    Richard provided excellent A Plus maintenance service for my home furnace today. If I could give more than five stars I would!! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and informative. He answered all of my questions in a way that was very understandable. I highly recommend PK Wadsworth company. Also, about 3 months ago I chose PK Wadsworth to replace a whole house air conditioning unit at my home which was my first experience with the company. They were able to do so within 24 hours, thankfully because we were experiencing 90° weather at the time. Ive also received excellent A Plus customer service from the young lady that answers the phoneevery time I call, and from Brice who came out to give pricing, and the two technicians who installed the air conditioning unit. With PK Wadsworth I am now getting the excellent heating and cooling service that I deserve.

    During routine service maintenance on my 60 year boiler, Jonathon was very thorough and identified an anomaly in the system. A defective valve was being masked and water redirected. He explained the problem and the proposed resolution.As a homeowner, it’s difficult to authorize a repair on something that is functioning…He took time to explain everything again and gave me time to review the three options he provided.After I authorized the work, PK W. Sent Jonathan back to do the repair, again explaining everything. He was able to make the repair without having to drain the whole system! My bill was reduced by one quarter of the estimate!I am so pleased with the repair and the education. I feel empowered to keep my boiler and radiators running efficiently

    These guys have been adopted as our new family members! Honest and professional. We had an old boiler, and these dont exist in most houses.     The staff is so friendly and their prices are reasonable. The intake person was very accommodating and I was able to set up a quick appointment. When the technician arrived he was super nice, prepared and knowledgeable. He didn’t have to diagnose my dehumidifier, since it turned out to be commercial. He did anyway. His meters and tools were able to test every possible issue that could be failing and we were able to properly diagnose the problem. Luckily it’s a smaller cost that it could have been! So nice, so honest. Highly recommended!

    Soon as the gentlemen approached my home, they introduced themselves. After doing so, they dressed their feet with shoe covers and laid down the adhesive floor-protective overlays. They got straight to work on installing my new furnace. They were polite coming in and out of my home in shutting the door behind them. They weren’t extremely loud which let me know they were careful during install. Finally they cleaned up everything, leaving nothing behind, and explained the functioning of the system to me.     Richard was my tech and he was so helpful. He came to my residence to diagnose my very old central air conditioner and he was able to have it running before he left. I was originally told my unit would need to be replaced but Richard had it running in just an hour. We were in a tough situation when our brand new A/C unit (installed incorrectly and in a very difficult location by another company) started leaking water and became inoperable during a heat wave. Jacob and the team were very knowledgeable about the Unico system we have, and were able to come up with a creative solution that not only got our system up and running within a few days, but cost far less than what other companies who didnt know the system as well were suggesting.     1-7-2025Mike came today to perform an annual maintenance check on our boiler-firfed furnace system, maintenance that is included in our contract with P. K. Wadsworth. He examined and tested all the systems, and emailed us photographs of the digital readouts and other parts of the system that he checked. We were not having having any problems; we simply wanted to have any annual preventive maintenance check-up. Mike was professional, efficient, and Id welcome him back any time to address maintenance or problem-solving with our system. Im very pleased with the P. K. Wadsworth management and technician staff. Boiler systems are no longer the norm, and the company has really superb maintenance & repair staff, and enough of them so that we get help promptly if we need it. I couldnt be more pleased. Mary M. ChadbourneJohn came on a call to investigate a buzzing sound from my boiler system furnace. He was on time, personable, thorough. This has been a rare problem that also occurred last year with start-up, but P. K. Wadsworth has pursued it. They treated this as a courtesy call with no charge. I am grateful for their largesse and that no problems were found. I will record the sound if it occurs again, but for now my furnace is running just fine without any issues. Great service, great technicians.I called P. K. Wadsworth at 7:10 a.m., 1-25-2021, explained my problem, and was told a technician (Mike), would call me 30 minutes before arrival later in the morning. Mike called me to discuss intermittent cycling issues in my heating system boiler that had gone unfixed by two other repair services in last two weeks. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listened carefully. He ran diagnostics and found that my 2014 boiler required a Service Bulletin fix of three replacement parts. He immediately retrieved them from the local parts vendor and solved the problem within an hour. It was a joy waking up this morning to the same house temperature I had set on my thermostat!. Thank you, Mike, for your responsiveness, efficiency, and problem-solving skills!

Called and they booked a technician right away. Apparently water had gotten in the furnace causing a safety feature to shutdown the system. He purged and cleaned the system. Excellent service.     Ryan arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional and knowledgeable of the job he came to perform. He assessed my furnace unit, gave recommendations and answered all of my questions. Ryan also took care to put on shoe coverings before entering my home. Great guy. Thanks again Ryan!
