This was the first time we had ever used the Drain Doctor and have nothing but good things to say about them. Both our kitchen sinks and bathroom sink were backing up and the water would not recede. I called Drain Doctor say approximately 10:30 am and the gentleman that answered was polite and professional. I explained our issue and he said he would have someone out between 12 and 2. At 11:50 am David from Drain Doctor showed up . He was friendly and extremely informative telling my husband what happened and how he would take care of it. He explained everything he was doing to my husband. He was at our home for approximately an hour and our problem was solved. He stayed a bit to run the faucets to make sure everything was good.It’s always so easy to complain about a company and their service but many times the good services are overlooked so I thought I would commend them on a great job. Thank you David and Drain Doctor!

Called them with an issue where the toilet waste discharged into the tub. They immediately gave a fair quote and had someone on the scene within 20 minutes of the call. It ended up being a simple fix and they didnt charge. Amazing service, will definitely use them again when needed! Thank you!!

Always great to have someone with a pleasant voice and kindness that answers the phone to a business and Sandy had both. Stevie had to go next door, downstairs at the pizza shop to drain our conjoining drains. He was professional and efficient. He explained everything that was going to happen. Hopefully in 6 months when we need them again, he will be the one we get. Stevie and Sandys customer service is a 10! If you need help with your drains... call the Drain Doctor. Ive used them a few times. Ive never been disappointed. Ive even shared the information with others who needed some support with their drains

Drain Doctor came out with their jets and snake the first time and solved my problem (my sewer line was 180 feet long). Then unfortunately there was another problem that serviced, they came out again and gave it a temporary fix (it needed a full repair) free of charge and scoped it out with their camera to explain to me what happened. Excellent service overall, great people and fair price.

The dispatcher was extremely friendly. John was at my house less than an hour after calling. He was extremely professional. After pulling a large clump of roots our of the main, he took his time going back through with a larger head to make sure the pipe was scraped clean.

We have an old house with the Arbor imp of a removed tree still putting out roots to block our sewer at inconvenient times. Drain Doctor has always appeared equipped, knowledgeable and uniformly courteous to get our sewer draining promptly. They warranty and their work and accept cash check and credit cards great business model

Sent someone same day i called, which was a Sunday (of course). The person who showed up was a pro who knew what he was doing. After clearing the blockage he filled me in on some things about my sewer line and made a couple of sound recommendations without trying to upsell me. I wont hesitate to call these folks again if needed.

FANTASTIC!!! Bob arrived 20 minutes after I called. He took a look at the problem (blocked drains in bathroom)., got his tools from the van. Fifteen minutes later he had removed the blockage and the sinks drained like they had just been installed. A REAL PRO and a nice guy too! I will recommend Drain Doctor every chance I get.

As a member of a family that has owned owner-occupied, multi-family properties for a couple of generations; the call for service was promptly answered and expertly managed. Every data element on the call was repeated back: precisely, data element for data element without a single error. Service was immediately scheduled and arrived in the 1st, 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. Actual service to unclog a basement toilet was expertly done in a manner that left the surrounding area clean [there was no overflow prior to service].Keep in mind that this is a premium service. The cost regarding promptness and expertise is commensurate with the service level. I did not ask for the Albert coupon and they did not offer it to me as a 1st time customer.

Frannie was amazing! Fran came to my place and - not only solved my problem - but talked me through exactly what he was doing and why. He had to remove my toilet and snake the line. The previous guy had put on two gigantic screws (so big the little white caps werent able to cover them or fit on). Frannie put in new screws without even asking. I love it when they fix the problems left by the previous person and dont take the easy way out! He was dedicated to QUALITY!My favorite part was how well Frannie cleaned when he was done! He wiped up all the mess and disinfected it. He was so friendly and nice to talk to and HELPFUL. I couldntve asked for a better experience! I would DEFINITELY use these folks again! Frannie also said that he loves his manager and the company treats him well, and that made me extra happpy to support a company that supports their employees.

Wow! Just had the best experience with a plumbing company Ive ever had in my life and Im in my seventies. The drain in my shower stopped working completely yesterday morning. I called The Drain Doctor in Somerville and they told me someone would be there in an hour. It didnt even take that long for Fran to show up. He was personable and professional and had my drain in less than fifteen minutes for a cost that was far below Roto Rooter and other big companies. Im a business owner myself. This is how successful brands are built. Id give them more stars if I could. Thank you, Fran.

These guys were great. We had a fairly straightforward clogged toilet, and called to schedule and appointment for service. They were able to come down in less than an hour and our plumber, Eric, was really friendly and knowledgeable. He cleared our clog really quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. The cost was really fair and affordable. We will definitely be calling them again the next time we have plumbing issues.
