recommend them.

    Excellent service. Dispatch person (Casey) was helpful and responsive and quickly set up an appointment. Jason showed up as planned and unplugged a stubborn backed up toilet.     Ryan and Jason were awesome! Fast, efficient, clean and courteous. They performed a Rotor Rooter service on two different toilets in two bathrooms. They removed ground to open the service lids on the septic tanks for inspection and verified drainage was restored. They left the toilets in good working order. Restored the ground over septic tanks and put back in normal landscape conditions. Highly recommend!

    Jason did a great job fixing a clogged septic line that had about 3 feet of solid root growth. It was underneath heavy rocks so had to be excavated out.     Our sewage system backed up at 6:00pm on a Saturday night while we were away at our vacation home in Arnold. Great. Without going into details, it was ugly, and Arnold is a large rural mountain area, so I thought the odds of getting a prompt repair were slim to none. Called Roto-Rooter. Nick showed up on 90 minutes, within the specified time window, right when it started to rain. He asked a few questions, I showed him the basement plumbing, and he put on his rain gear and went out to the septic tank and removed one of the covers. He immediately saw an issue, and within a few minutes he busted the dam loose and all started flowing. Seriously, great detective work, and the problem solved in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous, and I would have paid twice what they charged to fix that problem!! Highly recommend!!!!

    We had a water pipe leak at our house in Poker Flat in Copperopolis. Roto Rooter was contacted (recommendation from another plumber) they sent Marco out from the Sonora Office and after quite some time he was able to determine that the leak in the pipe was under the driveway! We had room to reroute the pipeline around the driveway so after my son in law and I trenched, Marco and Ryan were able to come out and replace the line. Both men were excellent workers and gentlemen. They are the type of employees a company should be very proud of. Great work, thank you so much.

    My hot water heater broke down several days ago. We had no hot water for several days, and after running through a listing of plumbers who could not come, Roto Rooter was highly recommended by one of those plumbers. I called feeling very skeptical. The contact person was gracious and reassuring that they could take care of the problem today. Steve Hall showed up an hour later with a smile and a jovial attitude. He was able to fix the problem within an hour, showing me what the problem was as he worked. And the cost was a pleasant surprise also. Thank you Steve, and thank you Roto Rooter.     Arriving at our cabin, on Easter night, our leach field was no longer working correctly due to the recent weather (Winter 2023). Our septic tank was at capacity. Unaware of any of this, we turned on the water and it started flowing back into the house through the toilet!! We turned the water to the house off, but we still had a river in the bathroom?!?I called Roto Rooter and Marco was here within minutes. Then Marco had the water flowing in the correct direction in just a few more short minutes.We still have more work to do, but I know who I am having handle it. THANK YOU!!

    Came to house within a few hours on Thanksgiving when water main to my house sprung a leak. Spent a great deal of time digging up pipe under my deck till the leak was found. Did a great job replacing the pipe and fixing it for good. The final price for repair was reasonable for the work done. I will be putting roto rooter on my speed dail for future plumbing needs.
